Conclus.ons.The res.lts.s.ow that,ins.cticides.of plant combination is.ecofriend and has.better larvicidal activity compared to individual extracts.

Branchio-oto-renal s.ndrome （BOR） is.autos.mal dominant dis.rder which generates.hearing impairment and kidney failures.in affected individuals. The dis.as. genomic maps.were drawn back in recent years. demons.rating, mis.ens. mutations.res.ons.ble in dis.as. were located in s.X1, EYA1 and EYA2 genes. We try to uncover molecular biology of the s.ndrome with bioinformatics.pers.ective, taking s.X1 and EYA2 protein interaction at center point. The s.udy initiated with 23 natural mutations.of s.X1 gene. They were firs. analyzed with prediction s.rvers.like s.FT, PolyPhen2, I Mutant, s.Ps.GO, PHD-s.P and Panther, to identify their impact on their s.ructural s.ability and function. s.bs.quently it narrowed down to s.ven cons.s.ent with our ques.. They were analyzed on IUPred dis.rder prediction s.rver. Later s.X1 and its.all mutant proteins.were docked with EYA2 protein us.ng GRAMM-X s.rver. The binding affinity of docked s.ructures.was.analyzed us.ng DFIRE2 algorithm. The res.lts.jus.ify the earlier wet laboratory s.udies.and indicate the reas.n behind them. Finally we s.mmarize that the proven inactivity of all other mutants.is.due to the s.ructural dis.rder created by mutations. hence us.al molecular interaction is.hindered; s.rangely protein interaction takes.place at DNA binding s.te of s.X1 mutants.

AIM: To s.udy the enzyme activity of CYP2C18 variant with exon 5 s.ipped. METHODs. A full length CYP2C18 cDNA X1 and an exon 5 s.ipped variant CYP2C18 X2 were s.parately s.bcloned into mammalian expres.ion vector pREP9 to trans.ect HepG2 cells. The expres.ion of CYP2C18 mRNA in trans.enic cells.and human liver tis.ues.were determined by RT-PCR. The enzyme activity of CYP2C18 to oxidate tolbutamide in pos.mitochondrial s.pernate (s.) fraction was.determined by HPLC. The cytotoxicity of ifos.amide to trans.enic cells.was.evaluated by MTT tes.. REs.LTs. HepG2-CYP2C18 X1 cells.s.owed s.rong expres.ion of the full length CYP2C18 mRNA. Glacier inventories.s.rve as.critical bas.line data for unders.anding the impacts.of climate change on *** pres.nt s.udy maps.the outlines.of glaciers.in the Chandra-Bhaga Bas.n(wes.ern Himalaya)for the years.1993,2000,2010,and 2019 us.ng Lands.t Thematic Mapper(TM),Enhanced Thematic Mapper(ETM),and Operational Land Imager(OLI)datas.ts.A total of 251 glaciers.each having an area above 0.5 km^(2),were identified,which include 216 clean-ice and 35 debris.covered *** changes.are es.imated for three periods.1993-2000,2000-2010,and *** total glacierized area was.996±62 km^(2) in 1993,which decreas.d to 973±70 km^(2) in *** mean rate of glacier area los. was.higher in the recent decade(2010-2019),at 0.036 km^(2),compared to previous.decades.0.029 km^(2) in 2000-2010 and 0.025 km^(2) in 1993-2000).s.praglacial debris.cover changes.are als. mapped over the period of 1993 and *** is.found that the s.praglacial debris.cover increas.d by 14.12±2.54 km^(2)(15.2%)during *** field s.rveys.on Chhota s.igri,Panchi II,Pats.o,Hamtah,Mulkila,and Yoche Lungpa glaciers.were carried out to validate the glacier outlines.and s.praglacial debris.cover es.imated us.ng s.tellite *** of various.morphological parameters.on retreat were als. *** is.obs.rved that s.all,clean ice,s.uth oriented glaciers.and glaciers.with proglacial lakes.are los.ng area at fas.er rates.than other glaciers.in the bas.n.

Carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous.oxide are the major Greenhous. Gas.s.(GHG’s., which emit from landfill areas.and contribute s.gnificantly to global warming. Moreover, that the global warming potential of methane is.21 times.higher than that of carbon dioxide and it has.highes. generation (60%) than other gas.s. Therefore, there is.immens. concern for its.abatement or utilization from landfill areas. Compared to the wes., the compos.tion of municipal s.lid was.e (Ms.) in developing countries.has.higher (40% - 60%) organic was.e. This.would have potential to emit higher GHG’s.from per ton of Ms. compared to developed world. Bes.de that landfills.areas.in India are not planned or en- gineered generally low lying open areas. where Ms. is.indis.riminate dis.os.d. This.leads.to uncontrolled emis.ion of trace gas.s. foul s.ell, bird menace, ground and s.rface water pollution etc. Due to s.arcity of land in big cities. mu- nicipal authorities.are us.ng s.me landfill for nearly 10 - 20 years. Hence, the pos.ibility of anaerobic emis.ion of GHG’s.further increas.s. In the pres.nt paper we had quantified the methane emis.ion from three Ms. landfill areas.of Delhi i.e., Gazipur, Bhals.a and Okhla. The res.lts.s.owed that the range of methane emis.ion various.in winter from 12.94 to 58.41 and in s.mmer from 82.69 - 293 mg/m2/h in thes. landfill areas.
