Comprehensive Risk Assessment of Sea Level Rise and Tropical Cyclones in Dongzhaigang Mangroves,China

Mangroves play a pivotal role in tropical and subtropical coastal ecosystem,yet they are highly vulnerable to the effects of climate change,particularly the accelerated global sea level rise(SLR)and stronger tropical cyclones(TCs).However,there is a lack of research addressing future simultaneous combined impacts of the slow-onset of SLR and rapid-onset of TCs on China's mangroves.In order to develop a comprehensive risk assessment method considering the superimposed effects of these two factors and analyze risk for mangroves in Dongzhaigang,Hainan Island,China,we used observational and climate model data to assess the risks to mangroves under low,intermediate,and very high greenhouse gas(GHG)emission scenarios(such as SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,and SSP5-8.5)in 2030,2050,and 2100,and compiled a risk assessment scheme for mangroves in Dongzhaigang,China.The results showed that the combined risks from SLR and TCs will continue to rise;however,SLRs will increase in intensity,and TCs will decrease.The comprehensive risk of the Dongzhaigang mangroves posed by climate change will remain low under SSP1-2.6 and SSP2-4.5 scenarios by 2030,but it will increase substantially by 2100.While under SSP5-8.5 scenario,the risks to mangroves in Dongzhaigang are projected to increase considerably by 2050,and approximately 68.8%of mangroves will be at very high risk by 2100.The risk to the Dongzhaigang mangroves is not only influenced by the hazards but also closely linked to their exposure and vulnerability.We therefore propose climate resilience developmental responses for mangroves to address the effects of climate change.This study for the combined impact of TCs and SLR on mangroves in Dongzhaigang,China can enrich the method system of mangrove risk assessment and provide references for scientific management.

This study investigated the degradation mechanism of the surrounding rock of a heavy-haul railway under a water-rich condition,based on the construction of the Taihangshan tunnel for the Wari Railway,a heavy-haul railway that used standard construction practices for axle loads of 30 t.Remote monitoring demonstrated that the coupling effect between the dynamic load of a heavy-haul train and the groundwater leads to the deterioration and hollowing of the surrounding rock.This study clarified the void evolution process and deterioration mechanism of the basement rock under the comprehensive influence of the groundwater–train dynamic load using a refined discrete element numerical simulation.The results revealed that the groundwater was the primary influencing factor in the deterioration of the lower part of the heavy-haul railway tunnel.Rock particles were gradually lost under the effects of long-term erosion due to groundwater and heavy-haul trains,which inevitably damaged the basement rock after the construction was completed.Based on this observation,the critical conditions for the deterioration and attenuation law of the physical parameters of the basement rock were obtained.The results of this study can provide ideas and serve as a reference for the forecasting and disaster treatment of basement rock damage in heavy-haul railway tunnels.

为控制水体富营养化,强化生物除磷(Enhanced biological phosphorus removal,EBPR)是一种普遍应用的污水磷去除技术.环丙沙星(Ciprofloxacin,CIP)作为使用广泛的一种喹诺酮类药物,具有污水中浓度高、生物毒性效应显著等特点.本文通过考察不同浓度CIP对EBPR系统的除磷性能、污泥特性、胞外聚合物(Extracellular polymeric substances, EPS)、活性氧(Reactive oxygen species, ROS)及吸、释磷速率的长期影响,揭示其作用机制及动力学影响规律.研究结果表明,CIP在EBPR系统中几乎不被吸附降解,且对厌氧磷释放和好氧磷吸收过程的抑制作用存在剂量效应和时间效应.CIP为0.005 mg·L^(-1)时,EBPR系统的除磷效果逐渐变差,50 d后好氧末的PO43--P的浓度为1.26 mg·L^(-1).CIP分别为0.05 mg·L^(-1)和0.1 mg·L^(-1)时,除磷效果出现了快速恶化后恢复并稳定的现象,但污泥出现严重的膨胀.进一步分析发现,由于EPS含量的降低以及ROS的快速增加,导致试验的前10 d除磷效率下降.10 d后,除磷效率出现的稳定和回升的现象可能与EPS总量和组成的相对稳定以及ROS的下降及稳定有关.此外,Hill方程可以较好地拟合CIP对EBPR系统的最大释磷速率和最大吸磷速率的抑制作用,Hill方程参数随着作用时间的变化而变化.

