IK-CPA security implies IE-CCA security in the random oracle model

Key-privacy is a notion of security that is concerned with the key anonymity in public-key *** popular schemes keep key-privacy,while others do ***-privacy has been shown to be orthogonal to data-privacy within one *** paper investigates the relationship between keyprivacy and data-privacy in public-key *** show that the existence of IK-CPA secure cryptosystems implies the existence of IE-CCA secure cryptosystems in the random oracle *** main contributions include a novel construction of a family of injective one-way trapdoor functions directly based on any IK-CPA secure public-key cryptosystem in the random oracle *** construction adopts a novel idea in the construction compared to the existing *** latter was based on unapproximable trapdoor *** novelty of the construction allows to show that the injective trapdoor functions are secure under correlated products with respect to uniform repetitional *** further allows us to conclude,in the random oracle model,that the existence of IK-CPA secure public-key cryptosystems implies the existence of CCA secure cryptosystems by a result of Rosen and Segev.

As a renewable,biocompatible,biodegradable soft material,chitin hydrogels have better advantages in stability,antibacterial activity,antifouling,cost,immunogenicity,and so on than most polymer ***,compared with other widely used polymer hydrogels with high strength and toughness,the practical applications of chitin-based hydrogels have been limited by their weak mechanical properties,such as cartilage repair and meniscus ***,we present the design and fabrication of chitin hydrogels with excellent mechanical strength and toughness by a dehydration and rehydration *** sequential dehydration and rehydration processes,the crystalline domains in the chitin hydrogels can be properly *** optimized crystallinity,the elastic modulus of the chitin hydrogels exceeds all previously reported values,and the fracture toughness is even comparable to some synthetic polymer hydrogels,while maintaining a high-water-content of about 80 wt.%.At the same water content,the mechanical properties of the chitin hydrogels are positively correlated with the hydrogel crystallinity,which proves that the change of mechanical properties of hydrogels is not simply dependent on weight *** hydrogels can be further strengthened by incorporating other biopolymers that are intrinsically weak,which makes the hydrogels promising for applications in fields such as cartilage repair and meniscus ***,the hydrogels enable loading and release of water-soluble and poorly water-soluble *** highly extendable strengthening and toughening strategy of chitin and chitin-based biopolymer hydrogels paves the way for their widely applications.

The reaction of 2-nitro-（2-pyridylsulfanylmethyl）benzene L with silver nitrate produces a centrosymmetric binuclear complex bis（2-nitro-（2-pyridylsulfanylmethyl）benzene-N,S）- bis（nitrato-O,O）-disilver（Ⅰ）, [AgLNO3]2 1. The crystal is of triclinic, space group PI, with a = 7.383 （3）, b = 8.340（3）, c = 12..003（4） A, a = 95.069（6）, β = 93.498（5）, γ = 102.734（6）°, C24H20Ag2N6- O10S2, Mr= 832.32, V = 715.6（4） ,A^3, z = 1, Dc = 1.931 g/cm^3, F（000） = 412,μ = 1.581 mm^-1, R= 0.0351 and wR = 0.0749 Each silver atom is tetrahedrally coordinated by two O atoms from bidentate nitrate, one S atom from a ligand and one N atom from another ligand. Furthermore, Ag- Ag interactions have been observed in the complex.

The pine wood nematode(PWN),Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle,is the pathogen of pine wilt disease(PWD) which can devastate *** can be of hi gh or low severity and the mechanisms underlying the differences in virulence are ***,it is necessary to study the relationship between differentiation of PWN severity and its resistance to the main defensive substances of pine species(i.e.,α-pinene and H_(2)O_(2)).The feeding rate and fecundity of PWN was examined at different levels of virulence under conditions of a-pinene and H_(2)O_(2) ***,the expression patterns of the main resistance genes of PWN with different virulence were determined under conditions of α-pinene and H_(2)O_(2) *** feeding rate and fecundity of the high virulence strain AMA3 were higher than those of the low virulence strain *** expression levels of the autophagy gene BxATG5,cytochrome P450 gene BxCYP33 D3,and glutathione S-transferase genes BxGST1 and BxGST3 in AMA3 increased significantly upon exposure to α-pinene for 2 h,while these genes showed smaller degrees of upregulation in *** conditions of H_(2)O_(2) stress,the expression levels of BxATG5,catalase genes Bxy-ctl-1 and Bxy-ctl-2,and the 2-cysteine peroxiredoxin gene BxPrx in AMA3 were higher than those in *** findings suggest that high virulence PWN has greater resistance to pine defensive substances α-pinene and H_(2)O_(2) than low virulence PWN,and resistance genes mediate the differential resistance of PWN *** study will contribute to the clarification of the mechanism underlying virulence differentiation of PWN and will advance understanding of the pathogenic mechanism of PWD.
