We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3.days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3.kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.3. counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23.yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:3.2–7.5 eV.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 3. GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 3. Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 3.,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83.and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

目的研究中国儿童肺炎链球菌脑膜炎(pneumococcal meningitis,PM)的临床特征、转归和分离菌株肺炎链球菌(Streptococcus pneumoniae,SP)的药物敏感性。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年12月全国3.家三级甲等医院160例15岁的PM住院患儿的临床信息、实验室资料和微生物学资料。结果160例PM患儿中,男103.,女57例;年龄15 d至15岁,其中3.龄至3.109例(68.1%)。脑脊液培养分离SP菌株95例(59.4%),血培养分离SP菌株57例(3..6%)。脑脊液宏基因组二代测序和脑脊液SP抗原检测阳性率分别为40%(3./87)、27%(21/78)。55例(3..4%)患儿存在1个或多个化脓性脑膜炎高危因素;113.(70.6%)患儿有1个或多个颅外感染病灶;18例(11.3.)有明确基础疾病。临床症状以发热最常见(147例,91.9%),其次是精神萎靡(98例,61.3.)、呕吐(61例,3..1%)等。69例(43.1%)患儿住院期间发生颅内并发症,常见并发症为硬膜下积液和/或积脓(43.,26.9%)、脑积水(24例,15.0%)、脑脓肿(23.,14.4%)、脑出血(8例,5.0%)。硬膜下积液和/或积脓和脑积水主要发生在1岁患儿,分别为91%(3./43.、83.(20/24)。SP菌株对万古霉素(100%,75/75)、利奈唑胺(100%,56/56)、厄他培南(100%,6/6)完全敏感;对左氧氟沙星(81%,22/27)、莫西沙星(82%,14/17)、利福平(96%,25/26)和氯霉素(91%,21/23.敏感率高;对青霉素(16%,11/68)、克林霉素(6%,1/17)敏感率低;对红霉素完全耐药(100%,3./3.)。痊愈和好转出院率分别为22.5%(3./160)、66.2%(106/160);18例(11.3.)出现不良结局。结论儿童PM多见于3.龄至3.婴幼儿,颅内并发症多发生在1岁患儿,发热是PM患儿最常见的临床表现,硬膜下积液和/或积脓、脑积水是最常见的并发症。脑脊液非培养检测方法有助于提高病原菌检出率。超过10%PM患儿出现不良结局。SP菌株对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、厄他培南、左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、利福平、氯霉素敏感率高。

Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of *** Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 3.(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.3.–6.3.), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.3.–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53. 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03.11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–3..96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two *** Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.

An internal target experiment at HIRFL-CSRm is planned for hadron physics, which focuses on hadron spectroscopy, polarized strangeness production and medium effect. A conceptual design of Hadron Physics Lanzhou Spectrometer （HPLUS） is discussed. Related computing framework involves event generation, simulation, reconstruction and final analysis. The R＆D works on internal target facilities and sub-detectors are presented briefly.

Two-proton（2p） emission from excited states was primarily focused on the even-Z nuclei,such as *** the odd-Z ones,only Ag and P have been studied until *** the present contribution, an experiment to study 2p emission from excited levels of the odd-Z nucleus P at HIRFL-RIBLL facility is *** projectile P at the energy of 46.5MeV/u was bombarding a Au target to populate the excited states via Coulomb ***-kinematics measurements have been realized by the cascaded detectors of silicon strip and CsI+PIN *** spectrum of relative momentum and opening angle between two protons was deduced and fitted by Monte Carlo *** experimental results show that two-proton emission from P excited states less than 17.0 MeV is mainly the two-body sequential emission or three-body simultaneous decay in phase *** present simulations can not distinguish these two decay *** obvious diproton decay was found.

Objective:To investigate current status of diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer in ***:A database was generated by Chinese Bladder Cancer Consortium(CBCC).From January 2007 to December 2012,14,260 cases from 44 CBCC centers were *** of diagnosis,treatment and pathology were ***:The average age was 63.5 year-old and most patients were male(84.3.).The most common histologic types were urothelial carcinoma(91.4%),adenocarcinoma(1.8%),and squamous carcinoma(1.9%).According to 1973.and 2004 WHO grading system,42.0%,41.0%,and 17.0% of patients were grade 1,2,and 3.and 16.0%,48.7%,and 3..3. of patients were papillary urothelial neoplasms of low malignant potential,low,and high grade,***-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)and muscle invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)were 25.2% and 74.1%,respectively(0.8% not clear).Carcinoma in situ was only 2.4%.Most patients were diagnosed by white-light cystoscopy with biopsy(74.3.).Fluorescence and narrow band imaging cystoscopy had additional detection rate of 1.0% and 4.0%,*** transurethral resection(TUR)provided detection rate of 16.9%.Most NMIBCs were treated with TUR(89.2%).After initial TUR,2.6%accepted second TUR,and 45.7%,69.9%,and 58.7% accepted immediate,induced,and maintenance chemotherapy instillation,*** MIBCs were treated with radical cystectomy(RC,59.7%).Laparoscopic RCs were 3..1%,while open RC 63.4%.Extended and standard pelvic lymph node dissection were 7% and 66%,*** most common urinary diversions were orthotopic neobladder(44%),ileal conduit(3.%),and ureterocutaneostomy(23.).Only 2.3. of patients accepted neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and only 18%of T3.and T4 patients accepted adjuvant ***:Disease characteristics are similar to international reports,while differences of diagnosis and treatment *** study can provide evidences for revisions of the guideline on bladder cancer in China.
