Internet of Things (IoT) is a widely distributed network which requires small amount of power supply having limited storage and processing capacity. On the other hand, Cloud computing has virtually unlimited storage and processing capabilities and is a much more mature technology. Therefore, combination of Cloud computing and IoT can provide the best performance for users. Cloud computing nowadays provides lifesaving healthcare application by collecting data from bedside devices, viewing patient information and diagnose in real time. There may some concerns about security and other issues of the patient’s data but utilization of IoT and Cloud technologies in healthcare industry would open a new era in the field of healthcare. To ensure basic healthcare needs of the people in the rural areas, we have proposed Cloud-IoT based smart healthcare system. In this system various types of sensors (Temperature, Heart bit, ECG, etc.) are equipped in the patient side to sense the patient’s physiological data. For securing data RsA based authentication algorithm and mitigation of several security threats have been used. The sensed data will process and store in the Cloud server. stored data can be used by the authorized and/or concerned medical practitioner upon approved by the user for patient caring.

The effect of external magnetic field and internal heat generation or absorption on a steady two-dimensional natural convection flow of viscous incompressible fluid along a uniformly heated vertical wavy surface has been investigated. The governing boundary layer equations are first transformed into a non-dimensional form using suitable set of dimensionless variables. The transformed boundary layer equations are solved numerically using the implicit finite difference method, known as Keller-box scheme. Numerical results for velocity, temperature, skin friction, the rate of heat transfer are obtained for different values of the selected parameters, such as viscous dissipation parameter (Vd), heat generation parameter (Q), magnetic parameter (m) and presented graphically and discussed. streamlines and isotherms are presented for selected values of heat generation parameter and explained.

Exposure of whole body vibration(WBV)influences performance,comfort,and long term health risks of tractor ***,measurement and evaluation of WBV parameters should be carried out to find probable effects on the health of tractor *** this study,a system was designed to measure the WBV of agricultural tractor operators and evaluated the hazard risks on operator’s body according to the IsO standards,and implementation of the WBV test in the official testing station was also suggested.A tri-axial accelerometer was employed to measure vibrations transmitted to the seated operator body as a whole through the supporting surface of the buttock on four typical farm roads under different *** vector sum A(8)exposures on the rough tracks(earthen and grassland roads)exceeded the action limits of 0.5 m/s2 at a 10.9 km/h forward speed and reached to the action limit value at a 16.0 km/h forward speed on the concrete *** vector sum of VDV(8)exposures did not exceed the action limits of 9.1 m/s1.75 and was greater on the grassland *** vector sum sed(8)exposures values exceeded the moderate probability of an adverse health limit of 0.5 mPa on all farm roads at high forward speeds and exceeded the high probability of an adverse health limit of 0.8 mPa on asphalt,concrete,and grassland roads which should be lower than the exposure limit values as suggested by the IsO and EC *** WBV evaluation procedure should be considered for implementation at the official tractor test station,which would response to domestic and international tractor test regulations and improve the market competitiveness.

This study deals with the enhanced solubilization of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs） such as phenanthrene （PHE） and fluorene （FLR） in a pure cationic gemini （G6） and three conventional surfactants [polyethylene glycol dodecyl ether （Brij35）, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide （CRAB） and sodium lauryl sulfate （sDs）] as well as in their equimolar binary combinations （G6-Brij35, G6-CTAB and G6-sDs）. Their solubilization efficiency toward PHE and FLR has been quantified in terms of the molar solubilization ratio （msR） and the micelle-water partition coefficient （Kin）. The ideality/nonideality of the mixed micelles is discussed with the help of Clint, Rubingh and Rosen＇s approaches. These theories determine the deviation of experimental critical micelle concen- tration （CmC） values from ideal critical micelle concentration, which was measured by evaluating the interaction parameters （/3m and/3）. Negative values ofβm were observed in all the equimolar binary systems, which show synergism in the mixed micelles. Whereas at air/liquid interface synergism was observed in the systems G6-CrAB and G6-Brij35; G6-sDs exhibited an antagonistic effect. The order of msR and Km was G6-CTAB 〉 G6- Brij35 〉 G6-sDs for phenanthrene as well as for fluorene.

