The interface state of hydrogen-terminated(C-H)diamond metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor(MOSFET)is critical for device *** this paper,we investigate the fixed charges and interface trap states in C-H diamond MOSFETs by using different gate dielectric *** devices use Al_(2)O_(3) as gate dielectrics that are deposited via atomic layer deposition(ALD)at 80℃and 300℃,respectively,and their C-V and I-V characteristics are comparatively ***-Schottky plots(1/C2-VG)suggest that positive and negative fixed charges with low density of about 10^(11)cm^(-2) are located in the 80-℃-and 300-℃deposition Al2O3 films,*** analyses of direct current(DC)/pulsed I-V and frequency-dependent conductance show that the shallow interface traps(0.46 eV-0.52 eV and 0.53 eV-0.56 eV above the valence band of diamond for the 80-℃and 300-℃deposition conditions,respectively)with distinct density(7.8×10^(13)eV^(-1)·cm^(-2)-8.5×10^(13)eV^(-1)·cm^(-2) and 2.2×10^(13)eV^(-1)·cm^(-2)-5.1×10^(13)eV^(-1)·cm^(-2) for the 80-℃-and 300-℃-deposition conditions,respectively)are present at the Al2O3/C-H diamond *** pulsed I-V and capacitance dispersion results indicate that the ALD Al_(2)O_(3) technique with 300-℃deposition temperature has higher stability for C-H diamond MOSFETs.

Acute central nervous system injuries,including ischemic stro ke,intracerebral hemorrhage,subarachnoid hemorrhage,traumatic brain injury,and spinal co rd injury,are a major global health *** optimal therapies and improving the long-term neurological functions of patients with acute central nervous system injuries are urgent *** are susceptible to damage after acute central nervous system injury,and this leads to the release of toxic levels of reactive oxygen species,which induce cell ***,a selective form of autophagy,is crucial in eliminating redundant or damaged mitochondria during these *** evidence has highlighted the significant role of mitophagy in acute central nervous system *** this review,we provide a comprehensive overview of the process,classification,and related mechanisms of *** also highlight the recent developments in research into the role of mitophagy in various acute central nervous system injuries and drug therapies that regulate *** the final section of this review,we emphasize the potential for treating these disorders by focusing on mitophagy and suggest future research paths in this area.

With the rapid iteration of neural network algorithms， higher requirements was placed on the computational performance and memory access bandwidth of neural network accelerators. Simply increasing bandwidth cannot improve energy efficiency， so improving data reuse rate is a hot research topic. From the perspective of supporting data reuse， a reconfigurable convolutional neural networks (CNN) accelerator based on elastic storage was designed in this paper. By supporting elastic memory access and flexible data flow， it reduces data movement between the processor and memory， eases the bandwidth pressure and enhances CNN acceleration performance. The experimental results indicate that conducting 1×1 convolution and 3×3 convolution when performing convolution calculations， the execution speed increased by 25.00% and 61.61%， respectively. The 3×3 maximum pooling speed was increased by 76.04%.

＜正＞cholestenone 5alpha-reductase of Human,encoded in the gene SRD5A,is an important key enzyme in the biosynthetic pathway from T to *** catalyzes the reduction of testosterone in position 4 and 5 using NADPH as a hydrogen *** to now,no X-ray structure of this cholestenone 5alpha-reductase or any structurally related enzyme is *** of the tertiary structure and possible active sites is,however,essential for understanding the catalysis mechanism and the substrate *** homology modeling techniques,secondary structure prediction tools,molecular dynamics simulations,and energy optimizations,a model with two putative active sites could be created and *** active site selected to be the most likely one for the docking of T and DHT is located near the N-terminus of the *** is widely accepted that residues forming an active site are usually evolutionary conserved within a family of enzymes. Multiple alignments of a multitude of related proteins clearly showed 100% conservation of the amino acid residues that form the first putative active site and therefore strongly support this ***,an additional highly conserved region in the amino acid sequence of the enzyme could be detected,which also can be considered a putative（or rudimentary）active site. This site is characterized by a high sequence similarity to the aforementioned site and may give some hints regarding the evolutionary origin of the *** quantum mechanical PM3 calculations have been performed to investigate the thermodynamics and kinetics of the catalysis *** models are a basis for developing inhibitors of this enzyme,which is crucial for the cure of BPH.

