Inertia Match of a 3-RRR Reconfigurable Planar Parallel Manipulator

Inertia match of the parallel manipulator means the ratio of the inertial load of the parallel manipulator converted to each actuator shaft and the moment of inertia of the actuator is kept within a reasonable range. Currently there are many studies on parallel manipulators, but few mention inertia parameters and inertia match of parallel manipulators. This paper focuses on the inertia characteristics of the 3-RRR reconfigurable planar parallel manipulator. On the basis of the inverse dynamic formulations deduced with the principle of virtual work, the inertia matrix of the 3-RRR planar parallel manipulator in the actuator space is obtained in algebraic form. Then, by unifying the dimension and averaging diagonal elements of the inertia matrix, the equivalent inertia of the parallel manipulator, which is the inertial load of the parallel manipulator converted to each actuator shaft, is determined. By transforming the inertia problem of the 3-RRR parallel manipulator into that of the serial multi-bar manipulator, the practicality of the equivalent inertia deduced by inverse dynamics is demonstrated. According to the physical meaning of the inertia equation, the manipulator is divided in to three parts. Further analysis is carried out on the contribution of each part to the equivalent inertia and their distributions in the required workspace, revealing that the passive links cannot ignored in calculating the equivalent inertia of the parallel manipulator. Finally, the inertia match for the 3-RRR reconfigurable parallel manipulator under three configurations is accomplished, and reducers are selected. The equivalent inertia calculation and the inertial match results illustrate that the inertia math is a necessary step to the design of the parallel manipulator, and inertia parameters dramatically affect dynamic performances of parallel manipulators. Objective: Inflammation and fibrosis are strongly associated with each other. Glycine is present in various traditional Chinese medicines and exhibits anti-inflammatory activity. However, the effects of glycine on myocardial fibrosis(MF) in rats with myocardial infarction(MI) have not been reported. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of glycine therapy on MF and comprehend its underlying mechanisms. Materials and Methods: Left anterior descending artery ligation-induced MI in Sprague Dawley rats was leveraged to assess the therapeutic effects of Glycine. Rats received either normal saline or glycine(0.5 mg/g bodyweight) for 7 days. Results: Glycine upregulated cardiac ejection fraction and fractional shortening to improve cardiac function, as evaluated by echocardiography. Histological and immunohistochemical analyses demonstrated that glycine could decrease inflammatory cell infiltration and alleviate collagen deposition. Western blotting revealed that nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)-mediated inflammatory signaling was also downregulated by glycine treatment. The expression of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3), tumor necrosis factor-α, and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) was decreased significantly in the glycine-treated group compared to the model group. Thus, glycine plays a protective role against myocardial ischemia and subsequent MF. Conclusion: The protective effects of glycine were achieved partly through STAT3/NF-κB/TGF-β signaling pathway.

The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)has the largest aperture and a 19-beam L-band receiver,making it powerful for investigating the neutral hydrogen atomic gas(HI)in the *** present HiFAST(https://***),a dedicated,modular,and self-contained calibration and imaging pipeline for processing the H?data of *** pipeline consists of frequency-dependent noise diode calibration,baseline fitting,standing wave removal using an FFT-based method,flux density calibration,stray radiation correction,and gridding to produce data *** modules can be combined as needed to process the data from most FAST observation modes:tracking,drift scanning,On-The-Fly mapping,and most of their *** HiFAST,the root-mean-square(RMS)noises of the calibrated spectra from all 19 beams were only slightly(~5%)higher than the theoretical *** results for the extended source M33 and the point sources are consistent with the results from *** moment maps(0,1 and 2)of M33 agree well with the results from the Arecibo Galaxy Environment Survey(AGES)with a fractional difference of less than 10%.For a common sample of 221 sources with signal-to-noise ratio S/N>10 from the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA(ALFALFA)survey,the mean value of fractional difference in the integrated flux density,Sint,between the two datasets is approximately 0.005%,with a dispersion of 15.4%.Further checks on the integrated flux density of 23 sources with seven observations indicate that the variance in the flux density of the source with luminous objects(Sint>2.5 Jy km s-1)is less than 5%.Our tests suggest that the FAST telescope,with the efficient,precise,and user-friendly pipeline HiFAST,will yield numerous significant scientific findings in the investigation of the H?in the universe.

水体中过量的硝酸盐会导致严重的水生生态恶化和环境污染问题。氮稳定同位素技术为水体污染来源的判断及水生系统氮素转化机理研究提供了强有力的工具。在前人基础上,通过开发Cu^(2+)-Cd复合催化结合超声波辅助加速反应,优化硝酸盐氮同位素比值测定前处理方法。考察了Cu^(2+)添加量、超声功率以及反应时间变化对NO_(3)^(-)-N转化生成N_(2)O气体及其氮同位素比值的影响,在单因素实验基础上采用正交实验优化得到了最佳反应条件,并采用不同^(15)N同位素比值的KNO_(3)标准溶液结合气体预浓缩装置与稳定同位素质谱仪联用系统对新方法进行了验证。新方法单次反应体系中氮最低量为1.0μg,其中自然丰度和高丰度样品δ^(15)N分析精度小于1‰,富集样品的^(15)N分析精度可达0.1 atom%以内(CV<1%);且所有标准样品的^(15)N测定值与参考值基本一致。将优化后的方法应用于不同来源水样中硝酸盐氮稳定同位素比值测定,均可获得较好的精度,较原方法提高了前处理效率,且精度更优。建立的方法准确可靠,操作简单,耗时短,适用于水中硝酸盐氮稳定同位素比值测定的批量、快速前处理。

