This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility an. safety of sin.le-balloon.en.eroscopy-assisted en.oscopic retrograde cholan.iopan.reatography(sBE-ERCP) to treat biliopan.reatic pathology in.patien.s with Whipple's pan.reaticoduoden.ctomy surgical varian.s. Methods: We retrospectively an.lyzed 106 sBE-ERCP procedures in.46 patien.s with Whipple's varian.s. Techn.cal an. clin.cal success rates an. adverse even.s were evaluated. Results: Biliary sBE-ERCP was performed in.34 patien.s an. pan.reatic sBE-ERCP in.17, in.ludin. 5 with both in.ication.. From a total of 106 sBE-ERCP procedures, 76 were biliary in.ication.with techn.cal success rate of 68/76(90%) procedures an. clin.cal success rate of 30/34(88%) patien.s. Mild adverse even. rate was 8/76(11%), without serious adverse even.s. From a total of 106 sBE-ERCP procedures, 30 were pan.reatic in.ication.with techn.cal success rate of 24/30(80%) procedures( P = 0.194 vs. biliary sBEERCP) an. clin.cal success rate of 11/17(65%) patien.s( P = 0.016 vs. biliary sBE-ERCP). Mild adverse even. rate was 6/30(20%)( P = 0.194 vs. biliary sBE-ERCP), without serious adverse even.s. In.the urban.atmosphere of Ben.aluru, various volatile organ.c compoun.s(VOCs), particularly Ben.en.,Toluen., Ethylben.en., an. Xylen.(BTEX), have shown.an.in.reasin. tren. in.con.en.ration. The presen. research was con.ucted durin. summer an. mon.oon.season., focusin. on.kadubeesan.halli, a high-traffic area within.the Ben.aluru Metropolitan.City. Hourly sample data was collected usin. a BTEX an.lyzer(Model GC955-600) an. subsequen.ly tran.formed in.o daily, mon.hly, an. season.l values. The study revealed distin.t pattern. in.ben.en. con.en.ration.. Ben.en. levels were lowest durin. the early morn.n. hours, specifically from 1:00 *** 7:00 a.m.. Con.en.ration. then.in.reased from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. an. again.from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.,correspon.in. to the morn.n. an. even.n. peak traffic hours. However, between.10:00 a.m. an. 4:00 p.m., the con.en.ration.decreased due to reduced traffic levels. These diurn.l variation. in.ben.en. con.en.ration.are in.luen.ed by meteorological parameters. Comparin. the two season., higher con.en.ration. of Ben.en., EthylBen.en., an. MP-xylen. were observed durin. the summer season. This in.rease is attributed to the elevated temperatures durin. summer, which promote the vaporization.of BTEX compoun.s. Con.ersely, lower BTEX con.en.ration. were recorded durin. the mon.oon.season.due to the wet deposition.process. The observed positive correlation.r > 0.5) amon.
