The present study deals with the development of a low carbon high strength steel by thermomechanical controlled processing on a pilot *** continuous cooling transformation has yielded a flat top "C" curve with the phase field occupied by a mixture of bainite and *** microstructure of water quenched steel essentially consists of highly dislocated lath martensite along with fine (Ti,Nb)CN precipitates and *** strength steel with 1217-1298 Mpa yield strength and 1372-1513 Mpa ultimate tensile strength along with 16-12% total elongation has been obtained in the range of 850 to 750℃ finish rolling *** impact toughness value in the range of 45-72J was also achieved in the present steel.

Objective: To study protein-protein interaction between heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H(hn RNp H) and Dengue virus(DENV) proteins. Methods: DENV proteins were screened against the host hn RNp H protein, in order to identify the host-viral protein-protein interactions in DENV infected THp-1 cells by co-immunoprecipitation. The co-localization of the interacting proteins was further confirmed by immunofluorescence microscopy. Results: The host protein hn RNp H was found to interact with DENV nonstructural 1 protein and help the virus to multiply in the cell. Conclusions: The non-structural 1 glycoprotein is a key modulator of host immune response and is also involved in viral replication. Therefore, disruption of this key interaction between hn RNp H and DENV nonstructural 1 could be an important therapeutic strategy for management of DENV infection.

The Mahanadi delta,deposited on a series of horst and graben basement structures,is considered an extension of the East Lambert Rift of *** study is based on the hydrogeochemical assessment of this deltaic aquifer system and geospatial analysis thereof,to appreciate the basement structure influence on groundwater *** ion chemistry of subsurface waters portrays a distinct saline contamination across the terrain and varied regimes of water types,specifically with respect to southern and northern parts of this aquifer *** of the study indicate a general near surface saline horizon and significant fragmentation of the hydrostatic ***,in turn,implies noteworthy influence of formational water to salinity regimes and basin structural changes for the escape of these waters to surroundings.A plot of recent low intensity earthquakes displays proximity of epicenters to the faults as well as striking similarity to the trend of terrestrial faults indicating multiple reactivations of the *** further corroborate the above findings,spatial pattern analysis of individual hydrochemical variables is carried out which reveals specific clusters of sources(groundwater mixing)and sinks(groundwater dispersion) in proximity to basement fault *** the faults can be disregarded as conduits or barriers owing to their great depth,the overlying sedimentary mass,particularly,the horizons with significant clayey content have been distorted due to post rift subsidence and fault reactivations.A proximity analysis of ionic clusters points towards a greater influence of longitudinal faults to that of the transverse ones on groundwater mixing or dispersion.

An as-cast Al-Zn-Mg-sc alloy was friction stir processed varying tool related parameters, yielding microstructures with different grain sizes （0.68, 1.8 and 5.5 μm）. significant increases in room temperature ductility were obtained in these materials with reasonable enhancement in strength. It is demonstrated that the type of microstructure produced by friction stir processing （Fsp） has a significant influence on the choice of post-Fsp heat treatment design for achieving improved tensile properties. It is also found that the ultrafine grained Fsp material could not achieve the desired high strength during the post-Fsp heat treatment without grain coarsening, whereas the micro-grained Fsp materials could reach such strength levels （〉560 Mpa） under conventional age hardening heat treatment conditions.

The distribution pattern of Rare Earth Elements （REE） in three categories of manganese ores viz. stratiform, stratabound-replacement, and detrital of precambrian Iron Ore Group from north Orissa, India was reported. These categories of Mn-ore differed in their major and trace chemistry and exhibited contrasting REE signature. The stratiform ores were relatively enriched in ∑REE content （697 μg·g^-1） and their normalized pattern showed both positive Ce and Eu anomalies, whereas the stratabound-replacement types were comparatively depleted in ∑REE content （211 μg·g^-1） and showed negative Ce and flat Eu signatures. The detrital categories showed mixed REE pattern. The data plotted in different discrimination diagrams revealed a mixed volcaniclastic and chemogenic source of material for stratiform categories, and LREE （Light Rare Earth Elements） and HREE （Heavy Rare Earth Elements） are contributed by such sources, respectively. In contrast, the stratabound ore bodies were developed during the remobilization of stratiform ores, and associated Mncontaining rocks under supergene condition followed by the redeposition of circulating mineralized colloidal solutions in structurally favorable zones. During this process, some of the constituents were found only in very low concentration within stratabound ores, and this is attributed to their poor leachability/mobility. The detrital ores did not exhibit any significant characteristic in respect of REE as their development was via a complex combination of processes involving weathering, fragmentation, recementation, and burial under soil cover.

Ductile iron （DI） is a preferred material for use in various structural, automotive, and engineering fields because of its excellent combination of strength, toughness, and ductility. In the current investigation, we elucidate the relationship between the morphological and mechanical properties of DI intended for use in safety applications in the nuclear industry. DI specimens with various alloying elements were subjected to annealing and austempering heat treatment processes. A faster cooling rate appeared to increase the nodule count in austempered specimens, compensating for their nodularity value and subsequently decreasing their ductility and impact strength. The ductility and impact energy values of annealed specimens increased with increasing ferrite area fraction and nodularity, whereas an increase in the amounts of Ni and Cr resulted in an increase of hardness via solid solution strengthening. Austempered specimens were observed to be stronger than an- nealed specimens and failed in a somewhat brittle manner characterized by a river pattern, whereas the ductile failure mode was character- ized by the presence of dimples.

This paper considers a nonsmooth semi-infinite minimax fractional programming problem（sIMFp） involving locally Lipschitz invex functions. The authors establish necessary optimality conditions for sIMFp. The authors establish the relationship between an optimal solution of sIMFp and saddle point of scalar Lagrange function for sIMFp. Further, the authors study saddle point criteria of a vector Lagrange function defined for sIMFp.

In this paper, a robust fractional order fuzzy p ＋ fuzzy I ＋ fuzzy D （FOFp ＋ FOFI ＋ FOFD） controller is presented for a nonlinear and uncertain 2-1ink planar rigid manipulator. It is a nonlinear fuzzy controller with variable gains that makes it self- adjustable or adaptive in nature. The fractional order operators further make it more robust by providing additional degrees of freedom to the design engineer. The integer order counterpart, fuzzy p ＋ fuzzy I ＋ fuzzy D （Fp ＋ FI ＋ FD） controller, for a comparative study, was realized by taking the integer value for the fractional order operators in FOFp ＋ FOFI ＋ FOFD controller. The performances of both the fuzzy controllers are evaluated for reference trajectory tracking and disturbance rejection with and without model uncertainty and measurement noise. Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of controller under study for minimum integral of absolute error. simulation results demonstrated that FOFp ＋ FOFI ＋ FOFD controller show much better performance as compared to its counterpart Fp ＋ FI ＋ FD controller in servo as well as the regulatory problem and in model uncertainty and noisy environment FOFp ＋ FOFI ＋ FOFD controller demonstrated more robust behavior as compared to the Fp ＋ FI ＋ FD controller. For the developed controller bounded-input and bounded-output stability conditions are also developed using small Gain Theorem.
