Background: Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) is the most common complication of herpes zoster infection and affects patients' quality of life. Acupuncture therapy is regarded as a competitive method of treatment for analgesia. Objective: To summarize evidence from systematic reviews(SRs) and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different acupuncture therapies for treating PHN. Methods: Eight electronic databases were searched from their inception to August 5, 2022, including 4 international electronic databases(PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane library, and Web of Science) and 4 Chinese databases(Chinese Biomedical Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Database and Wanfang Database).Methodological quality was assessed by A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR 2).The Risk of Bias in Systematic Review(ROBIS) tool was used to assess the risk of bias in SRs. Evidence level was assessed by the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation(GRADE)approach. Results: Totally, 7 SRs were included, including 128 studies and 9,792 patients. In AMSTAR 2, most of the SRs were of low or critically low levels since they had more than 1 critical deficiency. In ROBIS, 1 SR(14.29%)was rated as high risk, and the other 6(85.71%) were rated as low risk. In the GRADE system, 9 outcomes(28.13%)were valued as high level, 5(15.63%) as moderate level, 1(3.13%) as low, and 17(53.13%) as very low. In the effectiveness of acupuncture therapy, the group "moxibustion vs. original medical treatment" [mean difference(MD)=–1.44, 95% confidence interval(CI): –1.80 to –1.08, I2=99%, P<0.00001] was of the highest heterogeneity and the group "bloodletting vs. original medical treatment"(MD=–2.80, 95% CI: –3.14 to –2.46, I2=0, P<0.00001)was of the lowest heterogeneity. In this work,we study the charmonium(-like)spectrum below 4.1 GeV using the diabatic approach,which offers a unified description of conventional and unconventional heavy meson *** to previous studies,we consider a more realistic cc potential by including the spin-dependent interactions,which allows us to obtain more states and insights into the charmonium *** on our calculation,we obtain the masses of the charmonium spectrum,which align well with experimental *** also present the probabilities of finding various components,i.e.,cc or meson-meson pairs,in these *** results support the arguments that X_(c1)(3872),Ψ(4040),and X_(c2)(3930)have significant molecular *** addition,our calculations show that X_(c0)(3860)and Ψ(3770)can be considered as candidates for the charmonium states X_(c0)(2P)and Ψ(1D),respectively.

The ameliorative effects of ginger against heat-induced oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction in Caenorhabditis elegans

Ginger， rich in gingerols and shogaols， exhibits multiple biological properties. However， the mechanisms underlying its thermotolerance remain unclear. The study employed network pharmacology and experimental validation in Caenorhabditis elegans to investigate how gingerol-related compounds within ginger extract (GE) mitigated damage caused by heat stress (HS). A total of 18 types of gingerol analogues were identified in GE， among which 6-， 8-， and 10-gingerol， as well as 6-， 8-， and 10-shogaol were quantified. Collectively， these six compounds accounted for 54.4% of the total composition. Supplementation with 15 μg/mL GE significantly extended heat-stress lifespan by 20.30%， while the combination of the six major gingerols and shogaols at the same concentration prolonged lifespan by 18.93%. Additionally， pretreatment with GE and the combination alleviated HS-induced oxidative damage by eliminating reactive oxygen species (ROS) and upregulating antioxidant enzymes. Network pharmacology analysis suggested that the MAPK pathway may play a crucial role in thermotolerance. Experimental findings confirmed that ginger attenuated oxidative damage through the activation of SKN-1/Nrf2 and DAF-16/FOXO via the MAPK pathway. Moreover， GE stabilized mitochondrial membrane potential and restored ATP levels， thus preserving mitochondrial function during heat exposure. Further investigations using molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations revealed that shogaols， with more stable binding affinities for KEAP1 protein， exhibited more potent effects than gingerols in prolonging lifespan and reducing ROS levels under HS conditions. In short， gingerol analogues from ginger conferred thermal resistance to nematodes by mitigating oxidative damage and mitochondrial dysfunction.

为提高黑斑蛙加工副产物蛙皮的综合利用价值,对黑斑蛙蛙皮抗氧化肽的提取工艺及性能进行研究。采用超滤方法对黑斑蛙蛙皮的蛋白酶解液进行分离,得到不同分子量范围的小分子肽,通过体外抗氧化试验和秀丽隐杆线虫模型,评价不同分子量范围蛙皮小分子肽的抗氧化性能;以高活性小分子肽得率为目标,采用响应面方法对酶添加量、超高压压力、超高压时间、液料比四个参数优化,确定小分子肽最佳提取工艺。结果表明,1~2000 Da小分子肽具有最强的抗氧化能力,DPPH自由基、ABTS^(+)自由基清除率分别达到了76.93%、59.23%,并显著提高了秀丽隐杆线虫的抗氧化能力;在中性蛋白酶水解的基础上,二次酶解最佳工艺参数为碱性蛋白酶用量10210 U/g,超高压压力315 MPa,压力作用时间9.3 min,液料比16倍,1~2000 Da小分子肽得率为25.26%。超高压辅助双酶水解显著提高了黑斑蛙蛙皮小分子肽的得率,为黑斑蛙副产物的高值化利用提供了参考。

目的探寻淋巴细胞免疫治疗(liT)治疗原因不明复发性流产(URSA)的生物标志物。方法收集2014年12月至2015年6月在北京大学第三医院接受liT的URSA患者24例的血清,采用含有40种细胞因子的半定量双抗夹心法抗体芯片进行检测,对URSA患者liT前后外周血中的免疫相关细胞因子进行筛选,再应用微球流式多因子定量检测技术进行验证检测。24例患者根据liT后最终的妊娠结局分为足月分娩组(15例)和流产组(9例),应用线性回归分析目标因子变化与妊娠结局之间的关系。结果半定量抗体芯片筛选发现,所有被纳入的24例URSA患者中,白细胞介素15(IL-15)、干扰素诱导的单核因子(MIG)、CC型趋化因子配体(CCL)1的荧光信号值在liT治疗后显著低于治疗前(P均liT治疗后显著低于治疗前(P均liT治疗后显著低于治疗前(P均liT治疗后足月分娩组的CCL11的荧光信号值增加(P=0.012),可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体2(sTNFR2)的荧光信号值降低(P=0.029)。微球流式多因子定量检测技术验证结果显示,经线性回归分析,liT后足月分娩组患者CCL11水平显著升高(P=0.001),sTNFR2的水平显著降低(P=0.001)。结论CCL11和sTNFR2可能是潜在的生物标志物,可能预测URSA患者liT后的妊娠结局。