Several studies have found that transplantation of neural progenitor cells(NPCs)promotes the survival of injured ***,a poor integration rate and high risk of tumorigenicity after cell transplantation limits their clinical *** extracellular vesicles(sEVs)contain bioactive molecules for neuronal protection and *** studies have shown that stem/progenitor cell-derived sEVs can promote neuronal survival and recovery of neurological function in neurodegenerative eye diseases and other eye *** this study,we intravitreally transplanted sEVs derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)and hiPSCs-differentiated NPCs(hiPSC-NPC)in a mouse model of optic nerve *** results show that these intravitreally injected sEVs were ingested by retinal cells,especially those localized in the ganglion cell *** with hiPSC-NPC-derived sEVs mitigated optic nerve crush-induced retinal ganglion cell degeneration,and regulated the retinal microenvironment by inhibiting excessive activation of *** analysis further revealed that hiPSC-NPC derived sEVs transported neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory miRNA cargos to target cells,which had protective effects on RGCs after optic nerve *** findings suggest that sEVs derived from hiPSC-NPC are a promising cell-free therapeutic strategy for optic neuropathy.

To address the issue of temperature cross-sensitivity in refractive index （RI） measurement， a fiber-optic Surface Plasmon Resonance （SPR） sensor based on dual D-shaped no-core fiber （NCF） is proposed and designed. The sensor mainly consists of D-shaped NCF， Ag/Fe2O3composite film， and polydimethylsiloxane （PDMS）， where the silver and Fe2O3are successively coated on both D-shaped surfaces of NCF to generate SPR and enhance the oxidation resistance. The layer of PDMS coated on one D-shaped surface acts as a tunable ambient medium sensing the temperature variation and affecting the transmission spectrum of the sensor. Since the surface plasmon waves are excited in the two D-shaped surfaces with different films， the two RI and temperature-dependent spectral resonance peaks with different wavelengths will be produced. Research results demonstrate that the two peaks’ wavelengths have different responses to the variations of ambient RI and temperature. In the refractive index range of 1.36-1.376 and temperature range of 10-100 °C， the RI and temperature sensitivities reach to 5000 nm/RIU and -0.546 nm/°C， respectively. With the sensitivity coefficient matrix， simultaneous measurement of refractive index and temperature can be realized， and the corresponding accuracy is superior to 0.4×10-5RIU and 0.037°C.

To develop high-hardness and high-strength lightweight high entropy alloys （LHEAs）,a series of CoxAlNbTiVCr alloys were *** phase constitution,distribution,and crystal structure of the Laves phase in alloys can be altered by adjusting the composition of HEAs,which in turn influences their mechanical *** Nb Ti VCr （x=0,0.5,1,1.5,and 2,atomic ratio percentage） LHEAs were designed and prepared to characterize the microstructure and tailor the mechanical *** introduction of Co changes the microstructure of LHEAs from a single B2 structure to a mixture dendrite structure,which consists of B2 phase,C14 and C15 Laves *** the C14 and C15 Laves phases exhibit coupled *** parameters including mixing enthalpy (ΔHmix),valence electron concentration （VEC）,atomic radius size （δ）,mixing entropy （ΔS）,and electronegativity difference （Δχ） are used to predict the formation of B2 and Laves phase in *** the Co content increases from 0 to 1.5at.%,Laves phase volume fraction gradually increases,which leads to an enhancement in the compressive strength from 1,520.8 MPa to 1,844.4 ***1.5Al Nb Ti VCr alloy exhibits the maximum Vickers hardness of 699.4 *** improvement of mechanical properties mainly originates from solid solution strengthening and second phase strengthening.
