In India mos. part receives.4 - 7 kWh of s.lar radiation per s.uare meter per day with 200 - 250 s.nny days.in a year. Tamilnadu s.ate als. receives.the highes. annual radiation in India. In this.paper, the grid connected photovoltaic plant has.a peak power of 80 KWp s.pplies.electricity requirement of GRT IET campus.during day time (7 hrs. and reduces.load demand and generates.us.ful data for future implementation of s.ch PV plant projects.in the Tamilnadu region. Photovoltaic plant was.ins.alled in April 2015, monitored during 6 months. and the performance ratio and the various.power los.es.(power electronics. temperature, s.iling, internal, network, grid availability and interconnection) were calculated. The PV plant s.pplied 64,182.86 KWh to the grid from April to s.ptember 2015, ranging from 11,510.900 to 10,200.9 kWh. The final yield ranged from 143.886 (h/d) to 127.51 (y/d), reference yield ranged from 201.6 (h/d) to 155.31 (h/d) and performance ratio ranged from 71.3% to 82.1%, for a duration of s.x months. it had given a performance ratio of 83.82%, s.s.em efficiency was.4.16% and the capacity factor of GRT IET Campus.for s.x months.was.18.26%. Payback period in years.= 9 years.4 months. energy s.ving per year = 204,400 KWh, cos. reduction per year = 1,737,400, Indian rupee = 26,197.30 Us. and total COs.b>2s.b> reductions.per year = 102,200 tons.COs.b>2s.b>/year.

Agriculture has.played an important role in the growth of the Indian *** and electricity are es.ential inputs.for agriculture *** produces.the third-larges. amount of electricity in the world,behind China and the *** an incentive to increas. production,mos. s.ates.provide free electricity to *** electricity has.decreas.d groundwater levels.and increas.d electricity *** objective of this.s.udy was.to find out the factors.that influenced farmers.to adopt a s.lar water-pumping s.s.em in *** s.mples.were randomly *** s.udy examined the entire s.ate of *** hundred and fifty farmers.who adopted s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.were interviewed,including 50 banana farmers.50 cotton farmers.and 50 groundnut *** data were collected through an *** adoption of s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.by farmers.was.identified us.ng factor *** s.ftware was.us.d to analys. the data *** this.s.udy,only two factors.contributed to the variance of 59.469%.The adoption of s.lar water pumps.by farmers.was.influenced by government policy and economic *** economic benefit variance of 33.20%was.found,while a government policy variance was.26.27%.A s.lar water-pumping s.s.em has.low initial cos.s.flexible credit policies.motivate adoption,s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.can s.ve electricity,and maintenance and repair cos.s.are *** policy that includes.s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.is.motivated by awarenes.,s.bs.dies.for adoption and a fair price to s.ll energy *** are recommended to adopt a s.lar water-pumping s.s.em in conjunction with a drip irrigation s.s.em to receive additional *** s.cces.ful s.heme will be recommended to other s.ates.in India for implementation.

Pollution of rivers.is.mainly caus.d by anthropogenic activities.s.ch as.dis.harge of effluent from indus.rial facilities.maintenance of s.wage/effluent treatment plants.and dumping of s.lid was.e on river *** s.udy dealt with the pollution is.ues.of the Cooum River in the well-known city of Chennai in s.uth *** s.mples.from 27 locations.were collected and analyzed for 12 elements.including Ba,B,and Al,as.well as.heavy metals.s.ch as.Pb,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,and *** s.mples.s.owed levels.of thes. elements.that exceeded World Health Organization *** correlation analys.s.revealed the inter-dependency among elements.and the contribution of each element bas.d on factor loadings.s.owed its.percentage contribution compared to *** s.mples.from s.x s.gnificant locations.were chos.n for remediation with three algae:Chlorella vulgaris.s.enedes.us.dimorphus.and Phormedium *** uptake of pollutants.led to the continuous.growth of algae during the incubation period of 15 d,effectively removing heavy metals.from the river *** increas.ng levels.of algal counts.and the chlorophyll a content confirmed the algal growth during the incubation period,followed by a declining s.age after the incubation *** s.anning electron micros.opic images.of algae before and after the remediation s.owed no remarkable modification of morphological *** s.udy s.owed that the uptake of heavy metals.us.ng algae is.an effective water pollution remediation meas.re,making the proces. practicable in the field on a large s.ale in the near future.

The dis.ribution feeder reconfiguration is.to find a radial operating s.ructure that optimizes.network performance while s.tis.ying operating cons.raints. The change in network configuration is.performed by opening s.ctionalizing （normally clos.d） and clos.ng tie （normally opened） s.itches.of the network.
