The stochastic cracking and healing behaviors of reaction-diffusion growth of thin filmswere studied by means of Markov processes analysis. We chose the thermal growth ofoxide scales on metals as an example of reaction-diffusion growth. The thermal growthof oxide films follows power law when no cracking occurs. Our results showed that thegrowth kinetics under stochastic cracking and healing conditions was different fromthat without cracking. It might be altered to either pseudo-linear or pseudo-power lawsdependent upon the intensity and frequency of the cracking of the films. When thehoping items dominated, the growth followed pseudo-linear law; when the diffusionalitems dominated, it followed pseudo-power law with the exponentials lower than theintrinsical values. The numerical results were in good agreement with the meassuredkinetics of isothermal and cyclic oxidation of NiAl-0.1 Y (at. %) alloys in air at 1273K.

Ground movements due to tunneling are becoming increasingly critical as buildings are located around construction *** study proposes a new combined reinforcement method using a foundation grouting oblique pipe *** former improves the bearing capacity of the subsoil,and the latter blocks the transmission of soil deformation,which weakens the influence of construction during overlapped tunnel *** on this new method,a case study of the shield tunneling response to an old building in Line 6 of China’s Chengdu Metro is ***,three-dimensional numerical models without reinforcement,traditional foundation grouting reinforcement,and the new combined reinforcement schemes were *** numerical simulation performance was verified using a set of field instrumentation data,which demonstrated that the old building response to the overlapped tunnels was under control,and the maximum deformation,angular distortion,and principal tensile strain of the building were 5.25 mm,5.1010–6 rad/m,and 0.0081%,*** with the traditional reinforcement scheme,the deformation,angular distortion,and principal tensile strain in the combined reinforcement scheme were reduced by 54.78%,71.02%,and 70.22%,*** results have important implications for the design and construction of shield tunnels and their response to old buildings.

In the process of constructing domain-specific knowledge graphs,the task of relational triple extraction plays a critical role in transforming unstructured text into structured *** relational triple extraction models facemultiple challenges when processing domain-specific data,including insufficient utilization of semantic interaction information between entities and relations,difficulties in handling challenging samples,and the scarcity of domain-specific *** address these issues,our study introduces three innovative components:Relation semantic enhancement,data augmentation,and a voting strategy,all designed to significantly improve the model’s performance in tackling domain-specific relational triple extraction *** first propose an innovative attention interaction *** method significantly enhances the semantic interaction capabilities between entities and relations by integrating semantic information fromrelation ***,we propose a voting strategy that effectively combines the strengths of large languagemodels(LLMs)and fine-tuned small pre-trained language models(sLMs)to reevaluate challenging samples,thereby improving the model’s adaptability in specific ***,we explore the use of LLMs for data augmentation,aiming to generate domain-specific datasets to alleviate the scarcity of domain *** conducted on three domain-specific datasets demonstrate that our model outperforms existing comparative models in several aspects,with F1 scores exceeding the state of the Art models by 2%,1.6%,and 0.6%,respectively,validating the effectiveness and generalizability of our approach.

Fractional calculus has drawn more attentions of mathematicians and engineers in recent years.A lot of new fractional operators were used to handle various practical *** this article,we mainly study four new fractional operators,namely the CaputoFabrizio operator,the Atangana-Baleanu operator,the sun-Hao-Zhang-Baleanu operator and the generalized Caputo type operator under the frame of the k-Prabhakar fractional integral ***,the theory of the k-Prabhakar fractional integral is regarded as a much broader than classical fractional ***,we firstly give a series expansion of the k-Prabhakar fractional integral by means of the k-Riemann-Liouville ***,a connection between the k-Prabhakar fractional integral and the four new fractional operators of the above mentioned was shown,*** terms of the above analysis,we can obtain this a basic fact that it only needs to consider the k-Prabhakar fractional integral to cover these results from the four new fractional operators.

