Due to fast-growing urbanization,the traffic management system becomes a crucial problem owing to the rapid growth in the number of vehicles The research proposes an Intelligent public transportation system where informa-tion regarding all the buses connecting in a city will be gathered,processed and accurate bus arrival time prediction will be presented to the *** linear and time-varying parameters such as distance,waiting time at stops,red signal duration at a traffic signal,traffic density,turning density,rush hours,weather conditions,number of passengers on the bus,type of day,road type,average vehi-cle speed limit,current vehicle speed affecting traffic are used for the *** proposed model exploits the feasibility and applicability of ELM in the travel time forecasting *** ELMs(MELM)for explicitly training dynamic,road and trajectory information are used in the proposed approach.A large-scale dataset(historical data)obtained from Kerala state Road Transport Corporation is used for *** are carried out by using MATLAB *** experiments revealed that the efficiency of MELM is independent of the time of day and day of the *** can manage huge volumes of data with less human intervention at greater learning *** is found MELM yields prediction with accuracy in the range of 96.7%to 99.08%.The MAE value is between 0.28 to 1.74 minutes with the proposed *** study revealed that there could be regularity in bus usage and daily bus rides are predictable with a better degree of *** research has proved that MELM is superior for arrival time pre-dictions in terms of accuracy and error,compared with other approaches.

In this paper,a method is proposed to deal with factors affecting the fuzzy time series forecasting.A new fuzzification process is used by considering all the fuzzy sets with nonzero membership values corresponding to the data points.A strong alpha-cut based method is presented to select appropriate fuzzy logical relationships that carry importance in analyzing the trend of time ***,a unique defuzzification approach based on weights is proposed to get crisp *** obtained variation is finally converted to the forecasted *** presented method is tested on the benchmark enrolment dataset of Alabama University and seven datasets of the Taiwan Capitalization Weighted stock *** comparing the results,it is observed that the presented method performs better than the existing ***,the statistical measures indicate the good forecasting results of the presented method.

Gallstones represent the most frequent aetiology of acute pancreatitis in many statistics all over the world, estimated between 40%-60%. Accurate diagnosis of acute biliary pancreatitis(ABP) is of outmost importance because clearance of lithiasis [gallbladder and common bile duct(CBD)] rules out recurrences. Confirmation of biliary lithiasis is done by imaging. The sensitivity of the ultrasonography(Us) in the detection of gallstones is over 95% in uncomplicated cases, but in ABP, sensitivity for gallstone detection is lower, being less than 80% due to the ileus and bowel distension. sensitivity of transabdominal ultrasonography(TUs) for choledocolithiasis varies between 50%-80%, but the specificity is high, reaching 95%. Diameter of the bile duct may be orientative for diagnosis. Endoscopic ultrasonography(EUs) seems to be a more effectivetool to diagnose ABP rather than endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),which should be performed only for therapeutic *** the sensitivity and specificity of computerized tomography are lower as compared to state-of-the-art magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP)or EUs,especially for small stones and small diameter of CBD,the later techniques are nowadays preferred for the evaluation of ABP *** has the highest accuracy for the diagnosis of choledocholithiasis and is used as a reference standard in many studies,especially after sphincterotomy and balloon extraction of CBD *** ultrasonography is a useful tool for the intraoperative diagnosis of *** exploration of the CBD in cases of patients scheduled for cholecystectomy after an attack of ABP was not proven useful.A significant rate of the so-called idiopathic pancreatitis is actually caused by microlithiasis and/or biliary *** conclusion,the general algorithm for CBD stone detection starts with anamnesis,serum biochemistry and then TUs,followed by EUs or *** the end,bile duct microscopic an

Microstructural evolution during directional solidification （Ds） of Ni-base superalloy IN792＋Hf has been investigated with an emphasis on theγ′precipitates and MC-type *** quantitative image analyses revealed that the increase in the solidification rate up to 100μm/s at constant thermal gradient of 178 K/cm resulted in a fine and uniform distribution ofγ′*** relationship between the as-castγ′size and cooling rate was also determined for Ds IN792＋*** the mean time,the MC carbide size was found to be dependent both on the solidification rate and the s/L interface morphology while the area fraction of MC carbide was significantly influenced by the s/L interface morphology.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of ethylacetate fraction(Fr-Et) and methanolic fraction(FrMe) obtained from Cressa cretica L.(***) L on experimental models for bronchodilatory activity and mast cell stabilising ***:The effect of Fr-Et and Fr-Me were studied on acetylcholine and histamine aerosol-induced broncospasm using guinea pigs as experimental ***,the effects of these fractions were evaluated on the isolated guinea pig tracheal *** this mast cell degranulation effect was assessed using egg albumin and compound 48/80 on rat peritoneal mast ***:significant increase in nreconvulsion time was observed due to pretrealment with the fractions when guinea pigs were exposed to histamine and acetylcholine ***-Et and Fr-Me significantly increased the preconvulsion in a dose depended manner that suggestive of bronchodilating ***-Et and Fr-Me exhibited a significant concentration dependant relaxant effect on guinea pig trachea pre-contracted with CCh,K^+ and *** results revealed that Fr-Et to be more potent than Fr-Me in relaxing histamine and K^+ and calcium induced contraction than CCh induced *** on the fractions in protecting mast cell degranulation,which were elicited by the egg albumin as well as synthetic compound 48/80 revealed both the fractions significantly protect the mast cell degranulation,which release mediators such as histamine and proinflammatory cytokines through various stimuli in a dose depended ***:Thus our study established the bronchodilator activity,and mast cell stabilizing activity which are important mediators that provoke or sustain in asthma.
