ICA-Net: improving class activation for weakly supervised semantic segmentation via joint contrastive and simulation learning

In the field of optoelectronics， certain types of data may be difficult to accurately annotate， such as high-resolution optoelectronic imaging or imaging in certain special spectral ranges. Weakly supervised learning can provide a more reliable approach in these situations. Current popular approaches mainly adopt the classification-based class activation maps as initial pseudo labels to solve the task. However， they may fail to estimate the complete object regions， especially in cases of multiple categories existing in one image or tight intersections existing among multiple categories. To solve the problem， we propose a two-branch frame-work with joint contrastive learning and simulation learning to mine more object regions and produce more complete class activation maps. Specifically， a contrastive learning branch is designed to learn class-independent activation maps from both foreground and background information， and an original CAM branch is served as supervision to provide ac-curate discriminative regions. Through simulation learning between the two branches， the enhanced activation maps， which are more complete to cover the objects， are achieved to generate accurate pixel-level pseudo labels. In addition， in order to actively provide important features for contrastive learning， we enhance the backbone in the contrastive learning branch via spatial and channel attention mechanisms. Extensive experiments on the PASCAL VOC 2012 and CUB-200-2011 benchmarks demonstrate that the proposed ICA-Net outperforms many state-of-the-art methods and achieves leading performance.

NeOR: neural exploration with feature-based visual odometry and tracking-failure-reduction policy

Embodied visual exploration is critical for building intelligent visual agents. This paper presents NeOR， a framework for embodied visual exploration that possesses the efficient exploration capabilities of deep reinforcement learning-based exploration policies and leverages feature-based visual odometry (VO) for more accurate mapping and positioning results. An improved local policy is also proposed to reduce tracking failures of feature-based VO in weakly textured scenes through a refined multi-discrete action space， keyframe fusion， and an auxiliary task. The experimental results demonstrate that NeOR has better mapping and positioning accuracy compared to other entirely learning-based exploration frameworks and improves the robustness of feature-based VO by significantly reducing tracking failures in weakly textured scenes.

CableSAM: an efficient automatic segmentation method for aircraft cabin cables

Cabin cables， as critical components of an aircraft’s electrical system， significantly impact the operational efficiency and safety of the aircraft. The existing cable segmentation methods in civil aviation cabins are limited， especially in automation， being heavily dependent on large amounts of data and resources， lacking the flexibility to adapt to different scenarios. To address these challenges， this paper introduces a novel image segmentation model， CableSAM， specifically designed for automated segmentation of cabin cables. CableSAM improves segmentation efficiency and accuracy using knowledge distillation and employs a context ensemble strategy. It accurately segments cables in various scenarios with minimal input prompts. Comparative experiments on three cable datasets demonstrate that CableSAM surpasses other advanced cable segmentation methods in performance.

To explore the impact of ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)on severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)infection and clinical outcomes in patients with autoimmune liver disease(AILD).Patients diagnosed with AILD were enrolled and divided into a UDCA group and a non-UDCA group based on whether they received UDCA *** data were collected regarding AILD diagnosis,treatment,biochemical indicators,and imaging *** incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection and the prognosis of AILD patients were observed.A total of 1,138 patients completed *** usage rate of hormone(P=0.003)and immunosuppressant(P=0.001)used for treating AILD in the non-UDCA group was markedly lower than in the UDCA *** UDCA usage rate was markedly lower in SARS-CoV-2 infected patients than in uninfected patients(P=0.003).The rate of SARS-CoV-2 infection in the non-UDCA group was significantly higher than in the UDCA group(P=0.018).Logistic regression analysis showed that UDCA use(P=0.003)was correlated to a lower incidence of SARS-CoV-2,while immunosuppressant use(P=0.017)increased the *** time from SARS-CoV-2 infection was markedly longer for those receiving UDCA treatment than those in the non-UDCA group(P=0.018).UDCA is associated with low SARS-CoV-2 incidence in AILD patients,while immunosuppressant increases its incidence *** receiving UDCA treatment have a longer recovery time after being infected.

