The utilization of cyclobutanones as the synthon in transition metal catalysis has been made great success.Because C(carbonyl)−C bond of cyclobutanones can be cleaved through strain release.Despite those advancements,the main catalysts in literature are Rh catalysts or Ni catalysts and the reaction with C—H bond is still underdeveloped.Herein,we realized the first palladium-catalyzed skeletal reorganization of cyclobutanones involving successive cleavage of C(carbonyl)−C bonds and C—H bond cleavage,which constitutes an rapid access to diverse indanones.In contrast to the previous Rh-catalytic system,the Pd-catalytic system herein involves different mechanism and features several advantages:1)no need of directing group to facilitate the C(carbonyl)−C bond cleavage;2)much milder reaction condition and 3)simplified work-up.

Mining the core value of Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)data safely and reducing the risk of malicious attacks are the inherent requirements of industrial data visualization.Visualization technology has become the main tool for data aggregation,mining and analysis of IIoT data through graphical representation.However,visualization technology still has two shortcomings in big data calculation and analysis scenarios.On the one hand,visual results will lead to the disclosure of sensitive privacy.On the other hand,most visualization tools can't provide an interactive framework for users to select the suitable solutions.To address these problems,we present an open accessible Visual framework based on Differential Privacy theory(VisDP),which provides Multi-index Quantitative comprehensive Evaluation technology(MQE)for data mining results.Considering the advantages of interactive mechanism,VisDP provides rich optional schemes,including the operating web,calling API and the downloading SDK.Finally,we verify the availability and privacy of MQE through mathematical proofs,analyze the hospital medical waste detection system that actually applies the framework,and the experimental results have showed the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed platform.

将字符按照拼音排序经常会出现在图书和期刊的编委姓名排序、参考文献排序、索引排序等场景中。由于汉字多音字的存在,现有软件无法实现根据场景自动确定多音字的准确读音并排序,导致排序结果必须进行人工审核。而且,现有软件的排序规则通常无法更改。笔者利用VBA代码实现多音字读音的手动选择,依托Excel工作表输入待排序条目、设置排序规则,以及输出排序结果,实现了按照拼音排序含有多音字的条目,且排序规则可以自定义。本系统适合在编委姓名排序、参考文献排序、索引排序等多种场景下使用,普及性、通用性较强,能够提高编辑工作效率。同时文章也指出了系统存在的不足之处。

Permafrost regions of Qilian Mountains in China are rich in gas hydrate resources. Once greenhouse gases in deep frozen layer are released into the atmosphere during hydrate mining， a series of negative consequences occur. This study aims to evaluate the impact of hydrate thermal exploitation on regional permafrost and carbon budgets based on a multi-physical field coupling simulation. The results indicate that the permeability of the frozen soil is anisotropic， and the low permeability frozen layer can seal the methane gas in the natural state. Heat injection mining of hydrates cause the continuous melting of permafrost and the escape of methane gas， which transforms the regional permafrost from a carbon sink to a carbon source. A higher injection temperature concentrates the heat and causes uneven melting of the upper frozen layer， which provides a dominant channel for methane gas and results in increased methane emissions. However， dense heat injection wells cause more uniform melting of the lower permafrost layer， and the melting zone does not extend to the upper low permeability formation， which cannot provide advantageous channels for methane gas. Therefore， a reasonable and dense number of heat injection wells can reduce the risk of greenhouse gas emissions during hydrate exploitation.

在多电-氢微电网并联运行的交流系统中,采用传统控制方法的逆变器会受到输出线路阻抗差异所产生的影响产生较大环流,甚至无法实现有功功率的合理分配,考虑到系统中电压偏差与有功功率间的关系,对多微电网的有功功率分配问题进行分析研究.首先,构建含光伏、燃料电池、电解槽、蓄电池的电-氢混合储能微电网交流系统模型;其次,根据反下垂控制中有功功率与电压间的关系,构造考虑电压偏差的反下垂控制,并为使额定有功功率自适应调节,提出基于功率跟随控制的反下垂控制方法;最后,在多电-氢微电网并联运行的系统中,对本文所提方法进行RT-LAB半实物实验验证及与其他方法的对比验证.实验结果显示:基于本文所提控制方法的系统稳定后功率分配的准确度达97.50%,母线电压的精准度达99.86%,环流大小的范围约为[−3.0,3.0]A,均优于其余方法.

