BACKGROUND Yigong san(YGs)is a representative prescription for the treatment of digestive disorders,which has been used in clinic for more than 1000 ***,the mechanism of its anti-gastric cancer and regulate immunity are still remains *** To explore the mechanism of YGs anti-gastric cancer and immune *** Firstly,collect the active ingredients and targets of YGs,and the differentially expressed genes of gastric ***,constructed a protein-protein interaction network between the targets of drugs and diseases,and screened hub *** the clinical relevance,mutation and repair,tumor microenvironment and drug sensitivity of the hub gene were ***,molecular docking was used to verify the binding ability of YGs active ingredient and hub *** Firstly,obtained 55 common targets of gastric cancer and *** Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes screened the microtubule-associated protein kinase signaling axis as the key pathway and IL6,EGFR,MMP2,MMP9 and TGFB1 as the hub *** 5 hub genes were involved in gastric carcinogenesis,staging,typing and prognosis,and their mutations promote gastric cancer ***,molecular docking results confirmed that the components of YGs can effectively bind to therapeutic *** YGs has the effect of anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation.

研究目的:太焦铁路是第一条穿越大面积采空区的高速铁路,也是迄今为止国内外穿越采空区分布最广、分布最复杂的高速铁路。本文针对太焦铁路采空区特征,开展高速铁路大范围穿越采空区关键技术研究,对于查清采空分布、合理选择线位、确定安全的路桥隧工程措施具有重要意义。研究结论:(1)研究形成多学科、多层次、多方法耦合采空区勘察技术,在宽达37 km的采空区密布带上找出了200 m的安全通路,提出“两咽喉、一通道、六绕避、二治理”地质通廊;(2)研究形成多维空间选线技术,线位绕避采空区密集、时间久远难以查明的古窑等区域,平面无法绕避时,部分区段线路以隧道形式从采空区下方安全深度通过;(3)研究形成隧道下穿采空区技术,通过围岩稳定性和隧道下穿采空区距离研究,提出隧道支护措施以及探测和预报、质量检测方法;(4)研究形成路基整治技术,针对采空区埋深大、沉降要求高的特点,通过缩小注浆孔间距、调整浆液成分、加大注浆压力等措施,保证了整治效果,可为其他同类工程提供借鉴。

Pumping-induced Well Hydraulics and Groundwater Budget in a Leaky Aquifer system with Vertical Heterogeneity in Aquitard Hydraulic Properties

In groundwater hydrology,aquitard heterogeneity is often less considered compared to aquifers,despite its significant impact on groundwater hydraulics and groundwater resources evaluation.A semi-analytical solution is derived for pumping-induced well hydraulics and groundwater budget with consideration of vertical heterogeneity in aquitard hydraulic conductivity(K)and specific storage(s_(s)).The proposed new solution is innovative in its partitioning of the aquitard into multiple homogeneous sub-layers to enable consideration of various forms of vertically heterogeneous K or s_(s).Two scenarios of analytical investigations are explored:one is the presence of aquitard interlayers with distinct K or s_(s) values,a common field-scale occurrence;another is an exponentially depth-decaying aquitard s_(s),a regional-scale phenomenon supported by statistical *** investigations reveal that a low-K interlayer can significantly increase aquifer drawdown and enhance aquifer/aquitard depletion;a high-s_(s) interlayer can noticeably reduce aquifer drawdown and increase aquitard *** of low-K or high-s_(s) interlayers also significantly impact well hydraulics and groundwater *** the context of an exponentially depth-decaying aquitard s_(s),a larger decay exponent can enhance aquifer *** using current models with a vertically homogeneous aquitard,half the sum of the geometric and harmonic means of exponentially depth-decaying aquitard s_(s) should be used to calculate aquitard depletion and unconfined aquifer leakage.

Carbon emission accounting is an important basis for global climate *** on the consumption-based accounting(CBA)method,the characteristics of carbon flow between national,regional,and product processes could be more clearly ***,CBA is more conducive to clarifying the attribution of responsibilities between producers and consumers,with the principles of fairness and *** accounting for carbon emissions in typical countries from 1990 to 2019,we found that the CBA emissions are higher than the production-based accounting(PBA)emissions in major developed countries,while the results are reversed for developing *** the past 30 years,the CBA emissions in targeted developed countries generally have shown a downward trend,while in developing countries,they have shown an upward *** emissions in China have shown a continuous growth trend from 1990 to 2019,but the pace has slowed down significantly over the last ***,the embodied carbon intensity of China’s exports continues to decline,indicating that China is providing more green and low-carbon products to the *** the PV industry as an example,this study further reveals the contribution of specific product industries to the country’s carbon transfer through product carbon footprint *** order to provide a scientific basis for global mitigation and climate governance,it is urgent to innovate a scientific,practical,and standardized CBA technology system.

