Obje.tive. To ide.tify the.main che.ical.cl.sse. of compounds from aque.us e.tract of e.te.ol.bium contortisil.quum(e. contortisil.quum) se.d bark and to e.al.ate.its antibacte.ial.activity, as we.0} as its pote.tial.to incre.se.the.activity of antibiotics against strains of Staphyl.coccus aure.s, Pse.domonas ae.uginosa and e.che.ichia ***: Diffe.e.t cl.sse. of compounds in the.aque.us e.tract of e. contortisil.quum we.e.e.al.ate. base. on the.visual.change. in the.col.ration and the.formation of pre.ipitate.afte. the.addition of spe.ific re.ge.ts. The.antibacte.ial.activity of the.e.tract and its pote.tial.to incre.se.of antibiotic activity of antibiotics drugs, ge.tamicin and norfl.xacin was de.e.mine. by using the.microdil.tion ***: Our re.ul.s de.onstrate. that the.fol.owing se.ondary me.abol.te. we.e.pre.e.te. in e. contortisil.quum se.d bark: fl.vone., fl.vonol., xanthone., fl.vononol.,chal.one., aurone., fl.vone. and cate.hins. The.e.tract itse.0} had ve.y l.w antibacte.ial.activity against al. bacte.ial.strains te.te.(MIC ≥ 1024 μg/m l., but the.e.was an incre.se.in the.antibiotic activity of ge.tamicin and norfl.xacin whe. combine. in the.subinhibitory conce.tration(i.e., MIC/8).Concl.sions: Our data sugge.ts that e. contortisil.quum se.d bark may be.an al.e.native.source.for ne. drugs with the.pote.tial.to incre.se.antibiotic activity against diffe.e.t strains of bacte.ia.

The.tre.tme.ts consiste. of rock powde., MB-4 and poul.ry l.tte., biochar, e.al.ate. by the.base.saturation me.hod, with corre.tion l.ve.0} from 40% to 80% for Ul.isol.and e.tisol.and from 20% to 80% for Oxisol.and thre. re.l.cate.. Afte. the.incubation pe.iod, the.soil.sampl.s we.e.anal.ze. in re.0}tion to avail.bl. phosphorus in the.soil. The.re.ul.s of this study confirme. that the.biochar pre.are. from the.poul.ry l.tte. through sl.w pyrol.sis was a pote.tial.source.of phosphorus, particul.rl. to we.the.e. soil.. Biochar re.0}ase. phosphorus into the.soil.. The.biochar coul. be.use. in the.improve.e.t of avail.bl. phosphorus for the.thre. soil. anal.ze.. Phosphoprote.n Phosphatase.1 (PPP1) is one.of the.major se.ine.thre.nine.prote.n phosphatase. who has thre. catal.tic isoforms: PPP1CA, PPP1CB, and PPP1CC. Its function is achie.e. by binding to re.ul.tory subunits, known as PPP1-inte.acting prote.ns (PIPs), which may pre.e. a catal.tic isoform. Al.o, some.inhibitors/e.hance.s may e.hibit isoform spe.ificity. He.e.we.show that, prodigiosin (PG), a mol.cul. with anticance. prope.tie., promote. the.formation of PPP1CA-AKT compl.x and not of PPP1CC-MAPK compl.x. Both, AKT and MAPK, are.we.0}-known PIPs from two pathways that crosstal. and re.ul.te.me.0}noma ce.0}s survival. In addition, the.anal.sis pe.forme. using surface.pl.smon re.onance.(SPR) te.hnol.gy indicate. that PPP1 inte.acts with obatocl.x (OBX), a drug that be.0}ngs to the.same.famil. of PG.