Association between soft drink consumption types and risk of lung cancer and all-cancer: A prospective study of PLCO data

Diet/sugar-free soft drinks are considered to be healthier than regular soft ***,few studies have examined the relationship between the types of soft drinks(regular and diet/sugar-free)and lung cancer(LC)/all-cancer(AC)*** this study,we comprehensively assessed the influence of the type of soft drink consumption on LC/AC risk based on the Prostate,Lung,Colorectal,and Ovarian(PLCO)Cancer Screening *** Cox proportional hazards and competing risks Fine-Gray regression models adjusted for relevant confounders were used to estimate hazard ratios(HRs)and subdistribution HRs for different types of soft drink *** the PLCO population,female subgroup,and the ever/current smoker subgroup,consumption of both regular and diet soft drinks was associated with a significantly reduced risk of LC compared with no soft drinks at *** the non-lung cancer(NLC)risk,consumption of only diet soft drinks had a significant positive association for the total population and female *** on our findings,it was suggested that partial replacement of regular soft drinks with diet soft drinks might be beneficial to LC prevention,especially for females and ever/current ***,completely replacing regular soft drinks with diet soft drinks might be detrimental to NLC prevention,especially for females.

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue Formula(BSHXF)for the treatment of discogenic low-back pain(DLBP).Methods:This was a parallel,double-blind,randomized,clinical trial performed between May 2019 and June *** patients were assigned by computerized random number table to the treatment group(lumbar traction and BSHXF,35 cases)or the control group(lumbar traction and placebo,35 cases).The patients received intervention for 3 *** was conducted before treatment and at week 1,2,3 during *** outcome was the self-reported score of Oswestry Disability Index(ODI).Secondary outcomes included Visual Analog Scale(VAS),clinical efficacy rate by minimal clinically important difference(MCID)as well as lumbar tenderness,muscle tone and lumbar spine *** reactions were ***-up was performed at 1 and 3 months after the end of ***:In the treatment group,ODI score was significantly decreased compared with baseline(P<0.05)and the control group at 2-and 3-week ***,VAS score decreased compared with the baseline(P<0.05)and was lower than that in the control group at 2-and 3-week treatment(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment[32.35%(11/34)vs.3.13%(1/32),P<0.05].Moreover,the tenderness,and muscle tone,as well as the back extension and left flexion in lumbar spine mobility in the treatment group at 3-week treatment were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up showed that at 1-month after treatment,the treatment group had better outcomes than the control group with regard to a total score of ODI and VAS scores,as well as clinical efficacy rate(all P<0.05).Moreover,VAS score was still significantly lower than the control group at 3-month follow-up(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were reported during the ***:BSXHF combined with lumbar traction can significantly imp

The superτ-charm facility(STCF)is an electron–positron collider proposed by the Chinese particle physics *** is designed to operate in a center-of-mass energy range from 2 to 7 GeV with a peak luminosity of 0.5×10^(35) cm^(–2)·s^(–1) or *** STCF will produce a data sample about a factor of 100 larger than that of the presentτ-charm factory—the BEPCII,providing a unique platform for exploring the asymmetry of matter-antimatter(charge-parity violation),in-depth studies of the internal structure of hadrons and the nature of non-perturbative strong interactions,as well as searching for exotic hadrons and physics beyond the Standard *** STCF project in China is under development with an extensive R&D *** document presents the physics opportunities at the STCF,describes conceptual designs of the STCF detector system,and discusses future plans for detector R&D and physics case studies.

Long-term case-fatality rate of nontuberculous mycobacterial disease in people living with HIV

Background:Few data are available regarding the long-term case-fatality rate(CFR)among people living with HIV(PLWH)with nontuberculous mycobacteria(NTM)*** aim of this study is to analyze the long-term CFR in patients with NTM disease and to identify risk factors for their ***:A retrospective cohort study of 379 cases of microbiologically confirmed NTM disease in PLWH was conducted from January 1,2012,to December 31,2020,in Shanghai,*** used Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and the log-rank test to compare the long-term CFR in patients with disseminated NTM(DNTM)and localized NTM *** Cox proportional hazards regression analysis and a stepwise Cox proportional hazards regression model were used to estimate the predictors of long-term ***:The cohort was followed up for a median of 26 *** total CFR was 15.7%by one year and increased to 22.6%at 5 years after the diagnosis of NTM *** 5-year CFR of PLWH with DNTM was significantly higher than that of PLWH with localized NTM(26.7%vs 19.6%for DNTM and localized NTM disease,respectively).Older age[hazard ratio(HR)=1.04,95%confidence interval(CI):1.02-1.06,P<0.001],comorbidity(HR=2.05,95%CI:1.21-3.49,P<0.01),DNTM(HR=2.08,95%CI:1.17-3.68,P<0.05),and HIV viral load(HR=1.32,95%CI:1.12-1.55,P<0.001)were all independent risk factors for long-term *** the subgroup analysis,time to culture positivity was negatively correlated with CFR in patients with DNTM(HR=0.90,95%CI:0.82-0.98,P<0.05).Conclusions:NTM was associated with a high long-term CFR in *** approaches to prevent NTM disease in PLWH are urgently needed.