Redox dual-stimuli responsive drug delivery systems for improving tumor-targeting ability and reducing adverse side effects

Cancer is a big challenge that has plagued the human beings for ages and one of the most effective treatments is chemotherapy. However, the low tumor-targeting ability limits the wide clinical application of chemotherapy. The microenvironment plays a critical role in many aspects of tumor genesis. It generates the tumor vasculature and it is highly implicated in the progression to metastasis. To maintain a suitable environment for tumor progression, there are special microenvironment in tumor cell, such as low pH, high level of glutathione(GSH) and reactive oxygen species(ROS), and more special enzymes, which is different to normal cell. Microenvironment-targeted therapy strategy could create new opportunities for therapeutic targeting. Compared to other targeting strategies, microenvironment-targeted therapy strategy will control the drug release into tumor cells more accurately. Redox responsive drug delivery systems(DDSs) are developed based on the high level of GSH in tumor cells. However, there are also GSH in normal cell though its level is lower. In order to control the release of drugs more accurately and reduce side effects, other drug release stimuli have been introduced to redox responsive DDSs. Under the synergistic reaction of two stimuli, redox dual-stimuli responsive DDSs will control the release of drugs more accurately and quickly and even increase the accumulation. This review summarizes strategies of redox dual-stimuli responsive DDSs such as pH, light, enzyme, ROS, and magnetic guide to delivery chemotherapeutic agents more accurately, aiming at providing new ideas for further promoting the drug release,enhancing tumor-targeting and improving anticancer effects. To better illustrate the redox dual-stimuli responsive DDS, preparations of carriers are also briefly described in the review.

Effect of caffeic acid derivatives on polychlorinated biphenyls induced hepatotoxicity in male mice

Chronic exposure to coplanar polychlorinated biphenyls（PCBs）,a potent inducer of toxic reactive oxygen species（ROS）,in the environment and food can cause liver diseases.It remains unknown whether caffeic acid derivatives（CADs） exerted protective effect on PCB-induced hepatotoxicity.We sought to evaluate the activities of 3CADs on PCB169-induced oxidative stress and DNA damage in the liver.Male ICR mice were administered with1 μmol/mL PCB169 at 5 mL/kg body weight for 2 weeks.The mice were given CADs by gastric gavage for 3weeks.We found that PCB169 decreased the growth rate and reduced the levels of superoxide dismutase（SOD）,glutathione（GSH） and GSH peroxidase（GPx）.It increased the liver weight,malondialdehyde（MDA）and 8-hydroxy-2＇-deoxyguanosine（8-OHdG） levels and CYPlAl activity in the liver tissues and plasma of mice（P〈0.05）.Pretreatment of mice with CADs restored the above parameters to normal levels.There was a synergistic protective effect between CADs in preventing MDA and 8-OHdG formation and inducing CYPlAl and phase II metabolism enzyme（SOD,GPx） activities（P〈0.05）.In conclusion,PCB169 induced hepatotoxicity and pretreatment with CADs had synergistic protective effects on liver damage.

Preparation and characterization of polypropylene/silica composite particle with interpenetrating network via hot emulsion sol–gel approach

A novel interpenetrating structural ultrafine polypropylene-silica nanocomposite particles were synthesized by a modified sol–gel approach in the presence of the melt polypropylene emulsion. A series of samples with different polypropylene content was prepared to investigate the unique characteristics of this original nanocomposite. The thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry results showed that the nanocomposites had the interpenetrating structure and good thermal stability,and the crystallization behavior of polypropylene was confined by the silica matrix. The interpenetrating structure of nanocomposites was also suggested by the nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurement results. The scanning electronic microscope and transmission electron microscopy images indicated that the nanocomposites had irregular particle morphology. The nanoparticle tracking analysis results show that the mean size of the nanocomposites was around 160 nm. According to the results obtained from different measurements,a reasonable formation mechanism was proposed.
