采用硬脂酸法制备了超细层状镧钛酸钾K2la2Ti3O10。通过XRD、TEM等测试技术对产物进行表征;利用FTIR对反应历程进行初步探讨;初步研究了K2la2Ti3O10的酸交换性质。结果表明,与传统高温固相反应法相比,该法使反应温度大大降低(300℃),产物颗粒尺寸减小(350nm×300nm)、比表面积增大1183m2/g;而且所得产物在HNO3溶液中即可剥离,剥离后的单片层自行卷曲成纳米管(20nm×100nm)。

Umb.l.cal endometriosis, also called Villar’s nodule, has rarely been described in the literature. It represents only 0.5% to 1% of all cases of endometriosis. We report a case in a 28-year-old nulligest, nulliparous woman who consulted at the CSREF CII in bamako. The diagnosis was suspected with the presence of umb.l.cal swelling with cyclic, painful, dark hemorrhage of firm consistency. We performed an omphalectomy with an uncomplicated postoperative course. She was released from the hospital three days post-surgery. Anatomo-pathological examination of the resected specimen confirmed the diagnosis of umb.l.cal endometriosis.

The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the potential immunomodulatory effect of maternal supplementation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. boulardii (Scb) from late gestation until the end of lactation on the immune phenotype of her progeny. Eighteen sows were fed 2 b.l.ses per day of Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. boulardii CMCN-1079 (probiotic;PRO, n = 9) or placebo (CON, n = 9) starting at gestational day (GD) 84 and continuing until 21 days post-farrowing (end of lactation). Sow blood samples were collected every 7 days post-supplementation during gestation and 24-h post-farrowing and end of lactation. blood samples were taken from 84 female pigs (n = 42 per sow treatment group) at 1, 7, 14, 21, 28, and 35 days old to assess innate and adaptive immune measures. Minimal effects of Scb supplementation were found on sow immune status during gestation and lactation, except for PRO-treated sows that had enhanced neutrophil function (P and mitogen-induced lymphocyte proliferation after 51 days of treatment (P ll, pigs from PRO-treated sows had higher C5a- and Il-8-induced neutrophil chemotaxis, NK cytotoxicity, and mitogen-induced b.l.mphocyte proliferation than those from CON sows (P inimal effect on the sows but postnatal maternal exposure to Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. boulardii supplementation modulated the immune status of the progeny beyond the lactation period resulting in those from PRO-treated sows having more enhanced neutrophil function and b-cell proliferative response in the short term. Therefore, these data imply that including yeast probiotics in maternal diets may have carry-over effects in priming offspring’s immune function, especially neutrophil function and b-cell proliferation in the short term.

＜正＞Due to the low cost,comparable efficient solar light to electricity conversion and easy fabrication compared to conventional inorganic photovoltaic devices,dye-sensitized solar cells （DSSCs） are currently attracting wide-spread scientific and technological interest. The DSSCs is constructed with three parts:dye molecules as photosensitizers,nanocrystalline TiO2 porous film as the electron-transport layer and a redox electrolyte as the "hole-transport layer". 10% of light-to-electricity conversion efficiency has been achieved by DSSC fabricated with organic liquid based electrolyte. However,the leakage and evaporation of the organic solvent will cause the reducing performance of the cell in the long-term operation due to difficulty in sealing the cell.

background β-glucan is the major structure component of Candida albicans （C. albicans） cell wall. It has been demonstrated that Dectin-1 as the principal C-type lectin pattern-recognition receptor （PRR） can recognize fungal β-glucan and induce immune responses. In this study, we sought to clarify whether insoluble β-glucan from the cell wall of C. albicans （CalG） could induce immune responses in human THP-1 monocytes （a human acute monocytic leukemia cell line） and to determine the underlying mechanisms. Methods Human THP-1 monocytes were challenged with CalG in vitro. The mRNA expression of Dectin-1, Toll-like receptors （TlR2）, proinflammatory cytokine （TNF-a） and chemokine （Il-8） was assayed by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. The secretion of TNF-a and Il-8 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ElISA）. H2O2 release was determined by microplate fluorescent assay. Western blotting was used to analyze IKb-a phosphorylation and degradation. Results Exposure of THP-1 monocytes to CalG led to increased gene expression and secretion of TNF-a and Il-8. CalG induced H2O2 release in a time-dependent manner. CalG hydrolyzed with zymolyase failed to induce gene expression and secretion of TNF-a, Il-8 and H2O2 release. CalG up-regulated the mRNA of Dectin-1, whereas the mRNA level of TlR2 was not altered. THP-1 monocytes challenged with CalG resulted in the activation of NF-Kb in a time-dependent manner. Dectin-1 inhibitor laminarin blocked the CalG-induced production of TNF-a and H2O2 in THP-1 monocytes, but no such effect was observed in pretreatment with anti-TlR2 neutralizing antibody and the lPS inhibitor （polymyxin b）. Conclusion CalG may play a role in activation of immune responses in human THP-1 cells throuah Dectin-1, not TlR2.
