20世纪30年代是中国经济现代化的早期阶段,农村自给自足经济模式进一步瓦解,传统农业生产方式面临重大变革。鉴于中国现代化进程的特殊性,农村经济尤其是农村家庭经济状况是否能够为现代工业提供产品销售市场和劳动力,关乎现代工业发展水平和速度。文章选取工矿业资源丰富、有利于现代工业企业发展的山西作为研究对象,搜集整理民国时期数据资料,透过微观视角,计算山西省和顺县恩格尔系数,分析农村家庭消费结构,发现收入与消费之间存在的悖论现象,探究其形成的原因,从而考察农民家庭生存状态对现代化所需的城乡间、工农业间的商品流、资金流和人口流的影响。从一个侧面反映中国经济现代化早期发展迟缓的根本原因,诠释产业结构协调发展的重要性,以期为充分理解当代中国经济高质量发展过程中乡村振兴的重要作用提供注脚。

The existence form and effect of La on the phase composition,morphology,recombination of photocarriers,and optical absorptivity of La-F codoped TiO2 were *** results indicate that all the phase composition of samples is anatase TiO2,the grain sizes decrease with the increasing of La content The catalysts have a well-defined spherical structure with an average size of 12-14 nm,and the doping elements are uniformly *** with pure TiO2,the absorption edge of La1.5F5-TiO2 red shifts from 388 to 437 nm,accordingly the energy gap(Eg) reduces from 32 to 2.84 eV,Besides,the recombination rate of electron-holes in La1.5F5-TiO2 is the weakest among the prepared samples,and the specific surface area of La1.5F5-TiO2 reaches 105.27 m2/*** apparent reaction rate constant k of La1.5F5-TiO2 for methylene blue(MB) degradation under visible light obtained from the apparent first-order model achieves 0.0166±0.52 min-1,which is greater than 0.0033±0.09 min 1 of ***,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) observation reveals that there coexist La2O3 particles in the co-doped TiO2.

以硝酸铈和尿素为原料,1,3,5苯三甲酸为配体,采用简单的静电自组装法合成了铈金属有机框架(Ce-BTC)和石墨相氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))的复合材料(Ce-BTC/g-C_(3)N_(4)),用于二氧化碳还原制一氧化碳的研究,并探索Ce-BTC的复合对g-C_(3)N_(4)性能的影响机制。利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见光吸收光谱、荧光光谱、阻抗、光电流测试和CO_(2)还原性能测试对复合材料的结构、形貌、光电学性能及催化性能进行研究。结果表明Ce-BTC与g-C_(3)N_(4)的复合可能使得g-C_(3)N_(4)层间距发生改变,在细化晶体颗粒的同时提高样品比表面积,使复合样品获得更高的可见光捕获能力且载流子的分离效率更高;在仅加入1 mL H2O作为质子提供源的前提下,Ce-BTC/g-C_(3)N_(4)-3拥有最优光催化性能。CO产率为19.02μmol/(h·g),是g-C_(3)N_(4)的2.25倍,循环测试后催化性能基本保持稳定。

A series of BiOClxI1-x(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9,1.0)photocatalysts was firstly prepared by means of a facile solvothermal route with the help of lactic *** measured results show that the morphologies of the as-prepared samples are similar sheets with different thickness and *** nanosheets assembled flower-like BiOCI0.5I0.5 solid solution exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity and stability among the prepared samples for the degradation of methylene blue(MB)and methyl orange(MO)under the illumination of visible *** excellent photocatalytic properties of BiOCI0.5I0.5 could be attributed to the high specific surface area,the suita-ble band gap energy and the lower recombination rate of the electrons and *** addition,catalyst BiOCI0.5I0.5 was further used to degradate a more complicated mixed dye(MCH-RhB+MB)system under visible light,displaying an excellent photocatalytic ***,the photocatalytic mechanism of catalyst BiOCI0.5I0.5 to degradate colorful dyes was *** trapping experiments of active species indicated that the holes are the main active species for the degradation of the mixed dyes.

