In this paper,a modeling method for a pantograph-catenary system is put forward to investigate the dynamic contact behavior in space,taking into consideration of the appearance characteristics of the contact surfaces of the pantograph and *** dynamic performance of the pantograph-catenary system,including contact forces,accelerations,and the corresponding spectra,is ***,with the modeling method,the influences of contact wire irregularity and the vibration caused by the front pantograph on the rear pantograph for a pantograph-catenary system with double pantographs are *** results show that the appearance characteristics of the contact surfaces play an important role in the dynamic contact *** appearance characteristics should be considered to reasonably evaluate the dynamic performance of the pantograph-catenary system.

Naphthyl-α-diimine nickel complexes with systematically varied ligand sterics, activated by modified methylaluminoxane（MMAO）, were tested in the polymerization of higher α-olefin（1-hexene, 1-decene and 1-hexadecene） under suitable conditions. The polymerization results indicated the possibility of precise microstructure control, depending on catalyst structure, polymerization temperature, monomer concentration and types of monomers, which in turn strongly affects the resultant polymer properties. Naphthyl-α-diimine nickel complex bearing chiral bulky sec-phenethyl groups in the o-naphthyl position showed good catalytic activity, and resulted in branched polymers（42-88/1000 C） with high molecular weights（Mn：（4.3-15.2） × 10^4 g·mol^-1） and narrow molecular weight distribution（Mw/Mn = 1.13-1.29, RT）, which suggested a living polymerization. The increasing steric hindrance of catalyst leads to enhance insertion for 2,1-insertion of α-olefin and the chain-walking reaction.

Background It is necessary to develop some innovative methods to reveal and discover the novel （SLE）-related protein molecules. In the present study, matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry （MALDI- TOF MS） was employed to detect the differential expression of serum polypeptides in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） presenting with a family history or complicating with kidney injury so as to identify the proteins associated with the genetic factors and kidney injury in SLE. Methods The subjects recruited were divided into four groups, that is, a group of SLE patients with both family history and kidney injury, a group of SLE patients with only kidney injury but no family history, a group of SLE patients with neither family history nor kidney injury, and a control group consisting of healthy volunteers. By adopting MALDI-TOF MS analysis, the serum samples obtained from the three groups of SLE patients were examined and compared with those from the control group; the categorized peptide fingerprint profile was established via the biological data collected from the samples. Results The expression of protein with a mlz of 4207 Da increased significantly in SLE patients; the protein with a ml z of 2658 Da was expressed in all SLE patients; three proteins （with mlz of 1465, 5332, and 5900 Da respectively） were expressed in the SLE patients complicated with kidney injury and the protein with a mlz of 1943 Da was expressed in SLE patients with family history. Conclusion A number of differential proteins were successfully detected and identified through MALDI-TOF MS detection and these proteins may be associated with the genetic basis of SLE and the complicating kidney injury.

AIM： To determine the effect of allitridi on cell cycle of human gastric cancer （HGC） cell lines MGC803 and SGC7901 and its possible mechanism. METHODS： Trypan blue dye exclusion was used to evaluate the proliferation, inhibition of cells and damages of these ceils were detected with electron microscope, Flow cytometry and cell mitotic index were used to analyze the change of cell cycle, immunohistochemistry, and RT- PCR was used to examine expression of the p21^WAF1 gene, RESULTS： MGC803 cell growth was inhibited by allitridi with 24 h ICso being 6.4μg/mL, SGC7901 cell growth was also inhibited by allitridi with 24 h IC50 being 7.3μg/mL, After being treated with allitridi at the concentration of 12μg/mL for 24 h, cells were found to have direct cytotoxic effects, including broken cellular membrane, swollen and vesiculated mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticula, and mass lipid droplet, When cells were treated with allitridi at the concentration of 3, 6, and 9μg/mL for 24 h, the percentage of Go/G1 phase cells was decreased and that of G2/M phase cells was significantly increased （P = 0.002） compared with those in the group, When cells were treated with allitridi at the concentration of 6μg/mL, cell mitotic index was much higher （P = 0.003） than that of control group, indicating that allitridi could cause gastric cancer cell arrest in M phase, Besides, the expression levels of p21^WAF1 gene of MGC803 cells and p21^WAF1 gene of SGC7901 cells were remarkably upregulated after treatment, CONCLUSION： Allitridi can cause gastric cancer cell arrest in M phase, and this may be one of the mechanisms for inhibiting cell proliferation, Effect of allitridi on cells in M phase may be associated with the upregulation of p21^WAF1 genes. This study provides experimental data for clinical use of allitridi in the treatment of gastric carcinoma.

