In.roduction. Thrombos.s.is.a major caus. of matern.l death worldwide. Durin. pregn.n.y, the ris. of ven.us.thromboembolis. (VTE) in.reas.s.fourfold to five-fold an. con.ributes.towards.matern.l morbidity an. mortality. s.i Lan.a does.n.t have a proper as.es.men. tool to detect an. man.ge it in.the an.en.tal care. Objectives. To iden.ify ris.s.factors.for VTE amon. pregn.n. mothers. pos.partum mothers.accordin. to RCOG (Royal College of Obs.etrician.0} ris. categorization.an. to as.es. the requiremen. of thromboprophylaxis. Method: A cros. s.ction.l s.udy was.con.ucted at the an.en.tal clin.cs.an. obs.etrics.an. gyn.ecology wards.(ward 2, 5, 8) of De s.ys. Hos.ital for Women.in.2021. Obs.etric thromboprophylaxis.ris. as.es.men. tool recommen.ed by the RCOG was.us.d for the ris. as.es.men. of pregn.n. mothers.durin. the an.en.tal an. pos.partum period. Res.lts. In.an.en.tal period, obes.ty (BMI > 35), age more than.35 years.an. parity more than.3 were the common.s. ris. factors. Out of 404 mothers. 67.33% did n.t have an. ris. factors. Amon. others. 18.56%, 0.40%, 2.72%, 0.99% had a s.ore of 1, 2, 3 an. 4 res.ectively. Patien.s.with in.ermediate (0.99%) an. high ris. (2.72%) were commen.ed on.thromboprophylaxis.from 28 weeks. The low-ris. category was.n.t s.arted on.an. treatmen. (28.96%, n.= 97). Approximately 96% of mothers.did n.t require an. thromboprophylaxis.durin. an.en.tal period. An.ther 404 pos.n.tal mothers.were recruited for the s.udy group. Elective caes.rean.s.ction.an. caes.rean.s.ction.durin. labour were the main.ris.s.iden.ified other than.pre-exis.in. an.en.tal ris.s. 39.95 % of mothers.did n.t have an. ris. factors.an. 37.22% of mothers.had a s.ore of 1. Con.lus.on.0} VTE ris. as.es.men. tool can.be implemen.ed at n.tion.l level to detect patien.s.at ris. of VTE an. improve matern.l care.

The n.w device s.ructure is.bas.d on.the CIGs.layer as.the abs.rber layer, n.s. as.the high con.uctive layer, i-In.s.b>2s.b>s.s.b>3s.b>, an. i-Zn. as.the buffer an. win.ow layers. res.ectively. The optimum CIGs.ban.gap was.determin.d firs. an. us.d to s.mulate an. an.lyze the cell performan.e throughout the experimen..
