Tropical waters are with more salinity and harbor millions of micro *** environmental condition challenges the strength and reliability of marine *** behaviour of structural materials due to pitting and uniform corrosion is studied,and a method based on coating is suggested to improve the life cycle ensuring reliability in its *** structural materials like high strength steel and AA6063 were selected for the study and metallic coating performed for evaluation of corrosion *** are investigated in chloride concentration of 3.5%NaCl by weight loss measurements and potentiodynamic *** coating was done by electroplating and PVD(Physical Vapour Deposition)method for high strength steel,where as aluminum samples were coated by an electroplating *** high strength steel samples were mono coated by Ni and Cr using the electroplating method,and composite coating was done with Al-N(Aluminium nitride)and Ti-Al-N(Titanium Aluminium Nitride)by PVD *** electron microscopy(sEM)was used for evaluation of fracture toughness of coating around the pits *** investigation showed that the methods and thickness of coating influenced corrosion resistances of the substrate *** coated samples by PVD showed excellent corrosion resistance properties compared to electroplated samples after the *** element analysis was performed by FRANC 2D/L(Fracture Analysis Code)showed a decrease in stress intensity values for composite coated samples of PVD compared to mono coated electroplated *** in the duty cycle of the structure was observed in the simulation has a result of a decrease in stress intensity values for PVD coated samples.

MANET routing is critical and routing decision should be made sooner before the node leaves the *** decisions always compensate network *** addition,most MANET routing protocols assume a friendly and cooperative environment,and hence are vulnerable to various *** and Reputation would serve as a major solution to these *** the network characteristics and choosing right routing decisions at right times would be a significant *** this work,we have done an extensive survey of fault tolerant protocols and ant colony algorithms applied to routing in *** propose a Qos constrained fault tolerant ant lookahead routing algorithm which attempts to identify valid route and look-ahead route pairs which might help in choosing the alternate path in case of valid route *** results prove that the proposed algorithm takes better routing decisions with 20-30 percent improvement compared with existing ant colony algorithms.

In signal processing and communication systems,digital filters are widely *** some circumstances,the reliability of those systems is crucial,necessitating the use of fault tolerant filter *** strategies have been presented throughout the years to achieve fault tolerance by utilising the structure and properties of the *** technology advances,more complicated systems with several filters become *** of the filters in those complicated systems frequently function in parallel,for example,by applying the same filter to various input ***,a simple strategy for achieving fault tolerance that takes advantage of the availability of parallel filters was *** fault-tolerant ways that take advantage of the filter’s structure and properties have been proposed throughout the *** primary idea is to use structured authentication scan chains to study the internal states of finite impulse response(FIR)components in order to detect and recover the exact state of faulty modules through the state of non-faulty ***,a simple solution of Double modular redundancy(DMR)based fault tolerance was developed that takes advantage of the availability of parallel filters for image *** approach is expanded in this short to display how parallel filters can be protected using error correction codes(ECCs)in which each filter is comparable to a bit in a standard ECC.“Advanced error recovery for parallel systems,”the suggested technique,can find and eliminate hidden defects in FIR modules,and also restore the system from multiple failures impacting two FIR *** the implementation,Xilinx IsE 14.7 was found to have given significant error reduction capability in the fault calculations and reduction in the area which reduces the cost of *** were introduced in all the outputs of the functional filters and found that the fault in every output is corrected.

Colletotrichum kahawae(Coffee Berry Disease)spreads through spores that can be carried by wind,rain,and insects affecting coffee plantations,and causes 80%yield losses and poor-quality coffee *** deadly disease is hard to control because wind,rain,and insects carry *** researchers utilized a deep learning system to identify CBD in coffee cherries at three growth stages and classify photographs of infected and uninfected cherries with 93%accuracy using a random forest *** the dataset is too small and noisy,the algorithm may not learn data patterns and generate accurate *** overcome the existing challenge,early detection of Colletotrichum Kahawae disease in coffee cherries requires automated processes,prompt recognition,and accurate *** proposed methodology selects CBD image datasets through four different stages for training and *** to train a model on datasets of coffee berries,with each image labeled as healthy or *** themodel is trained,sHAP algorithmto figure out which features were essential formaking predictions with the proposed *** of these characteristics were the cherry’s colour,whether it had spots or other damage,and how big the Lesions *** inception is important for classification to virtualize the relationship between the colour of the berry is correlated with the presence of *** evaluate themodel’s performance andmitigate excess fitting,a 10-fold cross-validation approach is *** involves partitioning the dataset into ten subsets,training the model on each subset,and evaluating its *** comparison to other contemporary methodologies,the model put forth achieved an accuracy of 98.56%.

Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)enabled e-healthcare has the potential to greately improve conventional healthcare services ***,security and privacy become major issues of IoMT because of the restricted processing abilities,storage,and energy constraints of the ***,it leads to infeasibility of developing traditional cryptographic solutions to the IoMT *** order to ensure security on sensitive medical data,effective encryption and authentication techniques need to be designed to assure security of the patients and healthcare service *** this view,this study designs an effective metaheuristic optimization based encryption with user authentication(EMOE-UA)technique for IoMT *** work proposes an EMOE-UA technique aims to accomplish mutual authentication for addressing the security issues and reducing the computational ***,the EMOE-UA technique employs optimal multikey homomorphic encryption(OMKHE)technique to encrypt the IoMT ***,the improved social spider optimization algorithm(IssOA)was employed for the optimal multikey generation of the MKHE *** experimental result analysis of the EMOE-UA technique takes place using benchmark data and the results are examined under various *** simulation results reported the considerably better performance of the EMOE-UA technique over the existing techniques.

Preventive maintenance is an accepted practice in engineering to keep the structural reliability of ship hulls at the highest possible *** ensure a longer period in between the consecutive maintenance of ship hull parts to optimize *** is relevant in view of the difficulty in reaching farthest corners in ballast tanks,fuel storage tanks,cofferdams *** maintenance of the deck and hull parts save a considerable amount of the owner's budget.A portable technology like patching becomes more handy and *** of both unpatched and patched samples during dynamic loading conditions being examined in the present *** high strength steel panels with a dimension of 70mm×15mm×3mm were edge cracked for lengths of 4mm and 7mm,with width of 1mm for *** edge cracked high strength steel panels are repaired with composite patches using GFRP(glass fiber reinforced plastic),CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastic)and AFRP(aramid fiber reinforced plastic).The patching was done by 3 and 5 layered and impact tested by Charpy impact tester at ranges of high *** amount of energy absorbed in the impact is converted to dynamic fracture toughness values and compared for evaluating the performance of FRP(fiber reinforced plastics).Finite element analysis was done for evaluating the stress intensity factors at different types of patching and testing *** the AFRP patched samples showed better dynamic fracture toughness values at different temperatures.

We review recent developments in the use of magnetic lattices as a complementary tool to optical lattices for trapping periodic arrays of ultracold atoms and degenerate quantum gases. Recent advances include the realisation of Bose–Einstein condensation in multiple sites of a magnetic lattice of one-dimensional microtraps, the trapping of ultracold atoms in square and triangular magnetic lattices,and the fabrication of magnetic lattice structures with submicron period suitable for quantum tunnelling ***, we describe a proposal to utilise long-range interacting Rydberg atoms in a large spacing magnetic lattice to create interactions between atoms on neighbouring sites.

Efficient and cost-effective electrocatalysts that can operate across a wide range of pH conditions are essential for green hydrogen *** by biological systems,Fe_(7)s_(8)nanoparticles incorporated on polydopamine matrix electrocatalyst were synthesized by co-precipitation and annealing *** resulting Fe_(7)s_(8)/C electrocatalyst possesses a three-dimensional structure and exhibits enhanced electrocatalytic performance for hydrogen production across various pH ***,the Fe_(7)s_(8)/C electrocatalyst demonstrates exceptional activity,achieving low overpotentials of 90.6,45.9,and 107.4 mV in acidic,neutral,and alkaline environments,*** impedance spectroscopy reveals that Fe_(7)s_(8)/C exhibits the lowest charge transfer resistance under neutral conditions,indicating an improved proton-coupled electron transfer ***-wave electron paramagnetic resonance results confirm a change in the valence state of Fe from 3+to 1+during the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).These findings closely resemble the behavior of natural[FeFe]-hydrogenase,known for its superior hydrogen production in neutral *** remarkable performance of our Fe_(7)s_(8)/C electrocatalyst opens up new possibilities for utilizing bioinspired materials as catalysts for the HER.

利用13C魔角旋转NMR波谱对向光素LOV1-C57s进行固态Photo-CIDNP效应的磁场依赖性研究.在4.7 T(相当于200 MHz1H频率)磁场中,黑暗条件下只检测到较宽的蛋白质信号;但在光照条件下,观测到强烈的固态Photo-CIDNP效应.与在2.3 T(相当于100 MHz1H频率)磁场中得到的全部为发射谱(负)信号的固态Photo-CIDNP图谱(首次在非光合反应系统中观测到的Photo-CIDNP效应)不同,在4.7 T磁场中测得的光诱导13C NMR谱呈现吸收/发射混合峰型,这种峰型与文献报道的LOV2的液态Photo-CIDNP波谱的峰型相似.对比两种磁场中所得谱图发现,向光素LOV1-C57s的固态Photo-CIDNP效应具有强烈的磁场依赖性,而且不同的核对磁场的依赖程度差别很大,这种巨大的差别反映出在被测试的自由基对中的超精细相互作用影响因素发生了很大的改变.
