This paper considers the impact of setup time in production scheduling and proposes energy-aware distributed hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with sequence-dependent setup time(EADHFsP-sT)that simultaneously optimizes the makespan and the energy *** develop a mixed integer linear programming model to describe this problem and present a two-stage adaptive memetic algorithm(TAMA)with a surprisingly popular ***,a hybrid initialization strategy is designed based on the two optimization objectives to ensure the convergence and diversity of ***,multiple population co-evolutionary approaches are proposed for global search to escape from traditional cross-randomization and to balance exploration and ***,considering that the memetic algorithm(MA)framework is less efficient due to the randomness in the selection of local search operators,TAMA is proposed to balance the local and global *** first stage accumulates more experience for updating the surprisingly popular algorithm(sPA)model to guide the second stage operator selection and ensures population *** second stage gets rid of local optimization and designs an elite archive to ensure population ***,five problem-specific operators are designed,and non-critical path deceleration and right-shift strategies are designed for energy ***,to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm,multiple experiments are performed on a benchmark with 45 *** experimental results show that the proposed TAMA can solve the problem effectively.

Polymeric carbon nitride(PCn)has garnered increasing attention as a metal-free photocatalyst with a suitable band *** efforts to enhance its photocatalytic performance,researchers have examined various PCn materials,including poly(heptazine imide)(PHI)and poly(triazine imide)(PTI),two isomers within the PCn family that exhibit distinct and superior photocatalytic activity compared to other *** challenge,however,lies in the common practice among researchers to categorize PHI and PTI along with other PCn types under the overarching term“g-C_(3)n_(4),”which significantly impedes optimization *** objective of this review is to provide comprehensive insights into the structural features,photoelectrochemical properties,and effective characterization methods employed for distinguishing between PHI and PTI *** review also summarizes various optimization strategies,such as crystallinity adjustments,defect engineering,morphology control,constructing heterojunction,and atomic-level metal loading dispersion,to elevate the photocatalytic activity of PHI and PTI,in addition to summarizing the history of carbon nitride ***,this review highlights the primary applications of PHI and PTI,encompassing nitrogen fixation,biomass conversion,organic synthesis,CO_(2)reduction,pollutant degradation,H_(2)O_(2)production,and photocatalytic water ***,the prospects and challenges associated with further advancing PHI and PTI are thoroughly examined.

Recently,most wave energy research has targeted sea areas with high power density under extreme wave conditions for *** trend often leads to higher energy costs for wave power ***,many marine areas with low power density,characterized by wavelet conditions and less destructive forces than extreme wave conditions,remain ***,this study aimed to propose a wave-activated body model for sea regions with wavelet *** wave-activated body design process encompassed site selection,parameter determination,geometry design,comparison and performance evaluation using the AnsYs®AQWA *** results indicated that the proposed device achieved the desired heave motion,with an amplitude range of 1.2 to-2.5 m,validating its potential for deployment in marine regions with wavelet ***,while the proposed design is optimized for wavelet conditions,it was found to have potential limitations in extreme wave *** observation emphasizes the challenge of formulating a generalized design suitable for both ***,it is pivotal for wave-activated body designs to be customized based on the specific ocean conditions they target,underscoring the need for specialized designs of wave energy converters that consider the unique wave characteristics of their deployment sites.

The performance of solid solution aging treatment on aluminum matrix composites prepared by powder metallurgy and reinforced with 6061 aluminum alloy powder as matrix;meanwhile, nano silicon carbide particles(nm si Cp), submicron silicon carbide particles(1 μm si Cp) and Ti particles were studied. The Al/si Cp composite powder was prepared by high-energy ball milling, and then cold-pressed, sintered, hotextruded, and then heat-treated with different solution temperatures and aging times for the extruded composites. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDs), X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and extrusion testing were used to analyze and test the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum matrix composites. The results show that after the multi-stage solid solution at 530 ℃×2 h+535 ℃×2 h+540 ℃×2 h, the particles are mainly equiaxed grains and uniformly distributed. There is no reinforcement agglomeration, and the surface is dense and the insoluble phase is basically dissolved. In the matrix, the strengthening effect is good, and the hardness and compressive strength are 179.43 HV and 680.42 MPa, respectively. Under this solution process, when the aluminum matrix composites are aged at 170 ℃ for 10 h, the hardness and compressive strength can reach their peaks and increase to 195.82 HV and 721.48 MPa, respectively.

IP2vec: an IP node representation model for IP geolocation

IP geolocation is essential for the territorial analysis of sensitive network entities, location-based services (LBs) and network fraud detection. It has important theoretical significance and application value. Measurement-based IP geolocation is a hot research topic. However, the existing IP geolocation algorithms cannot effectively utilize the distance characteristics of the delay, and the nodes’ connection relation, resulting in high geolocation error. It is challenging to obtain the mapping between delay, nodes’ connection relation, and geographical location. Based on the idea of network representation learning, we propose a representation learning model for IP nodes (IP2vec for short) and apply it to street-level IP geolocation. IP2vec model vectorizes nodes according to the connection relation and delay between nodes so that the IP vectors can reflect the distance and topological proximity between IP nodes. The steps of the street-level IP geolocation algorithm based on IP2vec model are as follows: Firstly, we measure landmarks and target IP to obtain delay and path information to construct the network topology. secondly, we use the IP2vec model to obtain the IP vectors from the network topology. Thirdly, we train a neural network to fit the mapping relation between vectors and locations of landmarks. Finally, the vector of target IP is fed into the neural network to obtain the geographical location of target IP. The algorithm can accurately infer geographical locations of target IPs based on delay and topological proximity embedded in the IP vectors. The cross-validation experimental results on 10023 target IPs in new York, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Zhengzhou demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can achieve street-level geolocation. Compared with the existing algorithms such as Hop-Hot, IP-geolocater and sLG, the mean geolocation error of the proposed algorithm is reduced by 33%, 39%, and 51%, respectively.

soil extracellular electron transfer(EET)is a pivotal biological process within the realm of ***,EET suffers from a lack of predictive ***,an intricately crafted machine learning model has been developed for the purpose of predicting soil EET by using the physicochemical properties of soil as independent input variables and the EET capabilities in terms of current density(j_(max))and Coulombic charge(C_(out))as dependent output *** autoencoder ensemble stacking(AEs)model was developed to address the aforementioned issue by integrating support vector machine,multilayer perceptron,extreme gradient boosting,and light gradient boosting machine algorithms as the stacking *** 10-fold crossvalidation,the AEs model exhibited notable improvements in predicting j_(max)and C_(out),with average test R^(2)values of 0.83 and 0.84,respectively,surpassing those of single machine learning(ML)models and the basic ensemble *** utilizing partial correlation plots(PDPs),shapley Additive explanations(sHAP)values,and sHAP decision plots,we quantitatively explained the impact and contribution of the input molecules on the AEs model’s predictions of j_(max)and C_(out).In the context of the sHAP method for the AEs model,total carbon(TC)was identified as the most correlated descriptor for j_(max),while total organic carbon(TOC)stood out as the most relevant descriptor for C_(out).In the prediction tasks of j_(max)and C_(out)within the AEs model,employing a multitask ML approach allowed the model to benefit from the shared information of input variables,thereby enhancing its overall *** study provides a feasible tool for the prediction of soil EET from soil physiochemical properties and an advanced understanding of the relationship between soil physiochemical properties and EET capability.
