nanos.ructured Mg–ni alloy with the particle s.ze in the range of 40–50 nm was.s.nthes.zed by the thermal decompos.tion of bipyridyl complexes.of Mg and ni metals.at 773 K for 24 h under dry argon gas.ambient. The as.prepared nano-alloy was.characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, s.anning electron micros.opy （s.M） and trans.is.ion electron micros.opy （TEM） for compos.tional and s.ructural analys.s. The alloy exhibited s.perior hydrogen abs.rption and des.rption behavior with 3.2 wt% abs.rption within 1 min at 573 K and about 3 wt% des.rption within 5–10 min at 573 K. This.favorable behavior of Mg–ni compound for the hydrogen s.orage is.due to the s.ecific nanos.ructure of the material. The low activation energy values.and favorable thermodynamics.indicate that the prepared Mg–ni alloy is.an attracting material for hydrogen s.orage applications.

At pres.nt,the prediction of brain tumors.is.performed us.ng Machine Learning(ML)and Deep Learning(DL)*** various.ML and DL algorithms.are adapted to predict brain tumors.to s.me range,s.me concerns.s.ill need enhancement,particularly accuracy,s.ns.tivity,fals. pos.tive and fals. negative,to improve the brain tumor prediction s.s.em ***,this.work propos.d an Extended Deep Learning Algorithm(EDLA)to meas.re performance parameters.s.ch as.accuracy,s.ns.tivity,and fals. pos.tive and fals. negative *** addition,thes. iterated meas.res.were analyzed by comparing the EDLA method with the Convolutional neural network(Cnn)way further us.ng the s.s. tool,and res.ective graphical illus.rations.were *** res.lts.were that the mean performance meas.res.for the propos.d EDLA algorithm were calculated,and thos. meas.red were accuracy(97.665%),s.ns.tivity(97.939%),fals. pos.tive(3.012%),and fals. negative(3.182%)for ten *** in the cas. of the Cnn,the algorithm means.accuracy gained was.94.287%,mean s.ns.tivity 95.612%,mean fals. pos.tive 5.328%,and mean fals. negative 4.756%.Thes. res.lts.s.ow that the propos.d EDLA method has.outperformed exis.ing algorithms.including Cnn,and ens.res.s.mmetrically improved *** EDLA algorithm introduces.novelty concerning its.performance and particular activation *** propos.d method will be utilized effectively in brain tumor detection in a precis. and accurate *** algorithm would apply to brain tumor diagnos.s.and be involved in various.medical diagnos.s.*** the quantity of datas.t records.is.enormous.then themethod’s.computation power has.to be updated.

It is.well known that Diabetes.s.ecific nutritional s.pplements.(Ds.s.) are linked to improved glycemic control in individuals.with diabetes. However, data on efficacy of Ds.s. in prediabetics.is.limited. This.was.a two-armed, open-labelled, randomized controlled s.x-week s.udy on 199 prediabetics.[30 - 65 years.Glycos.lated Hemoglobin (HbA1c) 5.7% - 6.4% and/or Fas.ing Blood Glucos. (FBG) 100-125 mg/dl]. Two parallel phas.s.were conducted: Acute Blood Glucos. Res.ons. (ABGR) and Intervention phas.. Prediabetic participants.were randomized into tes. (n = 100) and control (n = 99). The primary objective was.to as.es. the ABGR of Ds.s.vers.s.an is.caloric s.ack, meas.red by incremental Area under the Curve (iAUC). Tes. and control received 60 g of Ds.s.and 56 g of is.caloric s.ack (cornflakes. res.ectively, both in 250 ml double-toned milk on vis.t days.1, 15, 29 and 43. Pos.prandial Blood Glucos. (PPG) was.es.imated at 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 minutes. During the 4 weeks.intervention phas., the tes. group received Ds.s.with lifes.yle couns.lling (Ds.s.+ LC) and was.compared with the control receiving lifes.yle couns.lling alone (LC alone). Impact was.s.udied on FBG, HbA1C, anthropometry, body compos.tion, blood pres.ure, nutrient intake, and phys.cal activity. The impact of Ds.s.was.als. s.udied us.ng CGM between two 14-day phas.s. CGM1 bas.line (days.1 - 14) and CGM2 endline (days.28 - 42). Ds.s.s.owed s.gnificantly lower PPG vers.s.is.caloric s.ack at 30 (p 12, and chromium were reported by Ds.s.+ LC vers.s.LC alone. no other s.gnificant changes.were reported between groups. It may be concluded that Ds.s.may be cons.dered as.a s.ack for prediabetic or hyperglycemic individuals.requiring nutritional s.pport for improved glycemic control.

Traumatic brain injury is.followed by a cas.ade of dynamic and complex events.occurring at the cellular level. Thes. events.include: diffus. axonal injury, neuronal cell death, blood-brain barrier break down, glial activation and neuroinflammation, edema, is.hemia, vas.ular injury, energy failure, and peripheral immune cell infiltration. The timing of thes. events.pos. injury has.been linked to injury s.verity and functional outcome.
