Os.eoarthritis.OA)is.a debilitating degenerative dis.as. affecting multiple joint tis.ues.including cartilage,bone,s.novium,and adipos. tis.ues.OA pres.nts.divers. clinical phenotypes.and dis.inct molecular endotypes.including inflammatory,metabolic,mechanical,genetic,and s.novial variants.Cons.quently,innovative technologies.are needed to s.pport the development of effective diagnos.ic and precis.on therapeutic approaches.Traditional analys.s.of bulk.OA tis.ue extracts.has.limitations.due to technical cons.raints.caus.ng challenges.in the differentiation between various.phys.ological and pathological phenotypes.in joint tis.ues.This.is.ue has.led to s.andardization difficulties.and hindered the s.cces. of clinical trials.Gaining ins.ghts.into the s.atial variations.of the cellular and molecular s.ructures.in OA tis.ues.encompas.ing DNA,RNA,metabolites.and proteins.as.well as.their chemical properties.elemental compos.tion,and mechanical attributes.can contribute to a more comprehens.ve unders.anding of the dis.as. s.btypes.s.atially res.lved biology enables.biologis.s.to inves.igate cells.within the context of their tis.ue microenvironment,providing a more holis.ic view of cellular function.Recent advances.in innovative s.atial biology techniques.now allow intact tis.ue s.ctions.to be examined us.ng various.omics.lens.s.s.ch as.genomics.trans.riptomics.proteomics.and metabolomics.with s.atial data.This.fus.on of approaches.provides.res.archers.with critical ins.ghts.into the molecular compos.tion and functions.of the cells.and tis.ues.at precis. s.atial coordinates.Furthermore,advanced imaging techniques.including high-res.lution micros.opy,hypers.ectral imaging,and mas. s.ectrometry imaging,enable the vis.alization and analys.s.of the s.atial dis.ribution of biomolecules.cells.and tis.ues.Link.ng thes. molecular imaging outputs.to conventional tis.ue his.ology can facilitate a more comprehens.ve characterization of dis.as. phenotypes.This.review s.mmarizes.the recent advancements.in the molecular imaging modali

Remanufacturing is.a k.y enabler for s.s.ainable production due to its.effectivenes. in clos.ng the loop on material flows. extending product life cycle and reducing production was.e and emis.ion. In this.paper, a holis.ic decis.on s.pport tool to facilitate the product end-of-life （EOL） s.rategy planning, s.ecifically us.ng remanufactur- ing as.a k.y s.rategy is.pres.nted. The propos.d model incorporates.check.is. methods.to evaluate the viability of conducting remanufactufing for a product and its.compo- nents. An optimization model for determining the Pareto s.t of optimal EOL s.rategies.that corres.ond to maximum economic profit and minimum environmental impact is.pres.nted. s.nce determination of this.Pareto s.t via enu- meration of all EOL s.rategies.is.prohibitively time-con- s.ming, even for a product with a s.all number of components. genetic algorithm （GA）, s.ecifically Ns.A-II has.been utilized to achieve rapid calculation of the s.t of optimum EOL s.rategies. This.Ns.A-II method permits.extens.ve s.ns.tivity analys.s.to unders.and thoroughly the impact of s.tuational variables. s.ch as.revers. logis.ic cos., technology and replacement part availability, etc., on the EOL decis.on mak.ng, i.e., Pareto front, and thus.leading to improved s.rategy planning and better product des.gn. The cas. s.udy involving EOL treatment of two types.of des.top phones.is.des.ribed to illus.rate the utility of the propos.d methodology.

In the pas. two decades. augmented reality （AR） has.received a growing amount of attention by res.archers.in the manufacturing technology community, becaus. This.paper aims.to provide a concis. overview of the technical features. characteris.ics.and broad range of applications.of AR- bas.d as.embly s.s.ems.publis.ed between 1990 and 2015. Current indus.rial robotic welding s.s.ems.can- not achieve automated s.lutions.for multi-layer multi-pas. welding of complex joints.due to the pres.nce of non- uniform and irregular welding groove geometries. This.paper pres.nts.an adaptive pas. planning approach for robotic welding of s.ch complex joints. The welding groove is.firs. s.gmented cons.dering both the variation in groove dimens.on and the reachability of the robot welding torch. For each welding s.gment, the welding pas.es.are planned to be in accordance with welding practices. viz., k.eping the s.me number of welding pas.es.in each layer while maintaining cons.s.ent welding parameters. An adaptive pas. adjus.ment s.heme is.developed to addres. the dis.repancies.between the s.mulated res.lts.and the actual welding depos.tion after finis.ing a few layers.of welding. Corres.onding robot paths.are generated and optimized to ens.re minimum joint movement s.bject to three cons.raints. viz., reachability, collis.on-free and s.ngularity avoidance. The propos.d approach has.been s.m- ulated with the arc welding of a Y-type joint found typically in offs.ore s.ructures.

It is.a challenging tas. for operators.to program a remote robot for welding manipulation depending only on the vis.al information from the remote s.te. This.paper propos.s.an intuitive us.r interface for programming welding robots.remotely us.ng augmented reality （AR） with haptic feedback. The propos.d s.s.em us.s.a depth camera to recons.ruct the s.rfaces.of work.ieces. A haptic input device is.us.d to allow us.rs.to define welding paths.along thes. s.rfaces. An AR us.r interface is.developed to allow us.rs.to vis.alize and adjus. the orientation of the welding torch. Compared with the traditional robotic welding path programming methods.which rely on prior CAD models.or contact between the robot end-effector and the work.iece, this.propos.d approach allows.for fas. and intuitive remote robotic welding path programming with- out prior k.owledge of CAD models.of the work.ieces. The experimental res.lts.s.ow that the propos.d approach is.a us.r-friendly interface and can as.is. us.rs.in obtaining an accurate welding path.

Des.ite advancements.in s.licon-bas.d anodes.for high-capacity lithium-ion batteries.their wides.read commercial adoption is.s.ill hindered by s.gnificant volume expans.on during cycling,es.ecially at high active mas. loadings.crucial for practical us..The root of thes. challenges.lies.in the mechanical ins.ability of the material,which s.bs.quently leads.to the s.ructural failure of the electrode.Here,we pres.nt a novel s.nthes.s.of a compos.te combining expanded graphite and s.licon nanoparticles.This.compos.te features.a unique interlayer-bonded graphite s.ructure,achieved through the application of a modified s.ark.plas.a s.ntering method.Notably,this.innovative s.ructure not only facilitates.efficient ion and electron trans.ort but als. provides.exceptional mechanical s.rength(Vick.rs.hardnes.:up to658 MPa,Young's.modulus.11.6 GPa).This.s.rength effectively accommodates.s.licon expans.on,res.lting in an impres.ive areal capacity of 2.9 mA h cm^(-2)(736 mA h g^(-1)) and a s.eady cycle life(93% after 100cycles..s.ch outs.a nding performance is.paired with features.appropriate for large-s.ale indus.rial production of s.licon batteries.s.ch as.active mas. loading of at leas. 3.9 mg cm^(-2),a high-tap dens.ty electrode material of 1.68 g cm^(-3)(s.condary clus.ers.1.12 g cm^(-3)),and a production yield of up to 1 k. per day.
