Mitochondrial Rho-GTPase 1 (MIRO1) is an outer mitochondrial membrane protein which regulates mitochondrial transport and mitophagy in mitosis. In present study, we reported the crucial roles of MIRO1 in mammalian oocyte meiosis and its potential relationship with aging. We found that MIRO1 expressed in mouse and porcine oocytes, and its expression decreased in aged mice. MIRO1 deficiency caused the failure of meiotic resumption and polar body extrusion in both mouse and porcine oocytes, which could be rescued by exogenous MIRO1supplementation. Mass spectrometry data indicated that MIRO1 associated with several cytoskeleton and cell cycle-related proteins, and MIRO1 regulated motor protein Dynein for microtubule-organizing centers (MTOCs) dynamics at germinal vesicle (GV) stage, which determined meiotic resumption. Furthermore, we found that MIRO1 regulated Aurora A and kinesin family member 11 (KIF11) for meiotic spindle assembly in oocytes. Besides, MIRO1 associated with several mitochondria-related proteins dynamic-related protein 1 (DRP1),Parkin and lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2) for mitochondrial dynamics and mitophagy during oocyte meiosis. Taken together, our results suggested that MIRO1 played pivotal roles in meiotic resumption, spindle assembly and mitochondrial function in mouse and porcine oocytes, and its insufficiency might contribute to the oocyte maturation defects during aging.

菲涅耳非相干相关全息术(Fresnel incoherent correlation holography,FINCH)利用在空间光调制器(spatial light modulator,SLM)上加载双透镜模式对同一物点光分束自相干,并通过改变加载的相位因子得到不同的相移全息图.本系统利用SLM可分区编码调制特性,将FINCH成像中SLM上分三次加载的0°,120°,240°相位双透镜掩模各提取1/3组成一幅复合相移模式加载,并研究了三种相位分布方式对FINCH成像质量的影响.结果表明:三个相位在SLM上分布间隔越大,再现像越清晰.在此基础上,提出了一种新的掩模加载方式,在SLM加载透镜阵列,每一个相位因子对应一个双透镜,具有一个光轴.实验表明,通过这种加载方式,通过SLM后形成的三个相移图能够一次在电荷耦合器上记录,并且三个相移图不重叠,然后通过MATLAB编程计算将不同相移角度的全息图分别提取出来,通过三步相移计算合成一幅包含有物光波的复值全息图,最后通过数值再现算法重建待测样品.此系统可用于对光源相干性较低的实时成像系统,也为微小形变测量、动态物体的观测提供了新方法,为非相干数字全息术的发展提供了新思路.

Sensitivity improvement by Vernier effect in microwave photonic filter based on F-P fiber ring

A high sensitivity fiber optic temperature sensor based on Vernier effect in microwave photonic filter based on two paralleled F-P (Fabry-Perot) fiber ring is proposed and experimentally verified. Sensitivity is improved through the Vernier effect， which is caused by two parallel F-P fiber rings with approximate lengths. Temperature interrogation is achieved by monitoring the notch frequency of the superimposed frequency response curve. The temperature sensitivity of -484.514kHz/℃ is achieved in experiment， which is 57 times of the sensor without Vernier effect. The improved sensitivity and simple structure make it have wide potential applications in temperature monitoring of power systems.

对菠萝果皮穿刺力学特性进行研究,旨在为果实品质评价提供参考,为菠萝采收、加工设备优化改进提供参考,为减轻菠萝果损伤提供理论依据。以巴厘菠萝果皮为研究对象,根据菠萝生长规律将果皮划分为上、中、下3个部位,基于WSW-50E微机控制电子万能试验机,选取2、5、10、20、50 mm/min等5个加载速度对菠萝不同部位进行穿刺力学特性试验,分析不同加载速度、不同穿刺部位和不同穿刺压头截面对果皮穿刺强度的影响。试验结果表明:果皮中部穿刺强度最低,下部穿刺强度最高;压头截面与不同穿刺部位对果皮穿刺强度均呈现负相关极显著(p<0.01),不同穿刺部位对果皮穿刺强度均呈现正相关极显著(p<0.01),压头截面与穿刺部位对穿刺强度影响极显著(p<0.01)。由此得出结论:果皮穿刺强度与压头截面、穿刺部位呈极显著相关关系,加载速度与穿刺强度呈不相关关系。

背景:细胞焦亡参与软骨细胞外基质降解、滑膜炎症以及疼痛,在骨关节炎防治中发挥重要作用。此外,运动可通过抑制细胞焦亡调控骨关节炎的发生,已成为防治骨关节炎的研究热点。目的:总结细胞焦亡在骨关节炎中的调控作用,以及运动介导细胞焦亡在改善骨关节炎中的机制。方法:以“pyroptosis,osteoarthritis,chondrocyte pyroptosis,synovial cell pyroptosis,exercise”和“细胞焦亡,骨关节炎,软骨细胞焦亡,滑膜细胞焦亡,运动”为关键词,检索PubMed与中国知网数据库1992-2024年间发表的相关文献,根据纳入及排除标准选择71篇文献进行综述。结果与结论:①骨关节炎是以软骨细胞外基质降解、滑膜炎症和软骨下骨重塑等为特点的慢性退行性关节疾病,易引起骨的器质性病变、疼痛并引发功能障碍。②细胞焦亡作为一种特殊的程序性死亡机制,其特征为细胞裂解死亡释放炎症因子引发强烈的炎症反应,与骨关节炎的发生发展关系密切。细胞焦亡可导致大量炎症因子释放,进而激活核因子κB转录,增加焦亡蛋白的产生,进而加剧骨关节炎的发生发展,因此细胞焦亡可作为骨关节炎防治的新方向。③运动可通过下调焦亡蛋白信号通路和抑制相关炎症因子表达等途径抑制软骨细胞和滑膜细胞的焦亡,从而在骨关节炎防治中发挥重要作用。有氧和无氧运动可通过抑制细胞焦亡的发生延缓骨关节炎的病理进程,中等强度的有氧运动通过抑制细胞焦亡信号通路改善骨关节炎的效果较好,无氧运动可通过提高肌肉质量进而对骨关节炎产生有益效应。

Sm3＋-activated Ca2SiO4 red phosphors were prepared by the conventional high-temperature solid-state reaction method, and the effects of sodium （Na＋） and samarium （Sm3＋） ions doping concentrations on their crystal structure and luminescent properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and fluorescent spectrofluorometer. XRD patterns demonstrate that a well-crystalline structure forms in the phosphors when they are treated by calcination at 1200~C for 4 h, and the excitation spectra exhibit good absorption in the range between 350 and 420 nm. Under the irradiation of 405 nm near-ultraviolet （NUV） light, the spectra of the phosphors show a main emission peak at 601 nm attributed to the 4G5/2→6H7/2 transition of Sm3＋ ions, and its intensity is greatly influenced by the concentrations of Sm3＋ and Na2CO3. When the concentrations of Sm3＋ ions and Na2CO3 are 2mol% and 6mol%, respectively, the optimal emission intensity can be obtained. From strong absorption in the near ultraviolet zone, the Na0.06Sm0.02Ca1.92SiO4 phosphor is a promising red-emitting phosphor for white light emitting diodes （W-LEDs）.

A general complex delayed dynamical network model with asymmetric coupling matrix is considered in this paper. For reducing the conservativeness of synchronization criteria, several novel synchronization stability conditions are presented by using delay decomposition methods. Numerical examples which are widely used to study delay-dependent synchronization stability are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
