采用磁控溅射(Ag/Cu/Copt)n多层膜先驱体结合真空退火的方法制备了一系列CoptCu/Ag纳米复合薄膜,通过优化薄膜中Ag以及Cu的含量,成功制备出了低相变温度垂直取向的CoptCu/Ag纳米复合膜,该膜在450℃退火即可发生相变,该温度比目前所报导的CoptAg纳米复合膜的相变温度降低了150℃.实验结果表明,薄膜中一定含量的Ag元素能够有效诱导薄膜的(001)取向,Cu元素的加入能有效降低薄膜的有序化温度.对于特定组分为Co40pt36Cu8Ag16的薄膜,经500℃退火后已经显示了明显的(001)取向,垂直于膜面方向上的矫顽力为5.0×105A/m,并且薄膜中晶粒尺寸仅为4—5nm,为将来Copt-L10有序相合金薄膜用于超高密度垂直磁记录介质打下了基础.

基于溅射－气体－聚集（sGA）形成纳米金属颗粒的原理，提出了蒸发－气体－聚集（EGA）共沉积制备CO－Ag颗粒膜的新方法，并利用该方法制备了系列Co－Ag颗粒膜样品．TEM／ED分析表明，制备态样品中CO颗粒被Ag原子所包裹，能有效地阻止颗粒的表面氧化与团聚；＃膜无需经过热处理即可形成Co与Ag的相分离，其结构为fcc—Co和fcc-Ag非均匀相多晶共存形态；与Co大块材料相比，薄膜中Co颗粒晶格常数随颗粒大小变化而呈现出不同程度的收缩效应，当颗粒平均直径为8nm时，其晶格收缩量为7％．磁电阻测量结果表明，薄膜在室温下呈现出较大的巨磁电阻效应；随着薄膜中Co颗粒尺寸的减小，其巨磁电阻效应增强．

Tribological behavior of lubricant-impregnated porous polyimide

＜正＞The study of semiconducting Fesi2 has attracted increasing attention in recent years for its potential applications as a silicon-based light emitting material. In this work, we shall report on some recent progress made in our laboratory on the fabrication of Fesi2 by ion beam synthesis using a metal vapor vacuum arc ion source. In particular, we shall describe in some details how the phases and microstructures of Fesi2, as well as their orientation relationship with the si substrate, are dependent on the implantation temperature and the annealing conditions. We shall show that the photoluminescence （pL） properties are correlated with the silicon defects introduced by the implantation and annealing processes. Hence, the origins of the pL spectra can be identified. simple device structures were fabricated and some preliminary results on the electroluminescence （EL） properties were obtained with clear EL signals observed even at room temperature. possible mechanisms of the EL emission will be discussed. porous materials impregnated with lubricants can be used in conditions where limited lubricant is *** this work,three porous polyimides(ppI)with different densities were ***(pAO)impregnated ppI(ippI)discs were rubbed against steel and sapphire *** operando observations of the ippI-sapphire contacts show that oil is released under an applied load,forming a meniscus around *** at the outlet is created at high sliding *** amount of released oil increases with increasing ppI *** moduli,E*,estimated based on the actual contact size show that trapped oil in ippIs contributes to load *** higher speeds,tribological rehydration of the contact occurs in low density ippI,with that E*rises with *** high density ppIs,high speeds give a constantly high E*which is limited by the viscoelastic properties of the ppI network and possibly the rate of oil *** of ippI-steel contacts is governed by the mechanical properties of the ppI,the flow of the lubricant,and the roughness of the ppI *** low-and medium-density(highly porous,high roughness)ppIs,large amount of oil is released,and lubrication is mainly via lubricant restricted in the contact in the pores and possibly tribological *** high density(low porosity)ppI,with lower roughness,hydrodynamic lubrication is achieved which gives the lowest *** results show that polymeric porous materials for effective lubrication require the optimization of its surface roughness,stiffness,oil flow,and oil retentions.

采用直流磁控溅射的方法制备了一系列(Copt/Ag)n多层膜,然后在不同温度下进行了退火处理,并对其结构和磁性做了初步的表征,研究了Ag的含量以及薄膜中每一单元厚度与总厚度对退火后薄膜的结构以及磁性能的影响.结果表明,膜厚较薄时(大约20nm)有利于薄膜沿(001)取向生长,Ag的加入不但能够抑制Copt晶粒的过分长大还可以诱导薄膜的(001)取向,使退火后的薄膜在垂直于膜面方向上的矫顽力大大增强.对于特定组分为Co40pt43Ag17的薄膜,经600℃退火后已经显示了明显的(001)取向,垂直于膜面方向上的矫顽力为5.6×105A/m,饱和磁化强度为0.65T,并且磁滞回线具有很好的矩形度,剩磁比(s)为0.95.

Bremsstrahlung—the spontaneous emission of broadband radiation from free electrons that are deflected by atomic nuclei—contributes to the majority of X-rays emitted from X-ray tubes and used in applications ranging from medical imaging to semiconductor chip ***,we show that the bremsstrahlung intensity can be enhanced significantly—by more than three orders of magnitude—through shaping the electron wavefunction to periodically overlap with atoms in crystalline ***,we show how to shape the bremsstrahlung X-ray emission pattern into arbitrary angular emission profiles for purposes such as unidirectionality and ***,we find that these enhancements and shaped emission profiles cannot be attributed solely to the spatial overlap between the electron probability distribution and the atomic centers,as predicted by the paraxial and nonrecoil theory for free electron light *** work highlights an unprecedented regime of free electron light emission where electron waveshaping provides multi-dimensional control over practical radiation processes like *** results pave the way towards greater versatility in table-top X-ray sources and improved fundamental understanding of quantum electron-light interactions.

To the Editor:Fontan-associated liver disease shows increasing incidence as advances in pediatric cardiology have prolonged life expectancy in patients with single ventricle congenital heart defects[1].Their unique physiology and procedure-related sequelae present an increasingly relevant challenge in hepatic *** hereby reported a series of patients suffering from hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)who successfully underwent open and laparoscopic hepatectomy.