The yellow seed trait is preferred by breeders for its potential to improve the seed quality and commercial value of Brassica *** the present study,we produced yellow seed mutants using a CRISPR/Cas9 system when the two BnPAP2 homologs were knocked *** staining of the seed coat demonstrated that proanthocyanidin accumulation was significantly reduced in the pap2 double mutants and decreased specifically in the endothelial and palisade layer cells of the seed *** and metabolite profiling analysis suggested that disruption of the BnPAP2 genes could reduce the expression of structural and regulated genes in the phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthetic *** broad suppression of these genes might hinder proanthocyanidin accumulation during seed development,and thereby causing the yellow seed trait in *** results indicate that BnPAP2 might play a vital role in the regulatory network controlling proanthocyanidin accumulation.

Three-dimensional porous In_(2)O_(3) arrays for self-powered transparent solar-blind photodetectors with high responsivity and excellent spectral selectivity

Transparent solar-blind ultraviolet photodetectors(SBUV PDs)have extensive applications in versatile scenarios,such as optical ***,it is still challenging to simultaneously achieve high responsivity,high transparency,and satisfying self-powered ***,we demonstrated high-performance,transparent,and self-powered photoelectrochemical-type(PEC)SBUV PDs based on vertically grown ultrathin In_(2)O_(3) nanosheet arrays(NAs)with a three-dimensional(3D)porous *** 3D porous structure simultaneously improves the transmittance in the visible light region,accelerates interfacial reaction kinetics,and promotes photogenerated carrier *** performance of In_(2)O_(3) NAs photoanodes exceeds most reported self-powered PEC SBUV PDs,exhibiting a high transmittance of approximately 80%in the visible light region,a high responsivity of 86.15 mA/W for 254 nm light irradiation,a fast response speed of 15/18 ms,and good multicycle *** In_(2)O_(3) NAs also show excellent spectral selectivity with an ultrahigh solar-blind rejection ratio of 1319.30,attributed to the quantum confinement effect induced by the ultrathin feature(2-3 nm).Furthermore,In_(2)O_(3) NAs photoanodes show good capability in underwater optical *** work demonstrated that a 3D porous structure is a powerful strategy to synchronously achieve high responsivity and transparency and provides a new perspective for designing high-performance,transparent,and self-powered PEC SBUV PDs.

普惠金融的发展离不开政府的引导与支持。使用中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)2015年、2017年、2019年三年的数据构造家庭普惠金融指数,匹配省级层面政府支持普惠金融发展的指标,合成面板数据,通过动态面板回归模型和门限面板回归模型,检验政府支持对普惠金融影响家庭收入的调节效应。政府支持通过发挥成本效应、预期效应和生态效应来影响普惠金融发展,进而影响家庭收入。研究结果表明:在较低水平的政府支持下,普惠金融对家庭收入促进作用较弱,随着政府支持水平的提高,普惠金融对家庭收入的促进效果增强;在改变计量模型、调整解释变量滞后阶数、更换被解释变量后,这一结论仍然稳健;政府支持对普惠金融影响家庭收入的调节效应存在区域异质性和城乡异质性,在西部和农村地区,政府支持的调节效应较高,意味着在这些地区,较高水平的政府支持更有利于促进家庭收入增长。

为了推动普惠金融发展,我国各地基层政府推出许多创新做法,典型的如“兰考模式”。本文将我国基层政府在推动普惠金融发展中的角色定位为“代理组织”,并将这种代理组织模式与印度、南非等国普惠金融的代理商模式进行对比,分析各种代理模式的优越性和局限性。结论是:市场化性质的代理商有强大的意愿参与银行代理,该代理模式在市场作用下自发向偏远地区发展,但其后期发展激励不足,需要政府和行业协会发挥更多引领作用;我国基层政府的代理组织模式,需要监管部门对该代理模式的合理性和合法性予以确认,对代理责任进行划分,并在基层代理组织的激励与约束进一步完善之后才有可能大范围推广。同时,我国基层政府在构建农村信用环境过程中的经验也值得被其他国家借鉴。

甲状腺结节的全程管理分广义和狭义两个层面。广义上针对特定人群,包括甲状腺结节筛查、风险评估,良性甲状腺结节随访,手术、术后随访以及甲状腺癌复发转移的评估及治疗。狭义上是针对个体的甲状腺结节,进行评估、监测、治疗、再评估的反复循环。超声检查在全程管理的整个过程中扮演着不同的角色,并且随着成像技术的进步和诊断水平的提高,逐渐在甲状腺疾病的诊疗中发挥不可替代的作用。本文回顾了超声检查甲状腺疾病的历史,并参照最新国际甲状腺结节和分化型甲状腺癌的管理指南,就甲状腺结节全程管理过程中超声在各个环节中的应用进行论述。
