In the present work,seven Mg-Zn-Ag alloys with the nominal composition of Mg_(96-x)Zn_(x)Ag_(4)(x=17,20,23,26,29,32,35 in at.%)were prepared by induction melting and single-roller *** X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyses indicate the metallic glasses with three composition of Mg_(73)Zn_(23)Ag_(4),Mg_(70)Zn_(26)Ag_(4),and Mg_(67)Zn_(29)Ag_(4)were obtained *** differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)measurement was used to obtain the characteristic temperature of Mg-Zn-Ag metallic glasses for the glass-forming ability *** maximum glass transition temperature(Trg)was found to be 0.525 with a composition close to Mg_(67)Zn_(29)Ag_(4),which results in the best glass-forming ***,the immersion test in simulated body fluid(SBF)demonstrate the relative homogeneous corrosion behavior of the Mg-Zn-Ag metallic *** corrosion rate of Mg-Zn-Ag metallic glasses in SBF solution decreases with the increase of Zn *** sample Mg_(67)Zn_(29)Ag_(4)has the lowest corrosion rate of 0.19mm/yr,which could meet the clinical application requirement *** in vitro cell experiments show that the Madin-Darby canine kidney(MDCK)cells cultured in sample Mg_(67)Zn_(29)Ag_(4)and its extraction medium have higher ***,the Mg-Zn-Ag metallic glasses exhibit obvious inhibitory effect on human rhabdomyosarcoma(RD)tumor *** present investigations on the glass-forming ability,corrosion behavior,cytocompatibility and tumor inhibition function of the Mg-Zn-Ag based metallic glass could reveal their biomedical application possibility.

As a prevailing cathode material of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),LiCoO_(2)(LCO)still encounters the tricky problems of structural collapse,whose morphological engineering and cation doping are crucial for surmounting the mechanical strains and alleviating phase degradation upon ***,we propose a strategy using a zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)as the self-sacrificing template to directionally prepare a series of LiNi_(0.1)Co_(0.9)O_(2)(LNCO)with tailorable electrochemical *** rational selection of sintering temperature imparts the superiority of the resultant products in lithium storage,during which the sample prepared at 700℃(LNCO-700)outperforms its counterparts in cyclability(156.8 mA h g^(-1)at 1 C for 200 cycles in half cells,1 C=275 mA g^(-1))and rate capability due to the expedited ion/electron transport and the strengthen mechanical *** feasibility of proper Ni doping is also divulged by half/full cell tests and theoretical study,during which LNCO-700(167 mA h g^(-1)at 1 C for 100 cycles in full cells)surpasses LCO-700 in battery performance due to the mitigated phase deterioration,stabilized layered structu re,ameliorated electro nic co nductivity,a nd exalted lithium sto rage *** work systematically unveils tailorable electrochemical behaviors of LNCO to better direct their practical application.

A high-quality-factor ultra-narrowband perfect metamaterial absorber based on monolayer molybdenum disulfide

In order to significantly improve the absorption efficiency of monolayer molybdenum disulfide(M-MoS_(2)), an ultranarrowband M-MoS_(2)metamaterial absorber was obtained through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation using the finite difference time domain method. The physical mechanism can be better analyzed through critical coupling and guided mode resonance. Its absorption rate at λ = 806.41 nm is as high as 99.8%, which is more than 12 times that of bare MMoS_(2). From the simulation results, adjusting the geometric parameters of the structure can control the resonant wavelength range of the M-MoS_(2). In addition, we also found that the maximum quality factor is 1256.8. The numerical result shows that the design provides new possibilities for ultra-narrowband M-MoS_(2) perfect absorbers in the near-infrared *** results of this work indicate that the designed structure has excellent prospects for application in wavelength-selective photoluminescence and photodetection.