Objective The aim of the study was to establish the contemporary epidemiological characteristics of Japanese encephalitis （JE） in Guizhou Province. Methods A retrospective study of National Notifiable Disease Reporting System （NNDRS） data from 2971 through 2009, was conducted to ascertain the geographical, seasonal, and age distributions of JE incidence in Guizhou Province, China. Results A total of 68 425 JE cases were reported in Guizhou from 1971-2009. The JE cases occurred sporadically in all 9 prefectures of Guizhou, mostly among residents of rural areas. Seasonal distribution of JE remained consistent over the period from 1971-2009 with the main transmission season starting from June to September and peaking in August. JE occurred mainly in children under the age of 15 years with peak incidence in the 0-6-year age group. Pearson＇s correlation analysis showed that JE vaccine distribution had a negative correlation with JE incidence rates during 1971-2009 （coefficient of correlation=-0.475, P〈O.01）. Conclusion Over the period of 1971-2009, the JE incidence rate had declined dramatically in terms of geographical and age distributions due to JE vaccination to children at risk.

Effectiveness of Acupoint Application in Patients with Pharyngeal Pain: Evidence from CHUNBO, A Prospective Real-World Study

Objective: To assess the outcomes after acupoint application in patients with pharyngeal pain in a real-world settings, and analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Methods: Based on CHUNBO platform, patients with pharyngeal pain who were candidates for acupoint application on the basis of physician-evaluation, were enrolled in a nationwide, prospective, 69-week multicenter observational study from August 2020 to February 2022. Propensity score matching(PSM) was used to match the confounding factors and the association rules were used to analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Outcome assessments included the disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain(within 3, 7, and 14 days), disappearance time of pharyngeal pain, as well as adverse events. Results: Of 7,699 enrolled participants, 6,693(86.9%) received acupoint application and 1,450(21.7%) with non-acupoint application. After PSM, there were 1,004 patients each in the application group(AG) and non-application group(NAG). The disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain in the AG at 3, 7, and 14 days were all higher than those in the NAG(Plication group with tonsil diseases was 2.19 times higher than that in the NAG(Plied to RN 8 most frequently(support 84.39%). Background: Delayed gastric emptying(DGE) is one of the most common complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD). DGE represents impaired gastric motility without significant mechanical obstruction and is associated with an increased length of hospital stay, increased healthcare costs, and a high readmission rate. We reviewed published studies on various technical modifications to reduce the incidence of DGE. Data sources: Studies were identified by searching Pub Med for relevant articles published up to December 2022. The following search terms were used: “pancreaticoduodenectomy”, “pancreaticojejunostomy”, “pancreaticogastrostomy”, “gastric emptying”, “gastroparesis” and “postoperative complications”. The search was limited to English publications. Additional articles were identified by a manual search of references from key articles. Results: In recent years, various surgical procedures and techniques have been explored to reduce the incidence of DGE. Pyloric resection, Billroth II reconstruction, Braun's enteroenterostomy, and antecolic reconstruction may be associated with a decreased incidence of DGE, but more high-powered studies are needed in the future. Neither laparoscopic nor robotic surgery has demonstrated superiority in preventing DGE, and the use of staplers is controversial regarding whether they can reduce the incidence of DGE. Conclusions: Despite many innovations in surgical techniques, there is no surgical procedure that is superior to others to reduce DGE. Further larger prospective randomized studies are needed.

Controlled fabrication of materials by surface modification techniques has been a hot research topic. In this paper,one-dimensional(1D) core-shell structure Fe@Co nanowires(NWs) were successfully prepared by anchoring 0-dimensional(0D) Co nanoparticles on 1D Fe NWs based on the in situ reduction method. The electromagnetic parameters of the specimens at a filler mass fraction of 25 wt% were tested and the microwave loss mechanism was deeply analyzed. Binary magnetic metals in a core-shell structure have excellent multi-band microwave absorption capability(S-band, X-band and Ku-band). This is due to the heterogeneous interface and magnetic coupling effects tuning the dielectric and magnetic loss. This study offers a workable plan for creating effective multi-band magnetic metal-based microwave absorbers.

lignin is a typical biological macromolecule with a three-dimensional network structure and abundant functional groups. It has excellent ionic complexation ability and amphiphilic molecular structure *** this study, the carbon steel anticorrosion performance of sodium lignosulfonate(SLS) in an acid solution was evaluated using the weight loss method, electrochemical measurements, scanning vibration electrode technique(SVET), and surface characterization methods. SLS exhibited excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency for Q235carbon steel in 1 mol·L^(-1) HCl, reaching a maximum value of 98%. A low SLS concentration of 20 mg·L^(-1) resulted in the maximum corrosion inhibition efficiency, which remained nearly constant at higher SLS *** SVET test demonstrated that the formation of an SLS adsorption film can impede corrosion. This study confirms the significance of the application of green biomass resources in the field of metal corrosion protection and green functional materials.