Plastic mulch increases dryland wheat yield and water-use productivity,while straw mulch increases soil water storage

Amplifying drought stress and high precipitation variability impair dryland wheat *** problems can potentially be minimized by using plastic mulch(PM)or straw mulch(sM).Therefore,wheat grain yield,soil water storage,soil temperature and water-use productivity of PM and sM treatments were compared with no mulch(CK)treatment on dryland wheat over a period of eight *** to the CK treatment,PM and sM treatments on average significantly increased grain yield by 12.6 and 10.5%,*** to the CK treatment,sM treatment significantly decreased soil daily temperature by 0.57,0.60 and 0.48℃ for the whole seasons,growing periods and summer fallow periods,*** contrast,compared to the CK treatment,PM treatment increased soil daily temperature by 0.44,0.51 and 0.27℃ for the whole seasons,growing periods and summer fallow periods,*** soil temperature under sM allowed greater soil water storage than under *** water storage pre-seeding was 17%greater under the sM than under the PM *** water storage post-harvest was similar for the PM and sM treatments,but evapotranspiration was 4.5%higher in the sM than in the PM ***,water-use productivity was 6.6%greater under PM than under the sM ***,PM treatment increased dryland wheat yield and water-use productivity,while straw mulch increased soil water storage.

Mesenchymal stromal cells modulate unfolded protein response and preserve β-cell mass in type 1 diabetes

Introduction:Transplantation of mesenchymal stromal cells(MsCs)is a promising therapy for type 1 diabetes(T1D).However,whether the infused MsCs affect the endoplasmic reticulum stress or subsequent unfolded protein response inβcells remains ***:To investigate this,we induced early-onset T1D in non-obese diabetic mice using ***,T1D mice were randomly assigned to receive either MsCs or phosphate-buffered *** observed the in vivo homing of MsCs and assessed their effectiveness by analyzing blood glucose levels,body weight,histopathology,pancreatic protein expression,and serum levels of cytokines,proinsulin,and ***:Infused MsCs were found in the lungs,liver,spleen,and pancreas of T1D *** exhibited various effects,including reducing blood glucose levels,regulating immunity,inhibiting inﬂammation,increasingβ-cell areas,and reducing the expression of key proteins in the unfolded protein response *** serum proinsulin and C-peptide levels were signiﬁcantly higher in the MsCs treatment group than in the T1D model ***,there was no signiﬁcant difference in the biomarker ofβ-cell endoplasmic reticulum stress,the ratio of fasting serum proinsulin to C-peptide,between the two ***:Ourﬁndings reveal that MsCs infusion does not alleviate endoplasmic reticulum stress inβcells directly but modulates the unfolded protein response pathway to preserveβ-cell mass and function in T1D mice.

Microstructure and Hot Tearing sensitivity simulation and Parameters Optimization for the Centrifugal Casting of Al-Cu Alloy

Four typical theories on the formation of thermal tears:strength,liquid film,intergranular bridging,and solidifica-tion shrinkage compensation *** these theories,a number of criteria have been derived for predicting the formation of thermal cracks,such as the stress-based Niyama,Clyne,and RDG(Rapaz-Dreiser-Grimaud)*** this paper,a mathematical model of horizontal centrifugal casting was established,and numerical simulation analysis was conducted for the centrifugal casting process of cylindrical Al-Cu alloy castings to investigate the effect of the centrifugal casting process conditions on the microstructure and hot tearing sensitivity of alloy castings by using the modified RDG hot tearing *** show that increasing the centrifugal rotation and pouring speeds can refine the microstructure of the alloy but increasing the pouring and mold preheating temperatures can lead to an increase in grain *** grain size gradually transitions from fine grain on the outer layer to coarse grain on the inner ***,combined with the modified RDG hot tearing criterion,the overall distribution of the castings’hot tearing sensitivity was *** analysis results indicate that the porosity in the middle region of the casting was large,and hot tearing defects were prone to *** hot tearing tendency on the inner side of the casting was greater than that on the outer *** effects of centrifugal rotation speed,pouring temperature,and preheating temperature on the thermal sensitivity of Al-Cu alloy castings are summarized in this *** study revealed that the tendency of alloy hot cracking decreases with the increase of the centrifugal speed,and the maximum porosity of castings decreases first and then increases with the pouring *** the preheating temperature increases,the overall maximum porosity of castings shows a decreasing trend.
