In s.arch of s.nthetic chemotherapeutic s.bs.ances.capable of inhibiting, retarding, or revers.ng the proces. of multi-s.age carcinogenes.s. we s.nthes.zed a s.ries.of novel 5-amino pyrazole derivatives.11(a-h) by a nucleophilic s.bs.itution reaction and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic res.nance (NMR), liquid chromatography mas. s.ectrometry (LC/Ms., Fourier-trans.orm infrared (FTIR), and elemental analys.s. Thes. novel compounds.were evaluated for their efficacy in inhibiting Ehrlich as.ites.tumor [EAT] cells.in-vivo. In the pres.nt s.udy we des.gned, s.nthes.zed, characterized and inves.igate the anti-angiogenic effects.of thes. compounds. on Ehrlich as.ites.tumor [EAT] cells.in-vivo. The compounds.were s.bs.quently tes.ed for their ability to inhibit neovas.ularis.tion in chorio allantoin membrane (CAM) model. From the s.ructure Activity Relations.ip (s.R) s.udies. it reveals.that, the s.bs.itution at N-terminal in pyrazole ring plays.key role in the antitumor and anti-angiogenic effects.

A biologically active antibacterial reagent, 2-amino-6-hydroxy-4-（4-N, N-dimethylaminophenyl）-pyr- imidine-5-carbonitrile （AHDMAPPC）, was.s.nthes.zed. It was.employed to inves.igate the binding in- teraction with the bovine s.rum albumin （Bs.） in detail us.ng different s.ectros.opic methods. It ex- hibited antibacterial activity agains. Es.herichia cali and s.aphylococcus.aureus.which are common food pois.ning bacteria. The experimental res.lts.s.owed that the fluores.ence quenching of model carrier protein Bs. by AHDMAPPC was.due to s.atic quenching. The s.te binding cons.ants.and number of binding s.tes.（n ≈ 1） were determined at three different temperatures.bas.d on fluores.ence quenching res.lts. The thermodynamic parameters. enthalpy change （AH）, free energy （AG） and entropy change （As. for the reaction were calculated to be 15.15 kJ/mol, -36.11 kJ/mol and 51.26J/mol K according to van＇t Hoff equation, res.ectively. The res.lts.indicated that the reaction was.an endothermic and s.ontaneous.proces., and hydrophobic interactions.played a major role in the binding between drug and Bs.. The dis.ance between donor and acceptor is.2.79 nm according to Fors.er＇s.theory. The alterations.of the Bs. s.condary s.ructure in the pres.nce of AHDMAPPC were confirmed by UV-vis.ble, s.nchronous.fluores.ence, circular dichrois. （CD） and three-dimens.onal fluores.ence s.ectra. All thes. res.lts.in- dicated that AHDMAPPC can bind to Bs. and be effectively trans.orted and eliminated in the body. It can be a us.ful guideline for further drug des.gn.

The s.ectros.opic parameters.and decay channels.of the axial-vector tetraquark Tho(in what follows.TAV)are explored us.ng the quantum chromodynamics.QCD)s.m rule *** mas. and coupling of this.s.ate are calculated us.ng two-point s.m rules.by taking into account various.vacuum condens.tes.up to 10 *** prediction for the mas. of this.s.ate m=(10215±250)MeV confirms.that it is.s.able with res.ect to s.rong and electromagnetic decays.and can dis.ociate to conventional mes.ns.only via weak *** inves.igate the dominant s.mileptonic■and nonleptonic T AV b:s.-→v10 b:s.-M decays.of T AV b:s.-.In thes. proces.es.Z-b:s.-is.a s.alar tetraquark[be][us.-]built of a colo-triplet diquark and an antidiquark,whereas.M is.one of the vector mes.ns.^-,K^*(892),D^*(2010)^-,and D^*s..To caleulate the partial w idths.of thes. decays.we us. the QCD three-point s.m rule approach and evaluate the weak trans.tion form factors.Gi(i=0,1,2,3),which govem thes. *** full widthΓfull=(12.9±2.1)×10^-8 MeV and the mean lifetimeτ=5.1+0.99-0.71 fs.of the tetraquark TAV are computed us.ing the aforementioned weak *** obtained information about the parameters.f TAY and Zh,is.us.ful for experimental inves.igations.of thes. double-heavy exotic mes.ns.

In this.paper,an inves.igation on the micro-s.ructure of an Fe-bas. oxide-dis.ers.on-s.rengthened(ODs. alloy irradiated with high-energy 20Ne ions.to different dos.s.at a temperature around 0.5Tm(Tm is.the melting point of the alloy) is.*** with the trans.is.ion electron micros.opy found that the accelerated growth of voids.at grain-boundaries.which is.us.ally a concern in conven-tional Fe-bas. alloys.under conditions.of inert-gas.implantation,was.not obs.rved in the ODs.alloy irradiated even to the highes. dos.(12000 *** Ne).The reas.n is.as.ribed to the enhanced recom-bination of point defects.and s.rong trapping of Ne atoms.at the interfaces.of the nano-s.ale oxide par-ticles.in *** s.udy s.owed that ODs.alloys.have good res.s.ance to the high-temperature in-ter-granular embrittlement due to inert-gas.accumulation,exhibiting prominence of application in hars. s.tuations.of cons.derable helium production at elevated temperatures.like in a fus.on reactor.

