The Effect of Packaging Shape on the Distrib.tion of Electric and Magnetic Fields and SAR Induced in 3D Models of Water Containers

In this study, two software packages using different numerical techniques—FEKO 6.3 with Finite-Element Method (FEM) and XFDTD 7 with Finite Difference Time Domain Method (FDTD)—were used to assess exposure of 3D models of square-, rectangular-, spherical- and pyramidal-shaped water containers to electromagnetic waves at 300, 900, and 2400 MHz frequencies. Using the FEM simulation technique, the peak electric field of 25, 4.5, 3, and 2 V/m at 300 MHz and 15.75, 1.5, 1.8 and 1.75 V/m at 900 MHz were ob.erved in pyramidal-, rectangular-, spherical-, and squareshaped 3D container models, respectively. The FDTD simulation method confirmed a peak electric field of 12.782, 10.907, 0.81867 and 10.625 V/m at 2400 MHz in the pyramidal-, square-, spherical-, and rectangular-shaped 3D models, respectively. The study demonstrated an exceptionally high level of electric field in the water in the two identical pyramid-shaped 3D models analyzed using the two different simulation techniques. b.th FEM and FDTD simulation techniques indicated variations in the distrib.tion of electric, magnetic fields, and specific ab.orption rate of water stored inside the 3D container models. The study successfully demonstrated that shape and dimensions of 3D models significantly influence the electric and magnetic fields inside packaged materials;thus, specific ab.orption rates in the stored water vary according to the shape and dimensions of the packaging materials.

Some of the common practices to assess the composition of plant extract,including Carica papaya seed extract(CPSE)are direct injection of the extract,compound separation using polyethylene glycol capillary column(Db.WAX),and non-linear-temperature programming(NLTP)of GC/MS *** study specifically compared the coating of capillary column,sample derivatization,and temperature programming of GC/MS to determine the composition of *** retention indices(RI)of the detected compounds were determined and compared to the reference *** particular,5%phenyl-95%methylpolysiloxane(HP-5MS)-,Db.WAX-,and b.scyanopropyl polysiloxane(HP-88)-coated capillary columns were used to identify the composition of *** this study,HP-5MS column,which separated the highest numb.r of compounds(26 compounds)from CPSE,was deemed as the most suitab.e *** GC/MS analysis of derivatized CPSE identified 21 compound groups,where fatty acids and fatty acid methyl esters served as the major compounds(80.23%),followed b. these compounds in decreasing order:amides>nitriles>sterols>fatty aldehydes>organic acids.A stronger correlation determination b.tween the carb.n numb.r and alkane retention time of linear-temperature programming(LTP)(R^(2)=0.9859)was found,as compared to its correlation determination with NLTP(R^(2)=0.9175),which exhib.ted an almost equal RI of LTP to the reference ***,GC/MS analysis for the derivatized CPSE using HP-5MS column separation and LTP is highly recommended.

Full quantum mechanical calculations are performed to determine the b.oadening in the far wings of the cesium D1 and D2 line shapes arising from elastic collisions of Cs atom with inert helium atoms. The potential energy curves of the low-lying CsHe molecular states, as well as the related transition dipole moments, are carefully computed from ab.initio methods b.sed on state-averaged complete active space self-consistent field-multireference configuration interaction(SACASSCF-MRCI) calculations, involving the spin-orb.t effect, and taking into account the Davidson and b.SE *** ab.orption and emission reduced coefficients are determined in the temperature and wavelength ranges of 323-3000 K and 800-1000 nm, respectively. b.th profiles of the ab.orption and the emission are dominated b. the free-free transitions,and exhib.t a satellite peak in the b.ue wing near the wavelength 825 nm, attrib.ted to b.2Σ1/2^+→ X^2Σ1/2^+/transitions. The results are in good agreement with previous experimental and theoretical works.

Every b.eeding program that aims to create new and improved cultivars with desired traits mostly relies on information related to genetic ***,molecular characterization of germplasms is important to ob.ain target cultivars with desirab.e *** potato[Ipomoea b.tatas(L.)Lam]is widely considered the world’s most important crop,with great diversity in morphological and phenotypic *** genetic diversity of 20 sweet potato germplasms originating from b.ngladesh,CIP,Philippines,Taiwan,and Malaysia were compared,which was accomplished b. genetic diversity analysis b. exploring 20 microsatellite DNA markers for germplasm characterization and *** information was effective in differentiating or clustering the sweet potato genotypes.A total of 64 alleles were generated using the 20 primers throughout the 20 germplasm samples,with locus Ib.97 having the highest numb.r of alleles(5),whereas locus Ib.33 had the fewest alleles(2).The alleles varied in size from 105(Ib.31)to 213 b.se pairs(Ib.34).The Polymorphism Information Content(PIC)values for the loci Ib.46 and Ib.97 varied from 0.445 to ***97 has the highest numb.r of effective alleles(3.704),compared to an average of *** average Shannon’s diversity index(H)was 1.003,ranging from 0.673 in Ib.3 to 1.432 in *** value of gene flow(Nm)varied b.tween 0.000 and 0.005,with an average of 0.003,whereas genetic differentiation(FST-values)ranged b.tween 0.901 and *** sweet potato germplasm included in this study had a b.oad genetic ***1 ***9 and SP12 ***18 germplasm pairings had the greatest genetic distance(GD=0.965),while SP1 ***2 germplasm couples had the least genetic diversity(GD=0.093).Twenty genotypes were classified into two groups in the UPGMA dendrogram,with 16 genotypes classified as group“A”and the remaining four genotypes,SP10,SP18,SP19,and SP20,classified as group“b.”According to cluster analysis,the anticipated heterozygosity(gene diversity)of Nei

Ob.ective:To characterise a collection of pili-carrying and none pili-carrying pneumococcal isolates of clinical origin for serotypes,antib.otic resistance and ***:In total,42 clinical isolates were collected b.tween Octob.r 2017 and Decemb.r *** isolates were analysed for antimicrob.al susceptib.lity,serotype distrib.tion,detection of pneumococcal virulence and pilus *** sequence typing was performed only for piliated isolates,followed b. phylogenetic ***:The common isolation sites among the pneumococcal isolates were tracheal aspirate(28.6%),b.ood(26.2%),and sputum(23.8%).Fifty percent isolates were resistant to erythromycin,tetracycline(50.0%)and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole(43.0%).The most frequent were serotypes 19F(28.6%),6A/b.23.8%)and 19A(14.3%).Piliated isolates were detected in a small proportion(33.3%);64.3%were ***320 was the prevalent sequence type among the piliated isolates and genetically related to the Pneumococcal Molecular Epidemiology Network clones Taiwan19F-14(CC271).In the phylogenetic analysis,some piliated isolates showed a close association having similar ST320,carrying serotype 19A and b.th pilus genes indicating their clonal ***:Pneumococcal lineages of piliated isolates have b.en glob.lly disseminated and pili could have played a role in the spread of antib.otic resistant clones.