In this paper,an integrated estimation guidance and control(IEGC)system is designed based on the command filtered backstepping approach for circular field-of-view(FOV)strapdown *** threedimensional integrated estimation guidance and control nonlinear model with limited actuator deflection angle is established considering the seeker's FOV *** boundary time-varying integral barrier Lyapunov function(IBLF)is employed in backstepping design to constrain the body line-of-sight(BLOs)in IEGC system to fit a circular ***,the nonlinear adaptive controller is designed to estimate the changing aerodynamic *** generalized extended state observer(GEsO)is designed to estimate the acceleration of the maneuvering targets and the unmatched time-varying disturbances for improving tracking ***,the command filters are used to solve the"differential expansion"problem during the backstepping *** Lyapunov theory is used to prove the stability of the overall closed-loop IEGC ***,the simulation results validate the integrated system's effectiveness,achieving high accuracy strikes against maneuvering targets.

It remains full of challenge for extending short-wave infrared(sWIR)spectral response and weak-light detection in the context of broad spectral responses for *** this work,a novel poly(2,5-bis(4-hexyldodecyl)-2,5-dihydro-3,6-di-2-thienyl-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione-alt-thiophene)(PDPPT3-HDO):COTIC-4F organic bulk-heterojunction is prepared as active layer for bulk heterojunction ***3-HDO serves as a hole transport material,while COTIC-4F enhances the absorption of sWIR light to 1020 *** a result,smooth and connected PDPPT3-HDO film is fabricated by blade coating method and exhibits high hole mobility up to 2.34 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1) with a current on/off ratio of 4.72×10^(5) in organic thin film ***3-HDO:COTIC-4F heterojunction phototransistors exhibit high responsivity of 2680 A·W^(-1) to 900 nm and 815 A·W^(-1) to 1020 nm,with fast response time(rise time~20 ms and fall time~100 ms).The photosensitivity of the heterojunction phototransistor improves as the mass ratio of non-fullerene acceptors increases,resulting in an approximately two orders of magnitude enhancement compared to the bare polymer ***,the phototransistor exhibits decent responsivity even under ultra-weak light power of 43μW·cm^(-2) to 1020 *** work represents a highly effective and general strategy for fabricating efficient and sensitive sWIR light photodetectors.

Nowadays,the personalized recommendation has become a research hotspot for addressing information *** this,generating effective recommendations from sparse data remains a ***,auxiliary information has been widely used to address data sparsity,but most models using auxiliary information are linear and have limited *** to the advantages of feature extraction and no-label requirements,autoencoder-based methods have become quite ***,most existing autoencoder-based methods discard the reconstruction of auxiliary information,which poses huge challenges for better representation learning and model *** address these problems,we propose serial-Autoencoder for Personalized Recommendation(sAPR),which aims to reduce the loss of critical information and enhance the learning of feature ***,we first combine the original rating matrix and item attribute features and feed them into the first autoencoder for generating a higher-level representation of the ***,we use a second autoencoder to enhance the reconstruction of the data representation of the prediciton rating *** output rating information is used for recommendation *** experiments on the MovieTweetings and MovieLens datasets have verified the effectiveness of sAPR compared to state-of-the-art models.

Long-term exposure to moisture leads to a gradual deterioration of performance and reduced service life of glass fibre-reinforced epoxy resin(GFRP)material in composite ***,it is necessary to analyse the moisture absorption characteristics of GFRP material and the evolution of damage to their internal interface *** absorption tests on GFRP rod material used in composite insulators to obtain their three-dimensional diffusion coefficients are *** force microscopy was then employed to obtain the composite material system's fibre/matrix interfacial phase ***,a finite element model incorporating representative volume elements with interfacial phases and a mesoscale transient moisture absorption finite element model for the composite material was ***,the moisture absorption characteristics of GFRP material and the evolution of damage to the interfacial phase under thermal-humidity cycling conditions were *** results showed that the diffusion coefficient along the fibre direction in GFRP material was higher than that in the perpendicular *** moisture diffusion finite element model,incorporating an anisotropic interfacial phase,fitted the anisotropic diffusion coefficients of GFRP material more *** moisture invaded the GFRP material,the mismatch stresses continuously increased during the moisture ***,the non-uniform arrangement of fibres resulted in uneven distribution of moistureinduced stresses inside the material,leading to higher mismatch stresses in areas with dense fibre arrangements in the *** high and low humidity cycles led to the development of micro-cracks,micro-porosity,and interface debonding along the fibre direction at the GFRP material interfaces,thereby affecting the anisotropic moisture absorption characteristics of the *** findings of this study provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying the
