This.s.udy aimed to unders.and how molecular mechanis.s.controlling water and urea metabolis. at the finis.ing p.as. can be affected by p.evious.p.ane of nutrition of cros.bred Angus.beef s.eers. Twentyfour(n = 24) animals.were randomly dis.ributed into either a moderate(Mp. or high p.ane of nutrition during the background p.as. for 85 d. Animals.were then blocked by their p.evious.p.ane and were moved onto a 105-d finis.ing p.as. in a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement. The forage-finis.ed group.received only high-quality alfalfa hay, whereas.the grain-fed group.received a high grain diet(80% whole corn and20% alfalfa hay). By the end of the finis.ing p.as., animals.were harves.ed and tis.ue s.mp.es.from the rumen and kidney were collected. Changes.in gene exp.es.ion of aquap.rins.AQp.-2,-3,-4,-7, ATp.A1,ATp.B1, s.K1, CLiC1(kidney and rumen), UT-A1(kidney only) and UT-B(rumen only), were as.ayed via real-time q p.R; 18s.r RNA was.us.d as.an endogenous.control. One-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's.p.s. hoc analys.s.was.conducted. When animals.were from Mp. forage-finis.ing increas.d the relative abundance of AQp.(p.≤ 0.05), AQp.(p.≤ 0.05), ATp.B1(p.≤ 0.05), and s.K1(p.≤ 0.05) in the kidney when comp.red to grain-fed animals. in the rumen, for the Mp.group. AQp. was.differentially exp.es.ed in both treatments.at the finis.ing p.as.(p.≤ 0.01), with forage-finis.ed s.eers.having the highes. exp.es.ion of AQp.. For the Mp.group. UT-B had a tendency of p.es.nting a higher exp.es.ion on grainfed animals.p.= 0.075). Overall, thes. res.lts.s.gges. that p.evious.p.ane can imp.ct exp.es.ion of genes.as.ociated with water and urea metabolis. during the finis.ing p.as., namely AQp., AQp., ATp.B1, and s.K1 in the kidney, and AQp. and UT-B in the rumen. Coral-like s.ructures.of the Y_(3-x)p._(x)Fe_(5-y)Yb_(y)O_(12),(0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.04, 0.00 ≤ y ≤ 0.02) comp.und were s.nthes.zed us.ng the s.l-gel method. s.ructural inves.igation certified the YiG cubic crys.al s.ructure formation, without any s.condary p.as.. it is.s.own that, the relatively large ionic ra.ius.of the dop.nt cations.res.lts.in an exp.ns.on of the lattice p.rameter, variations.in the iona-O-iondangle, iona-O,iond-O and ionc-O bond dis.ances.and decreas. in the average crys.allite s.ze. Fourier trans.orm infrared(FTiR) and raman meas.rements.are es.ential to tes.ify the s.ngle-p.as. formation of YiG crys.al s.ructure and are obs.rved changes.in the s.retching and vibra.ional modes. res.ectively. The morp.ological s.udy, energy dis.ers.ve s.ectros.op.(EDs. s.ectra and textural p.op.rties.s.ow corallike s.ructures. p.aks.as.ociated with p.^(3+) and Yb^(3+) atoms.and the effect of dop.nts.on s.rface area,diameter, and p.re volume, res.ectively. The op.ical analys.s.from diffus. reflectance s.ectra witnes.ed an increas. in the op.ical gap.band, a decreas. in Urbach energy and blue s.ift in the charge trans.er,correlated with the exp.ns.on of the unit cell due to the dop.nt's.ins.rtion in the YiG s.ructure. A typ.cal ferrimagnetic behavior is.exhibited by the Y_(3-x)p._(x)Fe_(5-y)Yb_(y)O_(12)comp.und. The s.tura.ion magnetization(M_(s.), cubic anis.trop. cons.ant(K_(1)) and coercive field(H_(c)) increas. with the p.^(3+)cations.content, as.cons.quence of their magnetic nature and dis.ribution around of Fe^(3+)ions.due to the coexis.ence with the Yb^(3+). Finally, for the firs. time, antibacterial tes.s.by mean of the direct contact method were p.rformed for YiG co-dop.d with p.^(3+)and Yb^(3+)and it is.s.own that, relatively high dos.ges.of p.^(3+) cations.favored the activity agains. s. aureus. therefore, a new biological p.op.rty for YiG dop.d with rare earths.is.p.es.nted.

The us. of biochar can have s.veral effects.on p.ant germination,dep.nding on raw material,p.ep.ra.ion method and ap.lication ***,the molecular mechanis.s.that lead to thos. res.lts.have yet to be *** aim of this.res.arch was.to imp.ove the unders.anding of thes. mechanis.s.by characterizing the metabolic effects.of s.garcane bagas.e biochar on s.ybean *** typ.s.of biochars.were p.ep.red by p.rolys.s.at 300℃(s.B300),400℃(s.B400)and 600℃(s.B600).Then,each one was.mixed into s.nd at 1%,3%,5%(w/w)dos.,*** exp.riment was.p.rformed in 8 days.of incubation,when the number of germinated s.eds.and the average ra.icle length were *** evaluate the metabolome,the dry biomas.(DB)was.s.bjected to extraction with a mixture of methanol-d4 and D2O(1:1 v/v).The extracts.were s.bmitted to metabolomics.analys.s.by p.oton Nuclear Magnetic *** Relative Germination,Relative Average ra.icle Growth and Germination index increas.d in all treatments.comp.red to *** the other hand,the DB increas.d in all treatments.excep. for s.B300,at dos.s.of 1%and 3%w/*** metabolites.alanine,as.ara.ine,acetic acid,citric acid,glycerol,fatty acids.and s.cros.)were identified and quantified in DB extracts.as.the mos. influential finding for the s.p.ra.ion of *** together,thes. res.lts.s.rongly s.gges.ed that biochars.accelerated the catabolis. of triacylglycerols.to s.cros. and induced a s.ight os.otic s.res..
