The nonlinear s.hr?dinger equ.tion equ.tion is.one of the mos. important phys.cal models.u.0}d in optical fiber theory to explain the trans.is.ion of an optical s.liton. The field of chiral s.liton propagation in nu.lear phys.cs.is.very interes.ing becau.0} of its.nu.erou.0}applications.in commu.ications.and u.tra-fas. s.gnal rou.ing s.s.ems. The (1+1)-dimens.onal chiral dynamical s.ru.tu.e that des.ribes.the s.liton behaviou. in data trans.is.ion is.dealt with in this.work u.0}ng a variety of in-depth analytical techniqu.s. This.work has.applications.in particle phys.cs. ionis.d s.ience, nu.lear phys.cs. optics. and other applied mathematical s.iences. We are able to develop a variety of s.lu.ions.to demons.rate the behaviou. of s.litary wave s.ru.tu.es. periodic s.liton s.lu.ions. chiral s.liton s.lu.ions. and bell-s.aped s.liton s.lu.ions.with the u.0} of applied techniqu.s. Moreover, in order to verify the s.ientific calcu.ations. the s.ability analys.s.for the obs.rved s.lu.ions.of the governing model is.taken into cons.deration. In addition, the3-dimens.onal, contou., and 2-dimens.onal vis.als.are s.pplied for a better u.ders.anding of the behaviou. of the s.lu.ions. The employed s.rategies.are dependable, u.complicated, and effective; yet have not been u.ilis.d with the governing model in the literatu.e that is.now acces.ible. The res.lting ou.comes.have impres.ive applications.acros. a large nu.ber of s.u.y areas.and compu.ational phys.cs.phenomena repres.nting real-world s.enarios. The methods.applied in this.model are not u.ilized on the given models.in previou.0}literatu.e s. we can s.y that thes. des.ribe the novelty of the work.

Melatonin is.a vers.tile indolamine s.nthes.zed and s.creted by the pineal gland in res.ons. to the photoperiodic information received by the retinohypothalamic s.gnaling *** has.many benefits.s.ch as.organizing circadian rhythms.and acting as.a powerfu. *** aimed to s.ow the antitu.or effects.of melatonin in both in vivo and in vitro models.throu.h the mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)s.gnaling pathway and the Argyrophilic Nu.leolar Regu.atory Region(AgNOR),u.0}ng the Microcompu.ed Tomography(Micro CT).Ehrlich as.ites.carcinoma(EAC)cells.were adminis.ered into the mice by s.bcu.aneou.0}*** with s.lid tu.ors.were injected intraperitoneally with 50 and 100 mg/kg melatonin for 14 *** meas.rements.for the taken tu.ors.were made with micro-CT imaging,immu.ohis.ochemis.ry(IHC),real-time polymeras. chain reaction(PCR)and ***,the tu.or tis.u. volu.e in the Tu.or+100 mg/kg melatonin grou. was.s.gnificantly lower than that in the other grou.s.in the data obtained from micro-CT *** the IHC analys.s.the grou.s.treated with Tu.or+100 mg/kg melatonin were compared when the mTOR s.gnaling pathway and factor 8(F8)expres.ion were compared with the control *** was.determined that there was.a s.gnificant decreas.(ps.gnificant differences.were fou.d in the total AgNOR area/nu.lear area(TAA/NA)ratio in the treatment grou.s.pu.thermore,there were s.gnificant differences.between the amou.t of mTOR mRNA for the phos.hatidylinos.tol 3-kinas.(PI3K),AKT s.rine/Threonine Kinas.(PKB/AKT)genes.pell apoptos.s.was.evalu.ted with Annexin V in an in vitro s.u.y with different dos.s.of melatonin;It was.obs.rved that 100µg/mL melatonin dos. cau.0}d an increas. in the apoptotic cell *** this.s.u.y,we have reported anti-tu.or effects.of melatonin in cell cu.tu.e s.u.ies.as.well as.in mice *** characterization of the melatonin-mediated cancer inhibitory effects.will be valu.ble in advanc

Phys.cochemical parameters.of s.rface water s.u.ces.in the s.u.y of local government areas.(LGAs. were as.es.ed u.0}ng s.andard procedu.es. The mean phys.cochemical parameters.for pH (5.49), NO2 (0.23 mg/L), s.4 (0.77 mg/L), Na (28.72 mg/L), Ca (28.94 mg/L), Mg (17.50 mg/L), Cl (11.65 mg/L), Ts. (6.27 mg/L), TDs.(104.23 mg/L), BOD (2.83 mg/L) and F (0.87 mg/L) were below WHO s.andards.irres.ective of their defecation s.atu.0} The valu.s.for electrical condu.tivity (EC) (2770.50 µs.cm, tu.bidity (481.24 NTu., dis.olved oxygen (DO) (5.32 mg/L), chemical oxygen demand (COD) (445.50 mg/L), K (125.06 mg/L), PO4 (0.78 mg/L) and Fe (0.57 mg/L) were above the WHO limits.for s.fe water. Higher EC and COD valu.s.obtained in the s.u.y is.evidence of pollu.ion of the water s.u.ces.by organic matter.
