We theoretically study the structural, elastic and optical properties of Er Pd Bi together with its anisotropic behaviors using density functional theory. It is observed that Er Pd Bi satisfies the Born stability criteria nicely and possesses high quality of machinability. The anisotropic behavior of Er Pd Bi is reported with the help of theoretical anisotropy indices incorporating 3 d graphical presentation, which suggests that Er Pd Bi is highly anisotropic in nature. It is noticed that the minimum thermal conductivity is very low for Er Pd Bi compared to the several species. This low value of minimum thermal conductivity introduces the potentiality of Er Pd Bi in high-temperature applications such as thermal barrier *** addition, deep optical insights of Er Pd Bi reveal that our material can be used in different optoelectronic and electronic device applications ranging from organic light-emitting diodes, solar panel efficiency, waveguides etc. to integration of integrated circuits. Therefore, we believe that our results will provide a new insight into high-temperature applications and will benefit for the development of promising optoelectric devices as well.

Inflammation is a common phenomenon in wound healing and upon implantation of cell supportive matrices(i.e. scaffolds) on defect sites. Local and nonlocal drug administrations are the two ways of delivering drugs(for example anti-inflammatory drugs) to wound sites. since localized drug delivery via scaffolds can overcome the disadvantages of systemic(nonlocal) drug delivery, the use of scaffolds as drug delivery vehicle is growing rapidly in tissue engineering field. moreover, in most cases of tissue regeneration, it is necessary to develop scaffolds that can mimic native three dimensional(3d) extracellular matrices(ECms) either in vitro or in vivo. In such cases, the scaffolds should bear the properties required for high cell infiltration. For exact mimicking the native 3d ECms, ultrafine fibrous morphology of the scaffold with sufficient inter fiber gaps(for high cell infiltration) is obvious. Recently, ultrafine fibrous three dimensional(UF3d) scaffolds were developed via ultra-low concentration phase separation technique(ULCPs) where the scaffolds exhibited the potential to mimic native 3d ECms like morphology. If drugs can be delivered from UF3 d scaffolds in a sustained manner, it can add more value to the tissue engineering field. But no work reported drug loading and release profile from UF3 d scaffolds and only a limited number of materials were used to prepare such scaffolds before. Proteins were used frequently by researchers in tissue engineering field for their biodegradability and biocompatibility. moreover, water is used as solvent for most proteins which reduces risk of toxic contamination. so, proteins namely gelatin(Gt), regenerated silk fibroin(RsF) and fibrinogen(FB) were initially chosen in this work for fabrication of UF3 d scaffolds and followed by drug loading and release experiments. Biomass estimation using allometric models is a nondestructive and popular *** of an allometric model can influence the accuracy of biomass *** Forest department initiated a nationwide forest inventory to assess biomass and carbon stocks in trees and *** relationship between carbon storage and sequestration in a forest has implications for climate change mitigation in terms of the carbon sink in *** part of the national forest inventory,we aimed to derive multi-species biomass models for the hill zone of Bangladesh and to determine the carbon concentration in tree components(leaves,branches,bark and stem).In total,175 trees of 14 species were sampled and a semi-destructive method was used to develop a biomass model,which included development of smaller branch(base diam)biomass allometry and volume estimation of bigger branches and *** best model of leaf,branches,and bark showed lower values for adjusted R2(0.3152-0.8043)and model efficiency(0.436-0.643),hence these models were not recommended to estimate *** best fit model of stem and total aboveground biomass(TAGB)showed higher model efficiency 0.948 and 0.837,respectively,and this model was recommended for estimation of tree biomass for the hill zone of *** best fit allometric biomass model for stem was Ln(stem)=-10.7248+1.6094*Ln(d)+1.323*Ln(H)+1.1469*Ln(W);the best fit model for TAGB was Ln(TAGB)=-6.6937+0.809*Ln(d^2*H*W),where dBH=diameter at Breast Height,H=Total Height,W=Wood *** two most frequently used pan-tropical biomass models showed lower model efficiency(0.667 to 0.697)compared to our derived TAGB *** best fit TAGB model proved applicable for accurate estimation of TAGB for the hill zone of *** concentration varied significantly(pspecies and tree *** concentration(48-49%)of carbon was recorded in the tree stem.

The effect of carbon black （CB） and graphite （G） powders on the macroscopic and nano-scale free volume properties of silicone rubber based on poly（di-methylsiloxane）（Pdms） was studied through thermal and cyclic mechanical measurements, as well as with positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy （PALs）. The melting temperature of the composites （Tm） and the endothermic enthalpy of melting （Δhm） were estimated by differential scanning calorimetry （dsC）. Tm and the degree of crystallinity （χc） of Pdms composites were found to decrease with increasing the CB content. This can be explained due to the increase in physical cross-linking which results in a decrease in the crystallite thickness. Besides, χc was found to be dependent on the filler type. Cyclic stress-strain behavior of Pdms loaded with different contents of filler has been studied. mullins ratio （Rm） was found to be dependent on the filler type and content. It was found that, Rm increases with increasing the filler content due to the increase in physical cross-linking which results in a decrease in the size of free volume, as observed through a decrease of the o-Ps lifetime τ3 measured by PALs. moreover, the hysteresis in Pdms-CB composites was more pronounced than in Pdms-G composites. Furthermore, a correlation was established between the free volume Vf and the mechanical properties of Pdms composites containing different fillers. A negative correlation was observed between Vf and Rm.

Objective:To delineate immunomodulatory role of histamine on antibody generation pr of ile in rabbit in the present dose-dependent histamine ***:The cohort comprised of three groups(Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤ),containing six rabbits each,and received subcutaneous histamine 50μg/kg×bis in die(b.i.d.),100μg/kg×*** 200μg/kg X b.i.d.,respectively for 10 days (starting from the 1st day).They were subsequently immunized on the 3rd day with intravenous injection of sheep blood cell(sRBC)(1×10 cells/mL).GroupⅡ(positive control)(n=6) received vehicle(sterile distilled water) and immunized at day 3 similarly while groupⅠ(negative control) (n=6) remained non-immunized and received only *** experimentations were performed in *** samples were collected on pre-immunization(pre-I)(day 0),as well as on days 7-,14-,21-,28- and 58- post-immunization(post-I).Immunological parameters[total immunoglobulins(Igs),Igm and IgG]were analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELIsA) ***:Histamine could influence a detectable antibody response to sRBC as early as day 7-post-I,which lasted until day 58- *** results were found statistically significant(Psions:Our results provide evidence that histamine has a short-term effect on antibody generation(until its presence in the body),and the antibody generation titer in vivo were affected by the concentration of histamine.