The thermal decomposition reaction of Eu-2(p-MBA)(6)(PHEN)(2) (p-MBA=CH3C6H4COO, methylbenzoate; PHEN=C12H8N2, 1,10-phenanthroline) was studied in a static atmosphere using TG-DTG method. The thermal decomposition process of the complex was determined and its kinetics was investigated. Kinetic parameters were obtained from the analysis of TG-DTG curves by means of the Achar method and the Madhusudanan-Krishnan-Ninan (MKN) method. The most probable mechanism functions of the thermal decomposition reaction for the first stage are: f(alpha) =(1-alpha)(2), g(alpha) = (1-alpha)(-1)-1. The activation energy for the first stage is 255.18 kJ/mol, the entropy of activation DeltaS is 227.32 J/mol and the Gibbs free energy of activation DeltaG is 128.04 W/mol.

A New Adaptive Prediction Algorithm for Judicial Sentencing with Empirical Studies

With the development and applications of the Smart Court System(SCS) in China, the reliability and accuracy of legal artificial intelligence have become focal points in recent years. Notably,criminal sentencing prediction, a significant component of the SCS, has also garnered widespread attention. According to the Chinese criminal law, actual sentencing data exhibits a saturated property due to statutory penalty ranges, but this mechanism has been ignored by most existing studies. Given this, the authors propose a sentencing prediction model that combines judicial sentencing mechanisms including saturated outputs and floating boundaries with neural networks. Building on the saturated structure of our model, a more effective adaptive prediction algorithm will be constructed based on the fusion of several key ideas and techniques that include the utilization of the L1 loss together with the corresponding gradient update strategy, a data pre-processing method based on large language model to extract semantically complex sentencing elements using prior legal knowledge, the choice of appropriate initial conditions for the learning algorithm and the construction of a double-hidden-layer network structure. An empirical study on the crime of disguising or concealing proceeds of crime demonstrates that our method can achieve superior sentencing prediction accuracy and significantly outperform common baseline methods.

Y and Eu co-doped nano-TiO2 photocatalysts were successfully prepared via a sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry（UV-vis）, photoluminescence（PL） and Fourier transform infrared（FT-IR） spectra. Experimental results indicated that Y and Eu doping inhibited the growth of crystalline size and the transformation from anatase to rutile phase and had the function of reducing particle reunion. At the same time, co-doping could also enhance the absorption in visible region and then narrowed the band gap. The photocatalytic activities of the samples were evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue（MB） under ultraviolet（UV） light irradiation, which showed much enhanced photocatalytic activities over un-doped TiO2. The degradation rate of 1.5% Y/Eu-TiO2 of methylene blue was 86%, which was about 5 times of that of un-doped TiO2, and the possible reasons for the improvement of photocatalytic activities were analyzed. In this experiment, the dopant amount of rare earth was 1.5% and the ratio of Y：Eu was 2：3 for the maximum photocatalytic degradation, and the sample calcined at 500℃ showed the best reactivity. For the best samples above, the removal rate of phenol under visble light was 53% whthin 2 h.

The thermal decomposition of Tb_2(O-MBA)_6(PHEN)_2 (O-MBA: o-methylbenzoate;PHEN: 1,10-phenanthroline) and its kinetics were studied under the non-isothermal condition bythermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry (TG-DTG) techniques. Kinetic parameters were obtainedfrom analysis of TG-DTG curves by the Achar method and the Madhusudanan-Krishnan-Ninan (MKN) *** most probable mechanism function was suggested by comparing the kinetic parameters. The kineticequation for the first stage can be expressed as dα/dt = Aexp(-E/RT)·3(1 - α)^(2/3). Thelifetime equation at mass loss of 10% was deduced as lnτ= -28.7429 + 19797.795/T by isothermalthermogravimetric analysis.
