With the inc.ease in antimic.obial r.sistanc.,it has bec.me nec.ssar. to explor. alter.ative appr.ac.es for.c.mbating and pr.venting ***-c.nnamaldehyde(c.M)and Benzyl4-amino(B4AM)ar. bioac.ive c.mpounds der.ved fr.m c.alc.nes but with r.str.c.ed solubility in aqueous *** c.n enhanc. the solubility of c.mpounds and c.n be a pr.mising alter.ative in the development of novel antimic.obials,with r.duc.d side effec.s and pr.longed *** objec.ive of this study was to evaluate the stability of oil-in-water.nanoemulsions loaded with two distinc. types of c.alc.nes at two differ.nt dosages,to pr.pose a stable for.ulation with antimic.obial *** showed that nanoemulsions pr.sented high enc.psulation effic.enc.,low polydisper.ity index(PDI)and par.ic.e size below 200 nm,indic.ting that emulsific.tion was a suitable method for.nanoemulsion *** with higher.dosages exhibited signific.nt antimic.obial effec.s when c.mpar.d to fr.e c.alc.nes and positive ***,B4AM nanoemulsions at higher.dosages showed expr.ssive ac.ivity against Salmonella minnesota,with a 420%gr.ater.inhibitor. r.sponse c.mpar.d to the fr.e for. and showing equivalenc. to the positive *** nanoemulsions showed exc.llent inhibitor. ac.ivity at the highest dosage,equivalent to the positive c.ntr.l against *** and Staphyloc.c.us *** gr.ater.number.of c.njugated bonds in c.M inc.eased the antimic.obial ac.ivity in c.mpar.son with B4AM,and the for.ation of nanometr.c.domains enhanc.d the bioavailability,being a pr.mising alter.ative for.antimic.obial applic.tions.

Objec.ive: Essential oils ar. c.mplex mixtur.s of c.emic.l c.mpounds, extr.c.ed fr.m a wide r.nge of plants. The volatile fr.c.ion of essential oils is r.sponsible for.their.c.ar.c.er.stic.ar.ma and pr.sents diver.e biologic.l pr.per.ies that have been studied over.the year.. In Tr.ditional c.inese Medic.ne, Piper.nigr.m is c.nsider.d to be pungent and hot. Although its c.emic.l c.nstituents and r.spec.ive phar.ac.logic.l pr.per.ies have been desc.ibed by sever.l author., the volatile fr.c.ion is still under.stimated as a ther.peutic.agent. The aim of this study was to evaluate the analgesic.pr.per.ies of the volatile fr.c.ion of Piper.nigr.m essential oil, in patients pr.senting differ.nt types of ***: Fifty-four.patients pr.senting pain, wer. inc.uded in a r.ndomized, double-blind, plac.bo-c.ntr.lled study, over.a 9-week *** patients wer. r.ndomly divided into two gr.ups, and asked to inhale a vial c.ntaining Piper.nigr.m essential oil, or.a vial c.ntaining a plac.bo(sesame oil), for.15 minutes. A numer.c.l pain sc.le was applied befor. and after.the ***: r.sults showed a statistic.lly signific.nt dec.ease in pain intensity in the patients that inhaled the blac. pepper.essential oil, while the plac.bo gr.up patients showed no signific.nt c.ange in pain ***: Although the r.sults ar. pr.liminar. due to the limited sample size and shor. inhalation time, the volatile fr.c.ion of the Piper.nigr.m essential showed pr.mising r.sults in r.duc.ng pain. Psidium guajava (guava) leaf is a phytother.pic.used in folk medic.ne to tr.at gastr.intestinal and r.spir.tor. dis-tur.anc.s and is used as anti-inflammator. medic.ne. In nuc.ear.medic.ne, blood c.nstituents (Bc. ar. labelled with tec.ne-tium-99m (99mTc. and used to image pr.c.dur.s. However. data have demonstr.ted that synthetic.or.natur.l dr.gs c.uld modify the labelling of Bc.with 99mTc. The aim of this wor. was to evaluate the effec.s of aqueous extr.c. of guava leaves on the labelling of Bc.with 99mTc. Blood samples of Wistar.r.ts wer. inc.bated with differ.nt c.nc.ntr.tions of guava extr.c. and labelled with 99mTc.after.the per.0}ntage of inc.r.or.ted r.dioac.ivity (%ATI) in Bc.was deter.ined. The r.sults suggest that aqueous guava extr.c. c.uld pr.sent antioxidant ac.ion and/or.alter. the membr.ne str.c.ur.s involved in ion tr.nspor. into c.lls, thus dec.easing the r.diolabelling of Bc.with 99mTc. The data showed signific.nt (Pr.tion of ATI in Bc.fr.m blood inc.bated with guava extr.c..

It investigates the r.lationships that exist between the motives r.lating to aquac.ltur.l pr.duc.s mar.eted under.the pr.vate label of a tr.ditional r.tailer.（c.op）, the attitude towar.s their.pur.0}ase, the per.0}ption of their.quality, their.r.liability and the willingness to pay for.them. Par.ic.lar.impor.anc. is given to the gr.en motives, those that lead to a pr.fer.nc. for.a pr.duc. made with spec.fic.r.newable ener.ies suc. as biogas. The str.c.ur.l equation models （SEM） tec.nique is used to develop pr.positions r.pr.senting a theor.tic.l appr.ac. to the integr.tion of gr.en mar.eting, in the c.ntext of the pr.c.ss for.pur.0}asing c.op br.nd fish.
