Design of dual targeting immunomicelles loaded with bufalin and study of their anti-tumor effect on liver cancer

Objective: Bufalin is an effective drug for the treatment of liver cancer. But its high toxicity, poor watersolubility, fast metabolism and short elimination half-life limit its use in tumor treatment. How to make the drug accumulate in the tumor and reduce side effects while maintaining its efficacy are urgent problems to be solved. The goal of this study is to solve these ***: A copolymer with tunable poly-N-isopropylacrylamide and polylactic acid was designed and synthesized. The corresponding dual targeting immunomicelles(DTIs) loaded with bufalin(DTIs–BF)were synthesized by copolymer self-assembly in an aqueous solution. The size and structure of DTIs–BF were determined by ZetaSizer Nano-ZS and transmission electron microscopy. Then, its temperature sensitivity, serum stability, critical micelle concentration(CMC), entrapment efficiency(EE), drug release and non-cytotoxicity of blank block copolymer micelles(BCMs) were evaluated. Next, the effects of DTIs–BF on cellular uptake, cytotoxicity, and tumor cell inhibition were evaluated. Finally, the accumulation of DTIs–fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) and the in vivo anti-tumor effect were observed using an interactive video information ***: DTIs–BF had a small size, spherical shape, good temperature sensitivity, high serum stability, low CMC, high EE, and slow drug release. The blank BCMs had very low cytotoxicity. Compared with free bufalin, the in vitro cellular internalization and cytotoxicity of DTIs–BF against SMMC-7721 cells were significantly enhanced, and the effects were obviously better at 40 ℃ than 37 ℃. In addition, the therapeutic effect on SMMC-7721 cells was further enhanced by the programmed cell death specifically caused by bufalin. Identifying Three New AGNs among Fermi Unidentified Gigaelectronvolt Sources

We report our identification of three gigaelectronvoltγ-ray sources,4FGL J0502.6+0036,4FGL J1055.9+6507,and 4FGL J1708.2+5519,as Active Galactic Nuclei(AGNs).They are listed in the latest Fermi-Large Area Telescope source catalog as unidentified *** find that the sources all showedγ-ray flux variations in recent *** different survey catalogs,we are able to find a radio source within the error circle of each source's *** analysis of optical sources in the fields allows us to determine the optical counterparts,which showed similar variation patterns to those seen inγ-*** optical counterparts have reported redshifts of 0.6,1.5,and 2.3,respectively,estimated from photometric *** addition,we also obtain an X-ray spectrum of 4FGL J0502.6+0036 and a flux upper limit on the X-ray emission of 4FGL J1055.9+6507 by analyzing the archival *** broadband spectral energy distributions of the three sources from radio toγ-rays are *** mainly theγ-ray properties of the three sources with those of different sub-classes of AGNs,we tentatively identify them as *** optical spectroscopy is highly warranted for obtaining their spectral features and thus verifying the identification.

Microstructure and Internal Friction Behavior of Laser 3D Printed Fe-Based Amorphous Composites

Laser 3D printing,also known as laser additive manufacturing(LAM),is favored for its ability to form bulk metallic glass(BMG)and its composite materials(BMGcs)with freeform *** this work,two different kinds of Fe_(41)Co_(7)Cr_(15)Mo_(14)C_(15)B_(6)Y_(2)amorphous coatings(A and B)were prepared by using LAM technology under air-and water-cooled conditions,respectively;meanwhile,to reduce the cracks generated due to the residual thermal stresses,coating C obtained by air-sweep annealing of B with a low energy-density *** morphology and amorphous content and microstructure of the coatings were investigated,the results show many cracks in coating B deposited under water-cooled conditions,and its microstructure shows an amorphous-crystal-nanocrystalline mixed *** was suppressed in coating C,obtained by air-sweep annealing based on coating B,but the amorphous content was reduced from 32.6 to 13.4%.And the hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating will increase with the increase in the amorphous ***,the internal friction behavior of a BMGcs was prepared on the basis of the process of sample C is compared with that of as-cast amorphous *** results show that the low temperature internal friction behavior of BMGcs is affected by the defects produced during printing,and the high temperature internal friction behavior is affected by the precipitated hard phase.

Popularity plays a significant role in the recommendation system. Traditional popularity is only defined as a static ratio or metric (e.g., a ratio of users who have rated the item and the box office of a movie) regardless of the previous trends of this ratio or metric and the attribute diversity of items. To solve this problem and reach accurate popularity, we creatively propose to extract the popularity of an item according to the Proportional Integral Differential (PID) idea. Specifically, Integral (I) integrates a physical quantity over a time window, which agrees with the fact that determining the attributes of items also requires a long-term observation. The Differential (D) emphasizes an incremental change of a physical quantity over time, which coincidentally caters to a trend. Moreover, in the Session-Based Recommendation (SBR) community, many methods extract session interests without considering the impact of popularity on interest, leading to suboptimal recommendation results. To further improve recommendation performance, we propose a novel strategy that leverages popularity to enhance the session interest (popularity-aware interest). The proposed popularity by PID is further used to construct the popularity-aware interest, which consistently improves the recommendation performance of the main models in the SBR community. For STAMP, SRGNN, GCSAN, and TAGNN, on Yoochoose1/64, the metric P@20 is relatively improved by 0.93%, 1.84%, 2.02%, and 2.53%, respectively, and MRR@20 is relatively improved by 3.74%, 1.23%, 2.72%, and 3.48%, respectively. On Movieslen-1m, the relative improvements of P@20 are 7.41%, 15.52%, 8.20%, and 20.12%, respectively, and that of MRR@20 are 2.34%, 12.41%, 20.34%, and 19.21%, respectively.

Stochastic Economic Dispatch Based Optimal Market Clearing Strategy Considering Flexible Ramping Products Under Wind Power Uncertainties

High penetration level of renewable energy has brought great challenges to operation of power systems,and use of flexible resources(FRs)is becoming increasingly *** of power systems can be improved by changing generation arrangements,but the interests of some market participants may be harmed in the *** study proposes a stochastic economic dispatch model with trading of flexible ramping products(FRPs).To calculate changes in revenue and reasonably compensate units that provide FRs,multisegmented marginal bidding for energy is simulated by linearizing generation cost,and an optimal market clearing strategy for FRPs is developed according to changes in clearing energy and marginal clearing ***,the correlation between prediction errors of wind speeds among different wind farms is determined based on a joint distribution function modeled by the copula function,and quasi-Monte Carlo simulation(QMC)is used to generate wind power ***,numerical simulations of modified IEEE-30 and IEEE-118 bus systems is performed with minimum comprehensive cost as the objective *** verifies the proposed model could effectively deal with wind variability and uncertainty,stabilize the marginal clearing price of the electricity market,and ensure fairness in the market.
