Based on non-targeted metabolomics for differential components screening of Rosae Chinensis Flos and Rosae Rugosae Flos and their quality evaluation

Background:Rosa chinensis *** Rosa rugosa *** not only of ornamental value,but also edible flowers and the flower buds have been listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as traditional *** two plants have some differences in efficacy,but the flower buds are easily confused for similar *** addition,large-scale cultivation of ornamental rose flowers may lead to a decrease in the effective components of medicinal ***,it is necessary to study the chemical composition and make quality evaluation of Rosae Chinensis Flos(Yueji)and Rosae Rugosae Flos(Meigui).Methods:In this study,40 batches of samples including Meigui and Yueji from different regions in China were collected to establish high-performance liquid chromatography ***,the fingerprints data was analyzed using principal component analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,and partial least squares discriminant analysis analysis chemometrics to obtain information on intergroup differences,and non-targeted metabolomic techniques were applied to identify and compare chemical compositions of samples which were chosen from groups with large *** compounds were screened by orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis and S-plot,and finally multi-component quantification was performed to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Yueji and ***:The similarity between the fingerprints of 40 batches roses and the reference print R was 0.73 to 0.93,indicating that there were similarities and differences between the *** principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis of fingerprints data,the samples from different origins and varieties were intuitively divided into four *** least-squares discriminant analysis analysis showed that Meigui and Yueji cluster into two categories and the model was reliable.A total of 89 compounds were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry,mainly were flavonoids and flavon

Research on Bulbous Bow Optimization Based on the Improved PSO Algorithm

In order to reduce the total resistance of a hull, an optimization framework for the bulbous bow optimization was presented. The total resistance in calm water was selected as the objective function, and the overset mesh technique was used for mesh generation. RANS method was used to calculate the total resistance of the hull. In order to improve the efficiency and smoothness of the geometric reconstruction, the arbitrary shape deformation （ASD） technique was introduced to change the shape of the bulbous bow. To improve the global search ability of the particle swarm optimization （PSO） algorithm, an improved particle swarm optimization （IPSO） algorithm was proposed to set up the optimization model. After a series of optimization analyses, the optimal hull form was found. It can be concluded that the simulation based design framework built in this paper is a promising method for bulbous bow optimization.

Microstructure Characterization and Fracture Toughness of Laves Phase-Based Cr–Nb–Ti Alloys

Three Laves phase-based alloys with nominal compositions of Cr2Nb-xTi （x = 20, 30, 40, in at%） have been prepared through vacuum non-consumable arc melting. The results show that the microstructures of Cr2Nb-（20, 30） Ti alloys are composed of the primary Laves phase C15-Cr2（Nb,Ti） and bcc solid solution phase, while the microstructure of Cr2Nb-40Ti alloy is developed with the eutectic phases C15-Cr2（Nb,Ti）/bcc solid solution. The measured fracture toughness of ternary Laves phase C15-Cr2（Nb,Ti） is about 3.0 MPa m1/2, much larger than 1.4 MPa m1/2 for binary Laves phase Cr2Nb. Meanwhile, the fracture toughness of Cr2Nb-xTi （x = 20, 30, 40） alloys increases with increasing Ti content and reaches 10.6 MPa m1/2 in Cr2Nb-40Ti alloy. The eutectic microstructure and addition of Ti in Cr2Nb are found to be effective in toughening Laves phase-based alloys.

A highly efficient way to recycle inactive stereoisomers of Bedaquiline into two previous intermediates via base-catalyzed C_(sp3)–C_(sp3) bond cleavage

Bedaquiline is a new medicine for pulmonary multi-drug resistant tuberculosis （MDR-TB）, which is a pure enantiomer with two chiral centers. The current industrial preparation process requires the separation of active Bedaquiline from a mixture of four isomers. Obviously, direct dispose of the other three undesired stereoisomers will cause significant waste and increase the unnecessary cost of production. Here, we developed an efficient, facile and scalable process for recycling the inactive stereoisomers of Bedaquiline. All these inactive stereoisomers could be recycled by their conversion to two important intermediates in the Bedaquiline synthesis via a base-catalyzed Csp3-Csp3 bond cleavage of a benzyl alcohol intermediate. And the precise conditions and mechanism of the base-catalyzed cleavage reaction were discussed.

