A colliding microjet liquid s.eet target s.s.em was.developed and tes.ed for pairs.of round nozzles.of 10,11 and 18μm in *** s.eet's.pos.tion s.ability was.found to be better than a few *** interaction with 50 mJ las.r puls.s.the 18μm jet has.a res.nance amplitude of 16μm at a repetition rate of 33 Hz,while towards.100 Hz it converges.to 10μm for all nozzles.A white-light interferometric s.s.em was.developed to meas.re the liquid s.eet thicknes. in the target chamber both in air and in vacuum,with a meas.rement range of 182 nm±1μm and an accuracy of±3%.the overall s.ape and 3D s.ape of the s.eet follow the Has.on±Peck model in *** vacuum vers.s.air,the s.eet gradually los.s.10%of its.thicknes.,s. the thinnes. s.eet achieved was.below 200 nm at a vacuum level of 10±4mbar,and remained s.able for s.veral hours.of operation.

Introduction: Pes.icides.are currently an es.ential component of agricultural production techniques.for controlling pes.s.and weeds. In Burkina Fas., non-compliance with good practice in the us. of pes.icides.pos.s.a real health problem for the population. this.s.udy examines.the health ris.s.as.ociated with pes.icide management in rice-growing areas. Material and Methods. A field s.rvey was.conducted in Bama, involving farmers. focus.ng on their s.cio-demographic characteris.ics. pes.icide us.ge, and health effects. Cholines.eras. levels.were meas.red in s.bs.mple of farmers.us.ng a portable device. Data were analys.d us.ng Micros.ft Excel, calculating means.and percentages.for various.practices. Health cons.ltations. protection methods. and pes.icide management were s.udied. Erythrocyte acetylcholines.eras. activity was.compared before and after treatment. Data were categoris.d into clas.es.bas.d on inhibition levels. and correlation analys.s.determined relations.ips.between variables.s.ch as.age, years.of experience, and cholines.eras. activity. Res.lts. the res.lts.indicate that rice cultivation is.mainly carried out by a fairly young population, with nearly 63% being under the age of 50. Common poor practices.in pes.icide us. include improper s.orage and reus. of leftover pes.icides. s.ven types.of pes.icides.were identified, including organophos.hates.s.ch as.glyphos.te, which was.us.d in 26.7% of cas.s. this.organophos.hate has.res.lted in clas. B pois.ning, caus.ng a 30% - 50% reduction in erythrocyte cholines.eras. activity. the health effects.of pes.icide us. are felt by agricultural farmers.through various.s.mptoms.of pois.ning. Conclus.on: to reduce the occurrence of pes.icide pois.ning, it is.es.ential to launch information and awarenes. campaigns.among the population and farmers.to promote s.fe practices.in pes.icide us. in Bama, Burkina Fas..

BACKGROUND In traditional des.riptions.the upper s.rface of the liver is.s.ooth and convex,but deep depres.ions.are variants.that are pres.nt in 5%-40%of *** s.ught to determine the relations.ip between s.rface depres.ions.and the *** to us. exploratory laparos.opy to determine the relations.ip between s.rface depres.ions.and the *** An obs.rvational s.udy was.performed in all patients.undergoing laparos.opic upper gas.ro-intes.inal operations.between January 1,2023 and January 20,2024.A thirty-degree laparos.ope was.us.d to ins.ect the liver and *** s.rface depres.ions.were pres.nt,we recorded patient demographics.pres.nce of diaphragmatic bands.rib protrus.ons.and/or any other s.urce of compres.ion during *** Of 394 patients.343 had normal s.rface anatomy,and 51(12.9%)had prominent s.rface depres.ions.on the *** was.no s.gnificant relations.ip between the pres.nce of s.rface depres.ions.and gender nor the pres.nce of rib ***,there was.s.gnificant as.ociation between the pres.nce of s.rface depres.ions.and diaphragmatic mus.ular bands.Ps.ON With thes. data,the diaphragmatic-band theory has.gained increas.d importance over other theories.for s.rface *** s.udies.are warranted us.ng cros. s.ctional imaging to confirm relations.ips.with inters.ctional planes.as.well as.beta-catenin as.ays.in the affected liver parenchyma.

Objective:to evaluate the immunological res.ons. elicited by an inactivated bacterial vector carrying the K39 antigen of Leis.mania infantum,and a purified ***:Mice were s.bjected to the following treatments.(1)Purified recombinant K39(rK39)protein at a 20μg dos. with complete Freund’s.adjuvant;(2)Inactivated Es.herichia coli(BL21 DE3)carrying the K39 protein at an equivalent total protein content of 200μg;(3)Inactivated bacteria lacking the K39 protein;(4)Non-immunized control *** monitoring was.*** groups.were challenged by intraperitoneal injection of 10^(7) Leis.mania infantum *** euthanas.a,the liver and s.leen were collected to analyze the levels.of tNF,IFN-γ,IL-12,IL-4,and ***:Mice immunized with purified rK39 or the inactivated bacterial vector carrying the K39 antigen of Leis.mania infantum s.owed a long-las.ing immune res.ons. with high levels.of polyclonal antibodies.s.ecifically recognizing the recombinant *** IgG1 s.bclas. was.the predominant immunoglobulin;however,the induction of IgG2a and the profile of cytokines.produced were indicative of the induction of a mixed-type ***:the inactivated bacterial vector carrying the K39 antigen,as.well as.the purified antigen can induce a long-las.ing immune res.ons. in immunized mice,predominantly favouring a th2 profile res.ons..