Seco-cyclic phorbol derivatives and their anti-HIV-1 activities

Phorbol esters are recognized for their dual role as anti-HIV-1 agents and as activators of protein kinase C(PKC).The efficacy of phorbol esters in binding with PKC is attributed to the presence of oxygen groups at positions C20,C3/C4,and C9 of ***,the lipids located at positions C12/C13 are essential for both the anti-HIV-1 activity and the formation of the PKC-ligand *** influence of the cyclopropane ring at positions C13 and C14 in phorbol derivatives on their anti-HIV-1 activity requires further *** research entailed the hydrolysis of phorbol,producing seco-cyclic phorbol *** anti-HIV-1 efficacy of these derivatives was assessed,and the affinity constant(Kd)for PKC-δprotein of selected seco-cyclic phorbol derivatives was determined through isothermal titration *** findings suggest that the chemical modification of cyclopropanols could affect both the anti-HIV-1 activity and the PKC binding ***,compound S11,with an EC_(50) of 0.27μmol·L^(−1) and a CC_(50) of 153.92μmol·L^(−1),demonstrated a potent inhibitory effect on the intermediate products of HIV-1 reverse transcription(ssDNA and 2LTR),likely acting at the viral entry stage,yet showed no affinity for the PKC-δ*** results position compound S11 as a potential candidate for further preclinical investigation and for studies aimed at elucidating the pharmacological mechanism underlying its anti-HIV-1 activity.

Early application of nerve growth factor affects serum inflammatory cytokine levels in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

BACKGROUND： It has been demonstrated that there are changes of various cytokines, chemokines and adhesion factors in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. What are the changes of interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 in serum of HIE neonates.OBJECTIVE： To observe the dynamic changes of interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 in peripheral serum at different time after HIE in neonates, and analyze the possible therapeutic efficacy of early application of NGF.DESIGN： A non-randomized controlled observation synchronically.SETTING： Department of Neonatology, Sun Yat-sen Hospital affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University.PARTICIPANTS： Sixty neonates with HIE were selected from the Department of Neonatology, Sun Yat-sen Hospital affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University from January 2004 to October 2006, including 32 boys and 28 girls, who were all accorded with the diagnostic standards for moderate to severe HIE. The neonates were divided into two groups NGF-treated group （n =30）, HIE group （n =30）. The HIE neonates in the NGF-treated group were given routine treatment and intramuscular injection of NGF within 24 hours after birth. Those in the HIE group were given routine treatments. Meanwhile, 30 apneic normal neonates （17 boys and 13 girls） at the same period were selected as the control group. The gestational age was 37 - 42 weeks in all the three groups, the body mass at birth was 2 500 - 4 000 g. Informed contents were obtained from the relatives of all the enrolled neonates.METHODS： The HIE neonates in the NGF-treated group were given routine treatment and intramuscular injection of NGF （2 000 U） within 24 hours after birth, once a day, 10 days as a course. Those in the HIE group were given routine treatments. Blood samples （3 mL） were drawn from femoral vein in all the neonates 1, 3 and 7 days after birth. Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)共掺Gd_2Mo_3O_(12)的强绿色上转换发光及温度传感特性

采用固相反应法合成了Gd_2Mo_3O_(12):x%Yb^(3+)/1%Er^(3+)(x=0,2,5,10,20)荧光粉。当Yb^(3+)浓度超过5%,Yb^(3+)-MoO_4^(2-)二聚体形成并发挥敏化作用;当Yb^(3+)浓度达20%,二聚体敏化主导上转换发光。由于二聚体敏化抑制红光发射,成功获得高强度的绿色上转换发光。结合反射谱、拉曼谱、下转换谱、上转换功率关系、二聚体模型和三能级模型,详细讨论了这种和Yb^(3+)浓度有关的上转换发光。另外,基于两个绿光发射带的相对强度比,探究了最佳样品在300~500K范围内的温度传感特性,证实Gd_2Mo_3O_(12):Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)在温度传感方面具有潜在应用价值。

Dual-Branch-UNet: A Dual-Branch Convolutional Neural Network for Medical Image Segmentation