Introduction: Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCm) is a common clinical condition in northern Nigeria. This study aimed to determine the prevalence and characteristics of PPCm among women with heart failure referred for echocardiography. materials and methods: This is a retrospective study of 401 women managed for heart failure referred for echocardiography between October 2016 and september 2017. Their reports were analyzed for demographic and echocardiographic parameters. Results: The mean age of the 401 individuals studied was 41.28 ± 16.25 years. The commonest cause of heart failure was PPCm, accounting for 256 (69.5%), followed by hypertension 79 (19.7%) and rheumatic heart disease (RHD) 24 (5.9%). Conclusion: PPCm is a common and important cause of heart failure among women in Northern Nigeria.

Volume Table of Raintree (samanea saman) in Bangladesh by Regression Technique

Raintree (samanea saman) is a multipurpose village tree species grown in abundance at southern and northern regions of Bangladesh. Village people need to know estimation procedure for timber inventory of this useful tree species. Data on diameter at breast height (diameter) and total height (height) of 205 standing sample trees were collected by spiegel relascope for the purpose. The sample trees with diameter ranging 21 cm - 91 cm and height ranging 10 m - 20 m were considered for measurement. Volumes (m3) of individual trees were computed by smalian formula. A total of 10 linear models of volume on diameter and volume (V) on diameter (D) and height (H) were examined with the sample trees. A few statistics of F, t, mean square error, multiple correlation coefficient and Furnivall Index was computed and tested for investigation of best fitted models. The two models of In(V) = 8.3023 + 2.1746 In(D) and In(V) = –9.1864 + 1.85502 In(D) + 0.8234 In(H) were found to be best fitted models. They have been recommended to estimate volume of large scale standing Raintree trees.

Air Pollution is one of the main contaminants in industrial cities like Tehran, but it depends on many factors. One of the most important factors is wind field. Wind field shows how the pollutants transfer by convective mechanism. Tehran as the most polluted city of Iran (or may be middle East) locates in a mountainous situation and is surrounded from two sides by high mountains and from two sides by desert. Therefore, the topography of Greater Tehran Area is so complex and needs more attention. We have studied the air pollution in Tehran from this point of view in this paper and used mEmO software for simulation of wind field in this area. The results show good agreement with experimental observations and show stronger wind from south to north and west-south to east-north in days and then night in reverse direction. It causes that the pollutants remain at urban area and the concentrations of pollutants reach to a serious level.

Background: Curculigo recurvata(C. recurvata) is an enthnomedicinally important herb reported to have significant medicinal values. The present study aimed to explore the in vivo and in silico anti-nociceptive and anti-diarrheal effects of a C. recurvate rhizome methanol extract(me-RCR).methods: The analgesic effects of me-RCR were assessed using acetic acid-induced writhing and the formalin-induced flicking test. The drugs were administered intraperitoneally(IP) at doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg body weight(bw). Anti-diarrheal activity was evaluated by assessing intestinal motility, hypersecretion, and fecal score in mice at oral doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg·bw. Computer facilitated analyses for anti-nociceptive and anti-diarrheal activities of three isolated compounds from C. recurvata were undertaken to identify the best-fit ***: The me-RCR showed significant(P st dose. The extract inhibited both early and late phases of nociception in the formalin-induced writhing test. In the castor oil-induced diarrhoea model, the extract significantly(P set time of diarrhoea, inhibited percentage of diarrhoea, and decreased both the volume and weight of intestinal contents. Rates of intestinal fluid accumulation inhibition were(33.61 ± 1.00)% and(46.44 ± 0.89)% at me-RCR doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg·bw, respectively. moreover, a significant(P strointestinal motility was observed. An absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and/or toxicity(ADmE/T) test showed that the selected compounds yielded promising results, satisfying Lipinski's rule of five for predicting drug-like potential. Notably, of the three phytoconstituents curculigine and isocurculigine possessed the highest affinity for the COX-1 and COX-2. Thermal adsorption cooling systems have gained significant attention due to their potential for energy savings and eco-environmental impact. An analytic investigation of the heat transfer inside an adsorption chiller with various bed silica gel-water pairs is presented. A comprehensive model has been designed to accurately predict the correlation between the overall performance of the proposed chiller system and the functional and structural condition of the building. This model takes into account various factors such as temperature, humidity, and air quality to provide a detailed analysis of the system’s efficiency. At least 20 collectors consisting of a 34.4 m area (each) with a full-cycle time of 480 seconds are essential to improper run conditions. It is necessary to adjust the optimum cycle time for optimal performance. During the investigation, the base condition shows that the cooling capacity is 14 kw, 0.6 COPcycle, and 0.35 COPsolar at noon. Also, conduct a thorough investigation into the chiller’s performance under varying cooling water supply temperatures and various chilled water flow rates.
