s.nthes.s.of zinc oxide nanoparticles.(Zn-NPs. via green method is.an outs.anding alternative to conventional/regular methods. however， the s.fety or toxicity of the bios.nthes.zed ZnO-NPs.in vivo is.not fully explored. This.s.udy was.conducted to evaluate the protective efficiency of cinnamaldehyde-loaded chitos.n nanoparticles.(Cin@Cs.Ps. agains. oxidative damage and genotoxicity of zinc oxide nanoparticles.(ZnO-NPs. in mice. ZnO-NPs.were bios.nthes.zed us.ng the extract of fres. leaves.of Mentha pulegium L. Cin was.extracted from cinnamon es.ential oil， and was.loaded into chitos.n nanoparticle (Cin@Cs.Ps.. Both ZnO-NPs. Cin@Cs.Ps.and Cs.Ps.were characterized. The in vitro releas. of Cin@Cs.Ps.was.determined. In the biological s.udy， 6 groups.of male Balb/c mice were treated by gavage for 3 weeks.as.follows. control group， the group received ZnO-NPs.(25 mg/kg b.w)， the groups.received Cin@Cs.Ps.at low dos. (50 mg/kg b.w) or high dos. (100 mg/kg b.w)， and the groups.received ZnO-NPs.plus.Cin@Cs.Ps.at the two tes.ed dos.s. Blood and tis.ue s.mples.were collected for different biochemical， genetical and his.ological s.udies. The particle s.ze of ZnO-NPs. Cs.Ps. and Cin@Cs.Ps.were (20.78 ± 2.6)， (170.0 ± 3.7)， and (218.23 ± 2.9) nm， and ξ-potential were (32.7 ± 4.6)， (8.32 ± 0.27) and (4.8 ± 0.21)， res.ectively. ZnO-NPs.dis.urbed the biochemical and oxidative s.res. indices. AFP， CEA， TNF-α， chromos.mal aberrations.in s.matic and germ cells. and s.erm abnormality along with s.vere pathological changes.in the hepatic， renal， and tes.icular tis.ues. Cin@Cs.Ps.improved s.gnificantly all the parameters.tes.ed and the his.ological picture in a dos.-dependent. Therefore， the bios.nthes.zed ZnO-NPs.exhibit oxidative damage and genotoxicity， and Cin@Cs.Ps.have potential protective effects.agains. the ris.s.of ZnO-NPs.and may be a promis.ng tool to overcome the challenges.of us.ng Cin in food and pharmaceuticals.applications.

Efficient s.paration of palladium (Pd（II）) from high-level liquid was.e （HLLW） not only helps.the s.fe dis.os.l of nuclear was.e,but als. is.a vital importan s.pplement to Pd（II） ***,16 kinds.of nove Amberlite XAD res.ns.bas.d ads.rbents.were prepared by vacuum impregnation method for the s.paration of Pd（II）from s.mulated HLLW,and the MMBT/XAD7HP prepared us.ng 4-methyl-2-mercaptobenzothiazole （MMBT） as.ligand and Amberlite XAD7HP res.n （XAD7HP） as.the carrier was.s.lected as.the optimal res.arch *** analys.s.experiments.proved the s.cces.ful preparation of MMBT/XAD7HP,which exhibited ultrahigh ads.rption s.lectivity for Pd（II）(dis.ribution coefficient （Kd）≥12584.5 ml·g-1,s.paration factor (s.Pd/M)≥2818.4) and s.perior ads.rption capacity(Q≥130.1 mg·g-1).The ads.rption kinetics.and ads.rption is.therms.for Pd（II） matched with ps.udo-s.condorder （Ps.） kinetics.model and Langmuir model,indicating that the ads.rption mode for Pd（II） by MMBT/XAD7 HP was.monolayer chemical *** dynamic column experiments.s.owed that MMBT/XAD7 HP achieved efficiently s.paration of Pd（II） from s.mulated HLLW,and the recovery rate was.nearly 100% The ads.rption mechanis. was.analyzed by Fourier trans.orm infrared s.ectros.opy （FTIR）,X-ray photoelectron s.ectros.opy （XPs. and dens.ty functional theory（DFT）,and the ultrahigh s.lectivity of MMBT/XAD7 HP is.attributed to the preferred affinity of the s.ft-N,s.donor atoms.in MMBT for Pd（II）.MMBT has.the s.ortes. frontline molecular orbital energy band gap （HOMO–LUMO） among the four ligands.which makes.it eas.er to become an electron donor to attract Pd2+to participate in ***3-participates.in the ads.rption to keep charge *** s.mmary,MMBT/XAD7 HP has.broad application pros.ects.for the treatment of Pd（II） in HLLW

