We report evidence for the first generation of XUV spectra from relativistic surface high-harmonic generation(SHHG)on plasma mirrors at a kilohertz repetition rate,emitted simultaneously with energetic *** spectra and electron angular distributions are measured as a function of the experimentally controlled plasma density gradient scale length Lg for three increasingly short and intense driving pulses:24 fs and a0=1:1,8 fs and a0=1:6,and finally 4 fs and a0≈2:1,where a0 is the peak vector potential normalized by mec/e with the elementary charge e,the electron rest mass me,and the vacuum light velocity *** all driver pulses,we observe correlated relativistic SHHG and electron emission in the range Lg∈½λ/20,λ/4,with an optimum gradient scale length of Lg≈λ/*** universal optimal Lg-range is rationalized by deriving a direct intensity-independent link between the scale length Lg and an effective similarity parameter for relativistic laser-plasma interactions.

Adult stem cells,especially from bone marrow,have a tremendous therapeutic potential,and its application in regenerative medicine has been increasingly studied [1,2].It is well known that three-dimensional (3D)cell culture matrix promotes many biological relevant functions not observed in two-dimensional (2D) monolayer cell culture [3]and therefore,engineering 3D cell culture platforms to mimic the native in vivo biological systems represents a realistic approach for studies of bone marrow stem cells. High-throughput microfluidics constitutes a promising technology to generate hydrogel three dimensional constructs [4,5],however, its application to host adult stem cells remains still a challenge.

The study of k- sets is a very relevant topic in the research area of computational geometry. The study of the maximum and minimum number of k-sets in sets of points of the plane in general position, specifically, has been developed at great length in the literature. With respect to the maximum number of k-sets, lower bounds for this maximum have been provided by Erdaos et al., Edelsbrunner and Welzl, and later by Toth. Dey also stated an upper bound for this maximum number of k-sets. With respect to the minimum number of k-set, this has been stated by Erdos el al. and, independently, by Lovasz et al. In this paper the authors give an example of a set ofn points in the plane in general position （no three collinear）, in which the minimum number of points that can take part in, at least, a k-set is attained for every k with 1 ≤ k 〈 n/2. The authors also extend Erdos＇s result about the minimum number of points in general position which can take part in a k-set to a set ofn points not necessarily in general position. That is why this work complements the classic works we have mentioned before.

The aim of this study was to evaluate injectable,in situ cross-linkable elastin-like recombinamers(ELRs)for osteochondral *** the ELR-based hydrogel alone and the ELR-based hydrogel embedded with rabbit mesenchymal stromal cells(rMSCs)were tested for the regeneration of critical subchondral defects in 10 New Zealand ***,cylindrical osteochondral defects were filled with an aqueous solution of ELRs and the animals sacrificed at 4months for histological and gross evaluation of features of biomaterial performance,including integration,cellular infiltration,surrounding matrix quality and the new matrix in the *** both approaches helped cartilage regeneration,the results suggest that the specific composition of the rMSC-containing hydrogel permitted adequate bone regeneration,whereas the ELR-based hydrogel alone led to an excellent regeneration of hyaline *** conclusion,the ELR cross-linker solution can be easily delivered and forms a stable well-integrated hydrogel that supports infiltration and de novo matrix synthesis.

Multimode optical fibers have seen increasing applications in communication,imaging,high-power lasers,and ***,inherent imperfections and environmental perturbations cause random polarization and mode mixing,causing the output polarization states to be different from the input polarization *** difference poses a serious issue for employing polarization-sensitive techniques to control light–matter interactions or nonlinear optical processes at the distal end of a fiber ***,we demonstrate complete control of polarization states for all output channels by only manipulating the spatial wavefront of a laser beam into the *** polarization states for individual output channels are generated by wavefront shaping without constraining the input *** strong coupling between the spatial and polarization degrees of freedom in a multimode fiber enables full polarization control with the spatial degrees of freedom alone;thus,wavefront shaping can transform a multimode fiber into a highly efficient reconfigurable matrix of waveplates for imaging and communication applications.

In this research, an attempt was made to improve compatibility in a polymer blend composed of incompatible constituents, namely, recycled polystyrene (rPS) and polystyrene-co-acrylonitrile (SAN), through the addition of a compatibilizer. The compatibilizing agent, styrene-ethylenebutadiene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS), was added to the polymer blend in ratios of 5 and 10 wt%. For this purpose, blends of rPS and SAN at different ratios, without and with varying concentrations of compatibilizer, were prepared by melt blending using a co-rotating twin-screwextruder. Mechanical properties including tensile and impact strength, rheological properties (RPA), thermal behaviour (DSC) and morphological characteristics (SEM) were evaluated. According to the results obtained by complex viscosity, the blends behave as a pseudoplastic fluid. The results showed that the addition of SEBS increased the Izod impact strength and the elongation at break and decreased the tensile strength and tensile modulus. rPS/SAN blend modified with SEBS had better mechanical properties than the rPS/SAN alloy. SEM photographs revealed that the SEBS was not only distributed in the SAN phase but also distributed in rPS phase in rPS/SAN/SEBS blend. Furthermore, DSC analysis for blends of rPS/SAN gave a good indication of the improvement on miscibility for most compositions. SEM micrographs of tensile fracture surfaces indicated that the formation of the co-continuous phase and the improvement of interface adhesion are the most important reasons for the excellent tensile properties of the rPS/SAN/SEBS blends. Within the range of analysed compositions, the morphologies investigated by SEM are typical of immiscible blends.

目的带领社区医护人员为居家患者提供有偿优质护理服务。方法构建以基层医疗为中心,以区域医疗中心为主导的护联体平台;实行患者线上下单,区域医疗中心护士与社区护士联合上门居家护理服务的方式。实施1年后评价效果。结果护联体运行以来,107名医疗中心护士带领社区护士共提供上门更换胃管、PICC维护、更换尿管、伤口造口护理、压疮护理等14个项目的护理服务;其中更换胃管(73例次)堵管率、PICC维护(97例次)静脉炎发生率显著低于返院维护组(护联体平台运行前,返院更换胃管53例次、PICC维护80例次)(均P<0.05);患者满意度评分显著高于返院组(P<0.01);两种护理模式均未发生护理不良事件与纠纷。结论基于护联体模式的“互联网+护理服务”,可一定程度上满足居家患者的护理需求,护患双方均有较好的安全保障。