In intelligent perception and diagnosis of medical equipment,the visual and morphological changes in retinal vessels are closely related to the severity of cardiovascular diseases(e.g.,diabetes and hypertension).Intelligent auxiliary diagnosis of these diseases depends on the accuracy of the retinal vascular segmentation *** address this challenge,we design a Dual-Branch-UNet framework,which comprises a Dual-Branch encoder structure for feature extraction based on the traditional U-Net model for medical image *** be more explicit,we utilize a novel parallel encoder made up of various convolutional modules to enhance the encoder portion of the original ***,image features are combined at each layer to produce richer semantic data and the model’s capacity is adjusted to various input ***,in the lower sampling section,we give up pooling and conduct the lower sampling by convolution operation to control step size for information *** also employ an attentionmodule in the decoder stage to filter the image noises so as to lessen the response of irrelevant *** are verified and compared on the DRIVE and ARIA datasets for retinal vessels *** proposed Dual-Branch-UNet has proved to be superior to other five typical state-of-the-art methods.

针对全断面稳定围岩地层管片上浮量过大的问题,通过将室内试验与现场试验相结合的方式,开发新型同步双液浆并应用于南京地铁6号线某区间,可大幅度减小管片上浮量、提高管片拼装质量。将现场使用的单液硬性浆作为A液,新型促凝剂作为B液,通过室内试验探究B液对于A液性质的影响规律,依据浆液胶凝时间、流动度及抗压强度要求并结合现场实际情况确定现场新型同步双液浆配比,最后通过现场试验检验该新型同步双液浆注浆效果。研究结果表明:1)B液掺A液总质量的1%~2%,可使新型同步双液浆的胶凝时间缩短至10~30 min,具有良好的泵送性及较高的早期强度;2)新型同步双液浆注入后10 min内流动性不损失且不易堵管,在国内现有的施工管理水平下具有较大推广价值;3)监测数据表明,新型同步双液浆现场注浆效果优良,相比单液硬性浆,管片环整体上浮量减小50%,管片环最大水平偏差减小57%,管片环渗漏点数减少50%,地表沉降最大值减小74.3%。

Carbonated Big Mantle Wedge Extending to the NE Edge of the Stagnant Pacific Slab:Constraints from Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic Basalts from Far Eastern Russia

It has been suggested that the carbonated mantle reflected by Mg-Zn isotopic anomalies of Cenozoic intraplate basalts from East Asia coincides with the stagnant West Pacific slab in the mantle transition ***,the northern boundary of such carbonated domain beneath East Asia is *** Mesozoic-Cenozoic intraplate basalts are widespread in far eastern Russia and thus provide an opportunity to examine this *** we report major-trace element contents and Sr-NdMg-Zn isotopic compositions for 9 Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic basaltic samples from the Khanka Block and Sikhote-Alin accretionary *** are characterized by large variations in SiO_(2)contents(41 wt.%to 50 wt.%)and CaO/Al_(2)O_(3)(0.50 to 0.97),enrichments of large-ion lithophile elements(LILE),positive Nb-Ta anomalies and strongly negative K,Pb,Zr,Hf,Ti,Y anomalies in primitive mantle-normalized trace element spider ***,the rocks show good correlations of Ti/Ti^(*)with Hf/Hf^(*),La/Yb,Fe/Mn and trace element contents(e.g.,Nb).In addition,they have lighter Mg and heavier Zn isotope compositions than the BSE estimates,coupled with depleted Sr-Nd isotope *** elemental and isotopic characteristics cannot be explained by alteration,magma differentiation or diffusion,but are consistent with the partial melting of carbonated *** and large,the Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic basalts from far eastern Russia bear very similar geochemical characteristics as those Na-series Cenozoic basalts from eastern *** extended region of Mg-Zn isotopic anomalies is roughly coincident with the stagnant West Pacific slab beneath East Asia,and all of these alkali basalts can be generated from mantle sources hybridized by recycled Mg-carbonates from the Pacific slab stagnant in the mantle transition *** infer that(1)the carbonated big mantle wedge extends to the NE edge of the West Pacific slab and may have also appeared in the Late Mesozoic due to the effect of the Paleo-Pac