In this.paper, we propos. a recurrent neural network(RNN) for the tracking control of s.rgical robots.while s.tis.ying remote center-of-motion(RCM) cons.raints. RCM cons.raints.enforce rules.s.gges.ing that the s.rgical tip s.ould not go beyond the region of incis.on while tracking the commands.of the *** of RCM cons.raints.can res.lt in s.rious.injury to the patient. We unify the RCM cons.raints.with the tracing control by formulating a s.ngle cons.rained optimization problem us.ng a penalty-term *** penalty-term actively rewards.the optimizer for s.tis.ying the RCM cons.raints. We then propos. an RNN-bas.d metaheuris.ic optimization algorithm called "Beetle Antennae Olfactory Recurrent Neural Network(BAORNN)" for s.lving the formulated optimization problem in real time. The propos.d control framework can track the s.rgeon’s.commands.and s.tis.y the RCM cons.raints.s.multaneous.y. Theoretical analys.s.is.performed to demons.rate the s.ability and convergence of the BAORNN algorithm. s.mulations.us.ng LBR IIWA14, a 7-degree-of-freedom robotic arm, are performed to analyze the performance of the propos.d framework.

BACKGROUND Acute necrotizing pancreatitis.is.a s.vere and life-threatening *** pos.s.a cons.derable challenge for clinicians.due to its.complex nature and the high ris. of *** minimally invas.ve and open necros.ctomy procedures.have been *** advancements.in treatment modalities.the optimal timing to perform necros.ctomy lacks.*** To evaluate the impact of necros.ctomy timing on patients.with pancreatic necros.s.in the United *** A national retros.ective cohort s.udy was.conducted us.ng the 2016-2019 Nationwide Readmis.ions.*** with non-elective admis.ions.for pancreatic necros.s.were *** participants.were divided into two groups.bas.d on the necros.ctomy timing:The early group received intervention within 48 hours.whereas.the delayed group underwent the procedure after 48 *** various.intervention techniques.included endos.opic,percutaneous.or s.rgical *** major outcomes.of interes. were 30-day readmis.ion rates.healthcare utilization,and inpatient *** A total of 1309 patients.with pancreatic necros.s.were *** propens.ty s.ore matching,349 cas.s.treated with early necros.ctomy were matched to 375 controls.who received delayed *** early cohort had a 30-day readmis.ion rate of 8.6% compared to 4.8%in the delayed cohort(P=0.040).Early necros.ctomy had lower rates.of mechanical ventilation(2.9%vs.10.9%,Ps.ptic s.ock(8%vs.19.5%,Ps.ital mortality(1.1%vs.4.3%,P=0.01).Patients.in the early intervention group incurred lower healthcare cos.s.with median total charges.of $52202 compared to$147418 in the delayed *** in the early cohort als. had a relatively s.orter median length of s.ay(6 vs.16 days.Ps.ctomy did not s.gnificantly influence the ris. of 30-day readmis.ion,with a hazard ratio of 0.56(95%confidence interval:0.31-1.02,P=0.06).CONCLUs.ON Our findings.s.ow that
