Structural,optical,electrical,and dielectric relaxation properties of rare earth containing sodium bismuth titanate Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3) perovskite:Effect of ionic radius

The main focus of this work is to study the effect of the ionic radius of different rare earth dopant cations rE^(3+)(rE=La,Sm,Dy,and Ho) on structural and various physical properties of sodium bismuth titanate(Na_(0.5)B_(0.5)TiO_(3),NBT) based perovskite *** X-ray diffraction data indicate the successful formation of the rhombohedral phase(space group r3c) of NBT nano perovskite incorporated with various rare earth ions in *** lattice parameters were found to increase linearly with the ionic radius of the dopant *** ionic radii and atomic mass of rare earth dopants appear to be essential factors in the grain growth of the prepared *** grain growth results in better crystallinity of the sample by reducing the microstrain with the increase of dopant ionic *** emission scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectra confirm the prepared compositions' phase purity and *** UV-Vis spectra reveal that La-doped NBT composition exhibits the lowest optical band gap,which unfolds the application of NBT-based perovskite as photoactive *** ac conductivity and complex impedance spectra unveil that the composition with the largest ionic radius,i.e.,La-doped NBT compound,exhibits the highest dc and bulk conductivity with the lowest activation *** frequency-dependent dielectric data follows Havriliak-Negami(HN) formalism and non-Debye type relaxation *** also indicate that La-doped NBT composition exhibits the highest dielectric strength ***,this study first elaborates that the increasing ionic radius of the rare earth dopant cation in the Bi-site of NBT perovskite improves its microstructural,optical,and electrical properties.

Dear Editor,We present a case of ruptured renal angiomyolipoma(AML)and bilateral renal staghorn *** discuss about the management of this patient by angioembolization,partial nephrectomy,and pyelolithotomy,followed by contralateral interval percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Our case is a 40-year-old male who presented with history of dull aching and dragging sensation in bilateral flanks of 6-month *** was admitted and evaluated at other hospital for dizziness,sweating,and loss of *** was found to have bilateral staghorn calculi and left AML and was referred to our institute for further management after initial *** proper written and informed consent was taken from the patient for management as well as publication of the report and images,maintaining the patient’s anonymity.

Enhancing preoperative patient education through virtual reality:A leap forward in nursing practice

An E//B neutral particle analyzer(NPA)has been designed and is under development at Sichuan University and Southwestern Institute of *** main purpose of the E//B NPA is to measure the distribution function of fast ions in the HL-2A/3 *** E//B NPA contains three main units,*** stripping unit,the analyzing unit and the detection unit.A gas stripping chamber was adopted as the stripping *** results of the simulations and beam tests for the stripping chamber are *** electric and magnetic fields provided by a NdFeB permanent magnet and two parallel electric plates were designed and constructed for the analyzing *** calibration of the magnetic and electric fields was performed using a 50 kV electron cyclotron resonance ion source(ECrIS)*** detection unit consists of 32lutetium-yttrium oxyorthosilicate(LYSO)detector modules arranged in two *** response functions ofα,hydrogen ions(H^(+),H_(2)^(+)and H_(3)^(+))andγfor a detector module were measured with^(241)Am,^(137)Cs and^(152)Eu sources together with the 50 kV ECrIS *** overall results indicate that the designed E//B NPA device is capable of measuring the intensity of neutral hydrogen and deuteron atoms with energy higher than 20 keV.

目的癌细胞通常表现出升高的糖酵解活性,即沃尔堡效应。这种现象是由于线粒体功能障碍导致的缺氧所引起,进而导致癌细胞对治疗的抵抗性增强。细胞外基质可通过细胞机械信号转导影响线粒体形态和功能。因此,合成细胞外支架可通过改变细胞机械信号参与到线粒体的调控中,而作为一种治疗干预手段。然而,目前对于合成细胞外支架在这方面的影响和作用仍未被充分探究。方法采用整合素诱导多肽原位组装的方法,引入合成细胞外支架,与癌细胞之间建立密切的相互作用,并动态地调控线粒体网络的裂分-融合动力学。结果和结论实验证实,基于合成细胞外支架的干预手段通过改变细胞骨架结构,不仅能够抑制癌细胞的迁移能力,还能够阻碍癌细胞内线粒体的裂分和糖酵解活性。通过这种创新的治疗策略,有望克服癌细胞的抗药性问题,提高治疗的效果。这一发现为癌症研究和治疗提供了新的方向,有望推动抗癌治疗的进一步发展和改善。

OH and O radicals production in atmospheric pressure air/Ar/H_2O gliding arc discharge plasma jet

Atmospheric pressure air/Ar/H_2O gliding arc discharge plasma is produced by a pulsed dc power supply. An optical emission spectroscopic（OES） diagnostic technique is used for the characterization of plasmas and for identifications of OH and O radicals along with other species in the plasmas. The OES diagnostic technique reveals the excitation Tx？≈？5550–9000 K, rotational Tr？≈？1350–2700 K and gas Tg？≈？850–1600 K temperatures, and electron density n？（1.1-1.9） ′101 4 cm^（-3） e under different experimental conditions. The production and destruction of OH and O radicals are investigated as functions of applied voltage and air flow rate. relative intensities of OH and O radicals indicate that their production rates are increased with increasing Ar content in the gas mixture and applied voltage. nereveals that the higher densities of OH and O radicals are produced in the discharge due to more effective electron impact dissociation of H_2O and O_2 molecules caused by higher kinetic energies as gained by electrons from the enhanced electric field as well as by enhanced n *** productions of OH and O are decreasing with increasing air flow rate due to removal of Joule heat from the discharge region but enhanced air flow rate significantly modifies discharge maintenance properties. Besides, Tgsignificantly reduces with the enhanced air flow rate. This investigation reveals that Ar plays a significant role in the production of OH and O radicals.