Deformation and failure of a high-steep slope induced by multi-layer coal mining

During underground mining,accurate revelation on the deformation and failure mechanisms of a high-steep slope under multi-layer mining conditions facilitates the prevention and control of geological disasters in *** simulation based on discrete element theory can be used to explore the characteristics and mechanism of action of deformation and failure of a slope under complex geological and multi-layer mining *** utilising PFC2 D(particle flow code) software,the deformation and failure characteristics of a high-steep slope in Faer Coal Mine in Guizhou Province,China were ***,the mechanism of influence of different numbers of mining layers on the deformation and failure of the high and steep slope was *** result showed that after the goaf passed by the slope toe,multi-layer mining aggravated the subsidence and deformation of the slope toe:the slope toppled forward as it *** toppling of the slope changed the slope structures:the strata in the front of the slope were transformed from anti-dip to down-dip *** by collapsedtoppled rock mass,the slope toe and the rock mass located in the lower part of the slope toe generally exhibited a locking effect on the ***-layer mining degraded the overall stability of the slope,in that the total displacement of the slope was much greater than the total mining thickness of the coal *** on the aforementioned research,ideas for preventing and controlling geological disasters during mining operations under a high-steep slope were proposed.

Certificateless key-insulated signature without random oracles

Leakage of the private key has become a serious problem of menacing the cryptosystem security. To reduce the underlying danger induced by private key leakage, Dodis et al.(2003) proposed the first key-insulated signature scheme. To handle issues concerning the private key leakage in certificateless signature schemes, we devise the first certificateless key-insulated signature scheme. Our scheme applies the key-insulated mechanism to certificateless cryptography, one with neither certificate nor key escrow. We incorporate Waters (2005)’s signature scheme, Paterson and Schuldt (2006)’s identity-based signature scheme, and Liu et al.(2007)’s certificateless signature scheme to obtain a certificateless key-insulated signature scheme. Our scheme has two desirable properties. First, its security can be proved under the non-pairing-based generalized bilinear Diffie-Hellman (NGBDH) conjecture, without utilizing the random oracle model; second, it solves the key escrow problem in identity-based key-insulated signatures.

Effect of Particle＇s Size on the Structural and Dynamical Properties in 2D Dusty Plasma

In a two-dimensional （219） dusty plasma system, the size of particles is considered under two different interparticle potentials （Yukawa potential and Dressed potential）. The structural and dynamical characters are investigated by molecular dynamics simulation respectively. The results show that the 2D systems via Yukawa and Dressed potentials have a different critical coupling constant F corresponding to the systems beginning to coagulate and exhibit different crystal configurations. Also we find that the size of particles has little influence on the 2D system＇s structure characters.

Protease inhibitor in scorpion (Mesobuthus eupeus) venom prolongs the biological activities of the crude venom

It is hypothesized that protease inhibitors play an essential role in survival of venomous animals through protecting peptide/protein toxins from degradation by proteases in their prey or predators. However, the biological function of protease inhibitors in scorpion venoms remains unknown. In the present study, a trypsin inhibitor was purified and characterized from the venom of scorpion Mesobuthus eupeus, which enhanced the biological activities of crude venom components in mice when injected in combination with crude venom. This protease inhibitor, named Me KTT-1, belonged to Kunitz-type toxins subfamily. Native Me KTT-1 selectively inhibited trypsin with a K_i value of 130 nmol×L^(–1). Furthermore, Me KTT-1 was shown to be a thermo-stable peptide. In animal behavioral tests, Me KTT-1 prolonged the pain behavior induced by scorpion crude venom, suggesting that protease inhibitors in scorpion venom inhibited proteases and protect the functionally important peptide/protein toxins from degradation, consequently keeping them active longer. In conclusion, this was the first experimental evidence about the natural existence of serine protease inhibitor in the venom of scorpion Mesobuthus eupeus, which preserved the activity of venom components, suggests that scorpions may use protease inhibitors for survival.