目的考察IFF公司的聚氧乙烯(POLYOXTM,商品名:保益乐)、促渗透剂和抗氧化剂丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)对米拉贝隆缓释片释放度的影响。以期为开发聚氧乙烯缓释片提供一些配方经验。方法采用单因素实验考察配方中聚氧乙烯的相对分子质量、粒径和用量,不同种类促渗透剂[聚乙二醇(PEG)8000、PEG 4000和乳糖]和BHT的用量对米拉贝隆缓释片释放度的影响。结果聚氧乙烯WSR N60K在用量28%时制得的米拉贝隆缓释片与市售贝坦利?米拉贝隆缓释片(RLD)具有统计学相似的释放度。高相对分子质量和高用量的聚氧乙烯得到较慢的药物释放,而低相对分子质量和低用量的聚氧乙烯导致更快的药物释放。聚氧乙烯WSR N60K的粒径大小对米拉贝隆缓释片的释放度无显著影响。不论是使用聚乙二醇(PEG 8000或4000)还是乳糖作为促渗透剂,制备的缓释片均具有与RLD片相似的释药效果。聚氧乙烯WSR 301和N12K以35∶65的比例得到的混合物与聚氧乙烯WSR N60K具有相同的黏度,制备的缓释片也具有统计学相似的药物释放度。结论聚氧乙烯是良好的亲水凝胶骨架材料,其制得的米拉贝隆缓释片处方稳健,释药稳定。

Tomato leaf curl New Delhi virus(ToLCNDV),a bipartite begomovirus,was first reported to infect tomato and has recently spread rapidly as an emerging disease to Cucurbitaceae crops.To date,the virus has been reported to infect more than 11 cucurbit crops,in 16 countries and regions,causing severe yield losses.In autumn 2022,ToLCNDV was first isolated from cucurbit plants in Southeastern coastal areas of China.Phylogenetic analysis established that these isolates belong to the Asian ToLCNDV clade,and shared high nucleotide identity and closest genetic relationship with the DNA-A sequence from the Chinese tomato-infecting ToLCNDV isolate(Accession no.OP356207)and the tomato New Delhi ToLCNDV-Severe isolate(Accession no.HM159454).In this review,we summarize the occurrence and distribution,host range,detection and diagnosis,control strategies,and genetic resistance of ToLCNDV in the Cucurbitaceae.We then summarize pathways that could be undertaken to improve our understanding of this emerging disease,with the objective to develop ToLCNDV-resistant cucurbit cultivars.

在面向6G的移动通信网络中,低轨卫星网络(LEO,Low Earth Orbit)运行高度低、时延小,可大范围部署实现全球广域低时延通信。当前低轨卫星星座正朝着多层轨道面发展,多层轨道的跨层链路增加了数据传输路径,但跨层轨间链路的频繁通断,增大了多层LEO网络层间路由选择的难度。为此提出了一种面向6G移动通信的多层LEO卫星网络路由算法。首先建立跨层链路,面向端到端传输时延和可靠性需求,分析影响跨层轨间链路频繁通断的因素,基于LEO卫星网络虚拟位置思想,选择卫星节点对建立可靠跨层链路;然后实现路由选择,基于所建立的跨层星间链路,采用时空演化图模型刻画动态网络拓扑,设计最短路径算法计算最佳传输路径。最后,构建三层卫星网络场景对所提算法进行仿真验证。结果表明,相对于现有方法,所提算法在端到端时延和可靠性均有明显提升。

H9N2 avian influenza viruses(AIVs)circulate globally in poultry and have become the dominant AIV subtype in China in recent years.Previously,we demonstrated that the H9N2 virus(A/chicken/Eastern China/SDKD1/2015)naturally harbors a mammalian-adaptive molecular factor(627K)in the PB2 protein and is weakly pathogenic in mice.Here,we focused on new markers for virulence in mammals.A mouse-adapted H9N2 virus was serially passaged in mice by infecting their lungs.As expected,infected mice showed clinical symptoms and died at passage six.A comparison between the wild-type and mouse-adapted virus sequences identified amino acid substitutions in the hemagglutinin(HA)protein.H9N2 viruses with the T187P t M227L double mutation exhibited an increased affinity to human-type(SAα2,6Gal)receptors and significantly enhanced viral attachment to mouse lung tissues,which contributed to enhancing viral replication and virulence in mice.Additionally,HA with the T187P t M227L mutation enabled H9N2 viral transmission in guinea pigs via direct contact.AIV pathogenicity in mice is a polygenic trait.Our results demonstrated that these HA mutations might be combined with PB2-627K to significantly increase H9N2 virulence in mice,and this enhanced virulence was achieved in other H9N2 AIVs by generating the same combination of mutations.In summary,our study identified novel key elements in the HA protein that are required for H9N2 pathogenicity in mice and provided valuable insights into pandemic preparedness against emerging H_(9)N_(2)strains.

目的检索、评价并汇总国内外关于NICU患儿外周静脉输液外渗预防与处理的最佳证据,为临床实践与标准制订提供参考。方法系统检索国内外计算机决策支持系统、指南网、相关学会网站、数据库中与NICU患儿外周静脉输液外渗预防与处理相关的文献,检索时限为建库至2023年7月,文献类型包括临床决策、指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价。由2名研究人员独立对纳入文献进行质量评价,并对最终纳入文献进行证据翻译、提取及整合。结果共纳入9篇文献,其中临床决策1篇、指南3篇、专家共识3篇、证据总结2篇,从危险因素、导管留置、导管维护、外渗评估、外渗处理、团队组建与教育培训6个方面总结25条证据。结论该研究总结的NICU患儿外周静脉输液外渗预防与处理的最佳证据可为临床实践提供参考,建议医护人员结合临床情景、患儿的实际情况审慎地选择并应用证据,以保障外周静脉输液的安全。
