According to the phenomenon-taking of classified analog,directional solidification can be an excellent approach for international communication of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the context of COVID‑19 *** toward TCM by Western Medicine(WM)can be represented by various morphologies of the solid/liquid ***‑19 has created an urgent need for the worldwide spread of *** counter any doubts and objections against TCM,COVID‑19 pandemic provides a good opportunity,meanwhile a steady and firm pace forward should be *** is also necessary to resolve domestic controversies and to lower cultural *** philosophy of TCM can agree fairly well with dialectical materialism;the scientific connotation of pentacy in TCM can be explained through the symptoms of COVID‑19‑infected patients.A TCM understanding compatible with WM will accelerate its international acceptance,which could help to better elaborate the significance of humanity in *** medicine under the guidance of TCM principles is an important trend in medical development,whose framework is illustrated in a 4C+T diagram.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the role of adenosine triphosphate(ATP) purinergic signaling in mast cells(MCs) modulated by heat to further understand the molecular mechanisms of ***:Skin temperatures induced by monkshood cake moxibustion were evaluated by measuring the Neiguan acupoint(PC 6) from 31 participants with a digital thermocouple *** of 43 ℃ and 52 ℃ were applied to cultured human leukemia mast cell line HMC-1 in *** fluorescence was applied to detect intracellular Ca^(2+)([Ca^(2+)]_i).Extracellular ATP contents were measured by luciferin-luciferase ***:Maximum skin temperatures mostly ranged from 40-45 ℃,but some reached up to50 ℃.Both 43 ℃,and 52 ℃ induced MC degranulation,which was accompanied by an increase in[Ca^(2+)]_i and ATP *** extracellular Ca^(2+) with 5 mM ethylene glycol-bis(β-aminoethyl ether)-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid(EGTA) inhibited the noxious heat-induced elevation of[Ca^(2+)]_i and prevented the enhanced ATP secretion by those cells at 52℃ but not 43 ℃.CONCLUSION:Monkshood cake moxibustion can generate heat sufficient to trigger cellular events of MCs,including degranulation,[Ca^(2+)]_i elevation,and ATP release,suggesting that purinergic signals originating from MCs are possibly the initiating response of acupoints to moxibustion.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of 10.6-μm laser moxibustion(LM) and traditional moxibustion(TM) on kidney Yang deficiency(KYD) model rats. METHODS: Forty rats were randomly divided into normal, model, 10.6-μm LM, and TM groups. KYD was induced through intramuscular hydrocortisone injections. RESULTS: Hydrocortisone injections decreased the body weight, activity, and temperature and induced changes in the organ coefficients. Compared with the model group, TM and LM treatment prevented body weight loss and improved organ coefficients after treatment(P 0.05). TM treatment increased the temperature of Mingmen(GV4) and Guanyuan(CV4) compared to the model group(P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between Mingmen(GV4)/Guanyuan(CV4) temperature and 17-OHCS levels. CONCLUSIONS: LM and TM treatment can improve KYD symptoms, and acupoint temperature changes may be an objective indicator of KYD.

Nociceptive signals are transmitted by peripheral afferents to the central nervous system under pain condition, a process that involves various neurotransmitters and pathways. Electroacupuncture (EA) has been widely used as a pain management technique in clinical practice. Emerging studies have shown that EA can inhibit the induction and transmission of pain signals and, consequently, mediate anti-nociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects by rebalancing the neural-immune-endocrine interactions. This review summarizes the neural-immune- endocrine circuit including peripheral afferent and central efferent, contributing to EA-induced neuroimmune and neuroendocrine modulation in inflammatory pain models. The peripheral afferent circuit includes crosstalk among immune cells, inflammatory cytokines, peripheral nociceptors. In central efferent primarily involves the neuroinflammatory interactions between spinal nociceptive neurons and glial cells. Furthermore, the hypothalamic- pituitary-adrenal axis, sympathetic and vagal nervous may serve as an essential pathway involved in the mechanism of acupuncture-mediated analgesia within the interactions of the central, immune and endocrine systems. Overall, this review focuses on the interactions of neural-immune-endocrine in inflammatory pain, which may be underlying the mechanism of EA-induced anti-inflammatory and antinociceptive effect.

The physical basis of meridians and acupoints (acupuncture points) is in a complex system mainly of connective tissue and interwoven with the blood capillaries, nerves, lymph vessels,etc. Elements of Ca, P, K, Fe, Zn, Mn, etc are found concentrated in the deep connective tissue structures in locations corresponding to acupoints. On this physical basis, the specific waveband of high efficiency for transmission of infrared rays exists in the collagenous fibre in a liquid crystal state. The development direction and new idea of researching on acupuncture and meridians are discussed.

Using infrared spectrum detective device, we experiment on Neiguan, Laogong and Hegu acupoints of seven adult volunteers as well as contrastive points beside ones. We get 63 infrared spectrums. The experiment outcome tells us that the differences of the intensities among individuals are great, and so are the differences between acupoint and non-acupoint areas. However, the differences of spectral character are small, which indicates that infrared radiations of human body are based on the same biophysical fundament.

针对有幅相误差的互质阵列,提出了一种基于协方差矩阵重构的鲁棒自适应波束形成方法。该方法的主要思想是重构信号的协方差矩阵。如果幅相误差存在且无法被忽视,协方差矩阵重构的精度会受到幅相误差的影响。为了消除幅相误差的影响,准确地重构信号的协方差矩阵,提出了一种基于最小二乘(TLS)的方法。首先,建立了含有幅相误差的协方差矩阵重构的基本模型。然后,将问题转化为变量误差(EIV)模型。再将幅相误差的校准转换为与幅相误差相关的误差矩阵的估计,再利用估计结果得到信号协方差矩阵的有效估计。为了解决误差矩阵估计问题,提出了一种交替下降算法。仿真结果表明,即使在存在幅相误差的情况下,该方法仍能提高协方差矩阵的重建精度,并且自适应波束的性能优于现有算法。
