基于TiDB的临床数据中心建设实践探索

目的基于院内现有的数据集成工具实时收集各系统原始库、表数据,形成支持临床诊疗、教学、科研活动为功能主体的临床数据中心(CDR)。方法以苏州大学附属第一医院为研究对象,应用数据库复制软件HVR实时捕获不同数据库表内数据变化并形成不同主题(Topic)发送到分布式发布订阅消息系统Kafka,以开源分布式关系型数据库TiDB为主体的数据中心订阅Kafka的不同主题数据汇聚形成原始数据集,并对原始数据集进行清洗、归一形成标准数据集。结果建成基于TiDB的CDR,完成对院内30余个主要医疗系统数据的清洗再利用,有力支撑了院内多元化的数据需求。结论对数据的多层次治理,建设统一标准的CDR有利于医院信息化水平的提高。

To maintain the stability of the inter-satellite link for gravitational wave detection,an intelligent learning monitoring and fast warning method of the inter-satellite link control system failure is *** from the traditional fault diagnosis optimization algorithms,the fault intelligent learning method pro-posed in this paper is able to quickly identify the faults of inter-satellite link control system despite the existence of strong cou-pling *** constructing a two-layer learning network,the method enables efficient joint diagnosis of fault areas and fault *** simulation results show that the average identification time of the system fault area and fault parameters is 0.27 s,and the fault diagnosis efficiency is improved by 99.8%compared with the traditional algorithm.

With the development of Internet of things(IoT), more and more intelligent terminal devices outsource data to cloud servers(CSs). However, the CS is not fully trusted, and the heterogeneity among different domains makes it difficult for third-party auditor(TPA) to conduct an efficient integrity auditing of outsourced data. Therefore, the cross-domain data cloud storage auditing scheme based on certificateless cryptography is proposed, which can effectively avoid the big burden of certificate management or key escrow problems in identity-based cryptography. At the same time, TPA can effectively audit the integrity of outsourced data in different domains. Formal security proof and analysis show that the cloud storage auditing scheme satisfies the security and privacy requirements. Performance analysis demonstrates that the efficiency is acceptable.

目的为响应国家智慧服务建设要求,完善医院患者服务流程,契合医护人员使用流程,引入患者智能诊后系统,实现随访宣教业务的信息化、数字化。方法系统基于B/S架构,采用标准作业流程(SOP),其功能覆盖患者管理、随访、宣教、知识库、反馈和系统配置。分析了临床现状和需求,针对不同科室设计业务流程,关注数据整合与标准化。结果实现了院内业务系统、数据平台、外部平台、系统管理后台等应用之间的互联互通。数据分析揭示了系统的不足,并为后续优化指明了方向。结论系统有效促进了医患沟通,提高了工作效率,明确了优化方向。未来将根据临床需求和患者反馈持续改进,以提升医疗服务效率和质量。

Nonlinear time series prediction is studied by using an improved least squares support vector machine （LSSVM） regression based on chaotic mutation evolutionary programming （CMEP） approach for parameter optimization. We analyze how the prediction error varies with different parameters （σ, γ） in LS-SVM. In order to select appropriate parameters for the prediction model, we employ CMEP algorithm. Finally, Nasdaq stock data are predicted by using this LS-SVM regression based on CMEP, and satisfactory results are obtained.

In this paper, an SEIR epidemic model with vaccination is formulated. The results of our mathematical analysis indicate that the basic reproduction number plays an important role in studying the dynamics of the system. If the basic reproduction number is less than unity, it is shown that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable by comparison arguments. If it is greater than unity, the system is permanent and there is a unique endemic equilibrium. In this case, sufficient conditions are established to guarantee the global stability of the endemic equilibrium by the theory of the compound matrices. Numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the main results.
