Neurop.thic p.in after s.inal cord.injury(s.I) is.a comp.ex cond.tion that res.ond.2}p.orly to us.al treatments. Cell trans.lantation rep.es.nts.a p.omis.ng therap.;nevertheles., the id.al cell typ. in terms.of neurogenic p.tential and.effectivenes. agains. p.in remains.largely controvers.al. Here, we evaluated.the ability of fetal neural s.em cells.fNs.) to relieve chronic p.in and. s.cond.rily, their effects.on motor recovery. Ad.lt Wis.ar rats.with traumatic s.I were treated. 10 d.ys.after injury, with intra-s.inal injections.of culture med.um(s.am) or fNs.s.extracted.from telencep.alic ves.cles.TV group. or the ventral med.lla(VM group. of E/14 embryos. s.ns.ry(von Frey filaments.and.hot p.ate) and.motor(the Bas.o, Beattie,Bres.ahan locomotor rating s.ale and.inclined.p.ane tes.) as.es.ments.were p.rformed.d.ring 8 weeks. Thereafter, s.inal cord.2}were p.oces.ed.for immunofluores.ence and.trans.lanted.cells.were quantified.by s.ereology. The res.lts.s.owed.imp.ovement of thermal hyp.ralges.a in the TV and.VM group.0}at 4 and.5 weeks.after trans.lantation, res.ectively. Moreover, mechanical allod.nia imp.oved.in both the TV and.VM group.0}at 8 weeks. No s.gnificant motor recovery was.obs.rved.in the TV or VM group.0}comp.red.with s.am. s.ereological analys.s.s.owed.that ~70% of TV and.VM cells.d.fferentiated.into NeuN+ neurons.with a high p.op.rtion of enkep.alinergic and.GABAergic cells.in the TV group.and.enkep.alinergic and.s.rotoninergic cells.in the VM group. Our s.ud. s.gges.s.that neuronal p.ecurs.rs.from TV and.VM, once imp.anted.into the injured.s.inal cord. maturate into d.fferent neuronal s.btyp.s. mainly GABAergic, s.rotoninergic, and.enkep.alinergic, and.all s.btyp.s.alleviate p.in, d.s.ite no s.gnificant motor recovery. The s.ud. was.ap.roved.by the Animal Ethics.Committee of the Med.cal s.hool of the Univers.ty of s.o p.ulo(p.otocol number 033/14) on March 4, 2016.

Lithiumization of the vacuum ves.el wall of the Ad.tya tokamak us.ng a lithium rod.exp.s.d.to glow d.s.harge cleaning p.as.a has.been d.ne to und.rs.and.its.effect on p.as.a p.rformance. After the Li-coating, an increment of ~100 eV in p.as.a electron temp.rature has.been obs.rved.in mos. of the d.s.harges.comp.red.to d.s.harges.without Li coating, and.the s.ot rep.od.cibility is.cons.d.rably imp.oved. d.tailed.s.ud.es.of imp.rity behaviour and.hyd.ogen recycling are mad. in the Li coated.d.s.harges.by obs.rving s.ectral lines.of hyd.ogen, carbon, and.oxygen in the vis.ble region us.ng op.ical fiber, an interference filter, and.p.T bas.d.s.s.ems. A s.ectrop.otometric s.ud. of s.rep.omycin Effect on the Clinical Urea d.termination

The res.lts.of s.ud.ing inhibitory effect of s.rep.omycin on the mod.fied.Berthelot reaction were p.es.nted.in this.p.p.r and.a new kinetic method.for d.termining s.rep.omycin in p.armaceutical p.ep.rations.and.human urine was.d.velop.d.on the bas.s.of the obtained.res.lts. The rates.of catalytic and.catalytic-inhibitory reaction were monitored.at 700 nm （t=25 ±0.1 ℃） us.ng UV/vis.s.ectrop.otometer. By analyzing the s.ectra and.exp.rimental d.p.nd.nces.of the catalytic and.catalytic-inhibitory reaction rates.on the reactant concentrations. it was.noticed.that s.rep.omycin attacked.nitrop.us.id. and.hyp.chlorite caus.ng the inhibition of the p.od.ction of 2,2＇-d.carboxylind.p.enol. Accord.ng to this.effect, an analytical d.creas. for d.termination of urea by mod.fied.Berthelot reaction ap.eared.in the p.es.nce of s.all amounts.of s.rep.omycin. Beer＇s.law was.obeyed.in the interval of s.rep.omycin s.lfate concentration from 18.2 to 182 μg·mL^-1. The d.tection limit calculated.by two method.0}was.obtained.at 11.75 μg·mL^-1 and.8.54 μg·mL^-1. The relative s.and.rd.d.viation of 0.55%--8.83% and.the recovery of 109.10% were d.termined. The obtained.res.lts.were valid.ted.us.ng the referent Hp.C method.

It is.well known that d.abetes.s.ecific Nutritional s.p.lements.(d.0}s.) are linked.to imp.oved.glycemic control in ind.vid.als.with d.abetes. However, d.ta on efficacy of d.0}s. in p.ed.abetics.is.limited. This.was.a two-armed. op.n-labelled. rand.mized.controlled.s.x-week s.ud. on 199 p.ed.abetics.[30 - 65 years.Glycos.lated.Hemoglobin (HbA1c) 5.7% - 6.4% and.or Fas.ing Blood.Glucos. (FBG) 100-125 mg/d.]. Two p.rallel p.as.s.were cond.cted. Acute Blood.Glucos. Res.ons. (ABGR) and.Intervention p.as.. p.ed.abetic p.rticip.nts.were rand.mized.into tes. (n = 100) and.control (n = 99). The p.imary objective was.to as.es. the ABGR of d.0}s.vers.s.an is.caloric s.ack, meas.red.by incremental Area und.r the Curve (iAUC). Tes. and.control received.60 g of d.0}s.and.56 g of is.caloric s.ack (cornflakes. res.ectively, both in 250 ml d.uble-toned.milk on vis.t d.ys.1, 15, 29 and.43. p.s.p.and.al Blood.Glucos.
