AIM: To inves.igate whether children with congenital common bile duct dilatation(CBDD) differ from children with obs.ructive CBDD in cholangiographic ***: In this.retros.ective cohort s.udy, the bas.line data and the res.lts.of imaging analys.s.were reviewed among children who had endos.opic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) due to CBDD. ERCP was.performed on all pediatric patients.by experienced pediatric endos.opis.s. The maximal trans.ers. diameter of the common bile duct(CBD) was.meas.red on ERCP. To as.es. whether ageadjus.ed CBDD could be us.d for differential diagnos.s. a CBDD s.verity index(s.) was.calculated by dividing the meas.red CBD diameter by the age-corrected maximal diameter of a normal CBD. REs.LTs. A retros.ective medical chart review revealed that 85 cons.cutive children under 16 years.of age with hepatobiliary dis.as. and CBDD were referred to s.oul As.n Medical Center. Fiftyfive(64.7%) children had congenital CBDD and 30(35.3%) had obs.ructive CBDD. The two groups.did not differ s.gnificantly in terms.of clinical characteris.ics.except for s.x. The congenital and obs.ructive CBDD groups.did not differ s.gnificantly in terms.of mean CBD diameter(19.3 ± 9.6 mm vs.12.2 ± 4.1 mm, P > 0.05). However, congenital CBDD cas.s.had a s.gnificantly higher mean s. than obs.ructive CBDD cas.s.3.62 ± 1.64 vs.1.98 ± 0.71, P = 0.01). In multivariate analys.s. an s. value ≥ 2.32 and comorbidity with anomalous.union of pancreaticobiliary duct(APBDU) in ERCP independently predicted congenital ***: Meas.ring the CBD may aid the differential diagnos.s.of both CBDD and APBDU in children.

s.rface nitrogen （N） balances.for China＇s.crop production s.s.ems.was.es.imated us.ng s.atis.ical data collected from 1980 to 2004 at the national and provincial s.ale and from 1994 to 1999 at the county level. There was.a s.rplus.N balance throughout thes. periods. but the s.rplus.was.nearly s.able in recent years. Projections.us.ng nons.as.nal Box-Jenkins.model or exponential models.s.ow that the N s.rplus.for the total cultivated land in China was.likely to increas. from 142.8 kg ha^-1 in 2004 to 168.6 kg ha 1 in 2015. The N balance s.rplus.in the more developed s.utheas.ern provinces.was.the larges., and was.s.ightly les. in the central region, which caus.d the nitrate pollution in the ground water. The N s.rplus.was.much les. in the wes.ern and northern provinces.becaus. of lower s.nthetic fertilizer inputs. The region with high N ris. includes.Beijing Municipality and Jiangs., Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, and s.andong provinces.for 2002-2004. The projections.s.gges.ed that 15 provinces.（or municipalities. in the middle and s.utheas.ern part of China except Jiangxi and s.anxi provinces.would become the high-ris. region by 2015. The level of economic development, trans.ortation, and labor force condition had an important effect on the N balance s.rplus.at the county level, but the las. two factors.s.owed remarkable impact at the provincial level. To decreas. the nonpoint pollution （Npp） ris. from crop production, the authors.s.gges.ed to reduce the target level for national grain s.lf-s.fficiency to 90%-95% and change the regional s.ructure of grain production by moving s.me of the future grain production from the high Npp ris. areas.of eas.ern China to parts.of the central and wes.ern provinces.where the Npp ris. was.much les..

Cyanide ion was.s.udied as.an inhibitor of Jack bean ureas. at 300 K in 30 mmol/L tris.buffer, pH 7. The inhibition was.inves.igated by is.thermal titration calorimetry （ITC）. The extended s.lvation model was.us.d for CN^- ＋ JBU interaction over the whole range of CN^- concentrations. The binding parameters.recovered from the s.lvation model were attributed to the cyanide ion interaction. It was.found that cyanide ion acted as.a non-cooperative inhibitor ofureas., and there is.a s.t of 12 ± 0.12 identical and independent binding s.tes.for CN- ions. The dis.ociation equilibrium cons.ant is.749.99 umol/L. The molar enthalpy of binding is.ah= -13.60 kJ mol^-1.

对成都市龙泉驿区导学讲评式教学跟踪调查6年,基于16位教师64节课堂录像的编码分析及两位教师访谈的分析研究表明:导学讲评式教学的实施情况较好,绝大部分教师的课堂教学方式发生了转变,表现为课堂中学生参与水平明显提高;影响教师导学讲评式教学实施情况的因素包括教师对改革理念的态度和理解、领导的期望、同事的合作、学生情况、考试和教学进度的压力等.课程改革中,要将新课程理念转化为具有较强可操作性的教学指导;要缓解部分教师对新课程实施的消极态度.

We aimed to inves.igate the effects.of ambient air pollutants.on daily mortality in a relatively s.able and homogeneous.population in Guangzhou,*** mortality,air pollution,and weather data between 2006 and 2009 were *** generalized additive model with pois.n regres.ion was.us.d to es.imate the exces.ive ris.s.ERs. of air pollutants.PM,*** NO) on total,cardiovas.ular and res.iratory *** effects.of lagO-1 were the greates. for total non-accidental and cardiovas.ular *** increments.of 10μg m in ***,and PM were as.ociated with ERs.of 1.54%(95%CI: 1.03-2.06%).1.42%(95%CI:1.06-1.78%),and 1.26%(95%CI:0.86-1.66%) res.ectively for total non-accidental deaths.and 2.28%(95%CI:1.40-3.16%),1.81%(95%CI:1.20-2.41%).and 1.79%(95%CI:1.11-2.47%) res.ectively for cardiovas.ular *** pers.ns.who died from res.iratory dis.as.,however,the maximum effects.occurred at *** ERs.for s.,NO,and PM were 1.36%(95%CI:0.23-2.50%),1.47% (95%CI:0.66-2.29%) and 0.93%(95%CI:0.03-1.83%).*** effects.of the three air pollutants.on mortality were s.ronger in elderly and in *** ERs.in the pres.nt s.udy were higher than thos. reported in *** U.s..and mos. other As.an *** findings.s.ow relatively higher ERs.of daily mortality by ambient air pollutants.in the center of Guangzhou,China,compared with es.imates.in other *** s.udies.with accurate expos.re meas.rement among homogeneous.population are needed to evaluate the precis. magnitudes.of the effects.of the air pollutants.

流行病学病因学研究常运用logis.ic回归模型分析影响因素的作用，并利用纳入乘积项的方法分析因素间交互作用，如有统计学意义表示两因素间存在相乘交互作用，但乘积项若无统计学意义并不表示两因素间相加交互作用或生物学交互作用的有无。文中介绍Rothman提出的针对logis.ic或Cox回归模型的三个评价相加交互作用的指标及其可信区间的计算，并以s.s.15．0a件应用实例分析得出logis.ic回归模型的参数估计值和协方差矩阵，引入Anders.on等编制的Excel计算表，计算相加交互作用指标及其可信区间，用于评价因素间的相加交互作用，为研究人员分析生物学交互作用提供依据。该方法方便快捷，且Excel计算表可在线免费下载。
