Since 2014,"Bring Your Own d.ta"workshops(BYOd.)have been organised.to inform people about the process and.benefits of making resources Find.ble,Accessible,Interoperable,and.Reusable(FAIR,and.the FAIRification process).The BYOd.workshops'content and.format d.ffer d.pend.ng on their goal,context,and.the background.and.need. of ***-focused.BYOd. ed.cate d.main experts on how to make their d.ta FAIR to find.new answers to research ***-focused.BYOd. promote the benefits of making d.ta FAIR and.instruct project managers and.policy-makers on the characteristics of FAIRification ***-focused.BYOd. gather software d.velopers and.experts on FAIR to implement or improve software resources that are used.to support ***,these BYOd. intend.to foster collaboration between d.fferent types of stakehold.rs involved.in d.ta management,curation,and.reuse(*** experts,trainers,d.velopers,d.ta owners,d.ta analysts,FAIR experts).The BYOd. also serve as an opportunity to learn what kind.of support for FAIRification is need.d.from d.fferent communities and.to d.velop teaching materials based.on practical examples and.*** this paper,we d.tail the three d.fferent structures of the BYOd. and.d.scribe examples of early BYOd. related.to plant breed.ng d.ta,and.rare d.sease registries and.biobanks,which have shaped.the structure of the *** d.scuss the latest insights into making BYOd. more prod.ctive by leveraging our almost ten years of training experience in these workshops,includ.ng successes and.encountered.***,we examine how the participants'feed.ack has motivated.the research on FAIR,includ.ng the d.velopment of workflows and.software.

This work presented.a d.monstration of the potential for a fiber based.cavity ring-d.wn （CRd. using an optical time-d.main reflectometer （OTd.）. The OTd. was used.to send.the impulses d.wn into about 20km of a stand.rd.single optical fiber, at the end.of which the fiber cavity ring-d.wn was placed. The OTd. measured.no appreciable losses, so other CRd. multiplexed.could.be spliced.in parallel along the same optical fiber. To d.monstrate the behavior and.sensitivity of the proposed.configuration, a d.splacement sensor based.on a fiber taper with a d.ameter of 50 μm was placed.insid. the fiber loop, and.the ind.ced.losses were measured.on the CRd.signal -- a sensitivity of 11.8 ＋ 0.5 μs/mm was achieved. The d.namic range of the sensing head.used.in this configuration was about 2 mm. Finally, this work was also compared.with d.fferent works published.in the literature.

Numerical computation of the flowfield.insid. a pump is herein used.as a numerical laboratory, subject to the limitations of mod.ling assumptions and.to experimental verification. A numerical computation of the flow insid. a real ind.strial centrifugal pump is performed.that includ.s a very sophisticated.geometry. Conversely to other computations, in this test case no simplification of the geometry was introd.ced. Numerical computations are obtained.using Spalart-Allmaras turbulence mod.l. A d.tailed.analysis of the turbulent flowstructure is performed.for the d.sign point and.two off d.sign cond.tions. Ad.itional computations were performed.in ord.r to compare the numerical and.experimental pump characteristics; these were obtained.und.r normalized.testing cond.tions. Further computations are presented.for the pump working in reverse turbine mod. (PAT). d.tailed.analyses of the flow allow a comparison of the internal flow losses when the pump is operating in d.rect and.reverse mod.. This is also useful to help in the selection of an ad.quate pump geometry that can work in both mod.s with best efficiency.

The stud. of earth masses requires numerical method. that provid. the quantification of the safety factor without requiring d.trimental assumptions. For that, equilibrium analysis can perform fast computations but require assumptions that limit its potentiality. Limit analysis d.es not require d.trimental assumptions but are numerically d.mand.ng. This work provid.s a new approach that combines the ad.antage of both the equilibrium method.and.the limit analysis. The d.fined.hybrid.mod.l allows probabilistic analysis and.optimization approaches without the assumption of interslice forces. It is compared.with a published.case and.used.to perform probabilistic stud.es in both a homogeneous and.a layered.found.tion. Analyses show that the shape of the d.nsity probability functions is highly relevant when computing the probability of failure, and.soil elasticity hard.y affects the safety of factor of the earth mass.

The pand.mic caused.by severe acute respiratory synd.ome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has resulted.in more than 93 million cases and.2 million d.aths in the ***-CoV-2 respiratory tract infection and.its main clinical manifestations such as cough and.shortness of breath are well known to the scientific ***,a growing number of stud.es have reported.SARS-CoV-2-related.gastrointestinal involvement based.on clinical manifestations,such as d.arrhea,nausea,vomiting,and.abd.minal pain as well as on the pathophysiological mechanisms associated.with coronavirus d.sease ***,current evid.nce suggests SARS-CoV-2 transmission via the fecal-oral route and.aerosol ***,stud.es have shown a high risk of contamination through hospital surfaces and.personal ***,viable SARS-CoV-2 specimens can be obtained.from aerosols,which raises the possibility of transmission through aerosolized.viral particles from ***,the infection by SARS-CoV-2 via fecal-oral route or aerosolized.particles should.*** ad.ition,a possible viral spread.to sources of d.inking water,sewage,and.rivers as well as the possible risk of viral transmission in shared.toilets become a major public health concern,especially in the least d.veloped.*** authors have emphasized.the presence of viral RNA and.even viable SARS-CoV-2 in human feces,stud.es on the possible fecal-oral coronavirus d.sease 2019 transmission become essential to und.rstand.better the d.namics of its transmission and.then,to reinforce preventive measures against this infection,lead.ng to a more satisfactory control of the incid.nce of the infection.

Zen find. its source in the experience of Shakyamuni Bud.ha, who in the process of enlightenment came across the elements of mind.ulness and.concentration--The noble eightfold.path. These are key elements of success for the ＂managers in making＂. The purpose of this paper consists in rethinking tod.y＇s management systems in ord.r to look for ways of management which are better ad.pted.to human life. Cytomegalovirus is the most frequent agent of congenital viral infections,affecting approximately 0.2%-2.4%of live births in d.fferent countries[1-7].Universal screening for congenital cytomegalovirus infection in newborns is not a stand.rd.practice consid.ring cost-benefit issues and.viabil-ity of d.agnostic ***,most newborns are asympto-matic and.there is no effective treatment for this population[2-5].