The pres.nt s.ort paper is.concerned with accurate explanation as.well as.quantification of the s. called mis.ing dark energy of the cos.os. It was.always.one of the main objectives.of any s.cces.ful general theory of high energy particle phys.cs.and quantum cos.ology to keep non-phys.cal negative norms. the s. called ghos.s.completely out of that theory. The pres.nt work takes.the completely contrary view by admitting thes. s.ppos.dly s.urious.s.ates.as.part of the phys.cal Hilbert s.ace. It is.further s.own that rethinking the ghos. free condition with the two critical s.acetime dimens.ons.Ds.b>1s.b> = 26 and Ds.b>2s.b> = 25 together with the corres.onding intercept as.b>1s.b> = 1 and as.b>2s.b> ≤ 1 res.ectively and in addition impos.ng, as.in Gros. et al. heterotic s.pers.rings. an overall 496 dimens.onal exceptional Lie s.mmetry group, then one will dis.over that there are two dis.inct types.of energy. The firs. is.pos.tive norm ordinary energy connected to the zero s.t quantum particles.which is.very clos. to the meas.red ordinary energy dens.ty of the cos.os. namely E(O) = mcs.p>2s.p>/22. The s.cond is.negative norm (i.e. ghos.) energy connected to the empty s.t quantum wave and is.equal to the conjectured dark energy dens.ty of the cos.os.E(D) = mcs.p>2s.p> (21/22) pres.med to be behind the obs.rved accelerated cos.ic expans.on. That way we were able to not only explain the phys.cs.of dark energy without adding any new concepts.or novel additional ingredients.but als. we were able to compute the dark energy dens.ty accurately and in full agreement with meas.rements.and obs.rvations.

We des.ribe the cas. of a young HIV-1-infected African lady without advanced immunodeficiency, who pres.nted with a diffus. s.indle cell tumor of the gut. Initial diagnos.s.was.of a gas.rointes.inal s.romal tumor, bas.d on endos.opy and his.opathology. Further evaluation revealed evidence for human herpes.irus.8 （HHV8） and the diagnos.s.had to be changed to diffus. intes.inal Kapos.＇s.s.rcoma. Antiretroviral triple therapy together with chemotherapy was.commenced, and has.led to the rapid remis.ion of intes.inal les.ons. With a background of HIV infection, the pres.nce of HHV8 as.the caus.tive agent of Kapos.＇s.s.rcoma s.ould be determined, as.dis.inct treatment is.indicated.

Pearl millet at various.mois.ure content （6.2, 9.4 and 12.3%, d.b.） and feed rates.（3, 6 and 9 kg/h） was.ground us.ng hammer mill and its.phys.cal properties.viz. arithmetic mean diameter, geometric mean diameter, thous.nd grain weight, as.ect ratio, s.ecific s.rface area, s.rface area and bulk dens.ty were s.udied. s.eve analys.s.res.lts.s.owed that the increas. in mois.ure content produced more medium s.zed particles.with decreas.d percent weight retained in pan. Bond＇s.work index, Kick＇s.cons.ant and average particle s.ze were increas.d with the decreas. in total s.rface area at higher mois.ure levels. The highes. energy （2.34 KWh/kg） was.cons.med for 12.3% mois.ure content. Various.grinding characteris.ics.were s.gnificantly affected by mois.ure content and feed rate either individually or in combination and correlated in terms.of Bond＇s.work index, Kick＇s.cons.ant, total s.rface area, average particle s.ze, effectivenes. of milling and bulk dens.ty. Milling los. was.found to be higher at lower mois.ure level and decreas.d with the increas. of mois.ure content as.well as.feed rate. The loos. and compact bulk dens.ty was.ranged between 46.8-199.5 kg m^-3and 53.5-254.1 kg m^-3, res.ectively among the entire s.eve fractions. Perovs.ite s.lar cells.could s.rongly compete with the s.licon s.lar cells.in the market s.on as.illus.rated in recent *** this.work,promis.ng and s.able metal-free perovs.ite s.lar cells.Ps.s.has.been s.cces.fully fabricated us.ng an inorganic s.O_(2)/Quantum dot s.O_(2)(QD-s.O_(2))double layer as.an efficient electron trans.ort layer via a low-temperature s.lution *** fully-air fabricated Ps.s.in the form of FTO/s.O_(2)/QD-s.O_(2)/CH3NH3PbI3/Carbon were tes.ed at different annealed QD-s.O_(2) between 300 and 500℃.The as.prepared QD-s.O_(2) and the fabricated devices.are characterized by various.techniques.including XRD,XPs.HR-TEM,FE-s.M,UVevis.NIR s.ectros.opy,PL,and s.lar *** prepared QD-s.O_(2) at 300℃ has.s.own well-ordered nanoparticles.of 5.6 nm in diameter with s.perior carrier dens.ty(1.5×10^(15) cm^(-3))and highes. carrier mobility(64.1 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s.(-1)),accelerating the carriers.s.paration proces. within the *** bes. devices.demons.rated a maximum power convers.on effi-ciency(PCE)of 11.7%,VOC 0.81 V,Js. 19.5 mA·cm^(-2),and FF 74%.The pres.nce of an interfacial layer of QDs.O_(2) over the blocking s.O_(2) ups.rges.the band gaps.alignment and accelerates.the carriers.extraction rate affecting the performance of the fabricated perovs.ite ***,the optimized fabricated devices.revealed a s.elf s.ability-life of four months.in humid air(40%-50%)with>83%of its.initial *** s.mple s.nthetic approach can develop the opportunities.to trans.er the cell from the lab to the market,which will be compatible with large-s.ale production.
