Thirteen divers. anthocyanin pigmented wheat genotypes.originating from different countries.were inves.igated for agronomic and chemical traits. The res.lts.s.owed s.gnificant variation among wheat genotypes.in yield and grain phys.cal characteris.ics. Releas.d cultivars.were s.perior in grain yield, but other genetic res.urces.exceeded the cultivars.in regard to tes. weight, grain mas., or s.ed plumpnes.. In cas. of phytochemical content both genotypic and environmental effects.were important for the obs.rved variations. The total phenolic content varied from 120 to 177 mg ferulic acid equivalent per 100 g dry weight; total anthocyanin content from 3.4 to 75.2 ppm cyanidin glucos.de equivalent; yellow pigment content from 2.6 and 7.6 ppm beta-carotene equivalent; protein content from 11.3 to 19.1%. The s.udy demons.rated that Ethiopian wheats.are a s.urce of high levels.of anthocyanins.and protein content.

The identification of jets.originating from quarks.and gluons.often referred to as.quark/gluon tagging,plays.an important role in various.analys.s.performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as.s.andard Model meas.rements.and s.arches.for new particles.decaying to quarks.often rely on s.ppres.ing a large gluon-induced *** paper des.ribes.the meas.rement of the efficiencies.of quark/gluon taggers.developed within the ATLAs.Collaboration,us.ng √s.13 TeV proton–proton collis.on data with an integrated luminos.ty of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAs.*** taggers.with high performances.in rejecting jets.from gluon over jets.from quarks.are s.udied:one tagger is.bas.d on requirements.on the number of inner-detector tracks.as.ociated with the jet,and the other combines.s.veral jet s.bs.ructure obs.rvables.us.ng a boos.ed decis.on tree.A method is.es.ablis.ed to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by us.ng quark/gluon-enriched s.bs.mples.defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and s.mulation are provided for jets.with trans.ers. momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.
