We prove a general mirror duality theorem for a subalgebra U of a simple conformal vertex algebra A and its commutant V=ComA(U).Specifically,we assume that A≌■_(i∈I)U_(i)■V_(i) as a U■V-module,where the U-modules Uiare simple and distinct and are objects of a semisimple braided ribbon category of Umodules,and the V-modules Viare semisimple and contained in a(not necessarily rigid) braided tensor category of *** also assume U=ComA(V).Under these conditions,we construct a braid-reversed tensor equivalence τ:u_(A)→v_(A),where u_(A)is the semisimple category of U-modules with simple objects Ui,i∈I,and v_(A)is the category of V-modules whose objects are finite direct sums of *** particular,the V-modules Viare simple and distinct,and v_(A)is a rigid tensor *** an application,we find a rigid semisimple tensor subcategory of modules for the Virasoro algebra at central charge 13+6p+6p^(-1),p∈z.(≥2), which is braided tensor equivalent to an abelian 3-cocycle twist of the category of finite-dimensional ***,the Virasoro vertex operator algebra at central charge 13+6p+6p^(-1)is the PSL_(2)(C)-fixed-point subalgebra of a simple conformal vertex algebra w(-p),analogous to the realiz.tion of the Virasoro vertex operator algebra at central charge 13-6p-6p^(-1)as the PSL_(2)(C)-fixed-point subalgebra of the triplet algebra W(p).

Techniques for predicting the trajectory of vulnerable road users are important to the development of perception systems for autonomous vehicles to avoid *** most effective trajectory prediction methods,such as Social-LSTM,are often used to predict pedestrian trajectories in normal passage ***,they can produce unsatisfactory prediction results and data redundancy,as well as difficulties in predicting trajectories using pixel-based coordinate systems in collision avoidance *** is also a lack of validations using real vehicle-to-pedestrian *** address these issues,some insightful approaches to improve the trajectory prediction scheme of Social-LSTM were proposed,such methods included transforming pedestrian trajectory coordinates and converting image coordinates to world *** YOLOv5 detection model was introduced to reduce target loss and improve prediction *** DeepSORT algorithm was employed to reduce the number of target transformations in the tracking *** Perspective Transformation(IPT)and Direct Linear Transformation(DLT)theories were combined to transform the coordinates to world coordinates,identifying the collision location where the accident could *** performance of the proposed method was validated by training tests using MS COCO(Microsoft Common Objects in Context)and ETH/UCY *** results showed that the target detection accuracy was more than 90%and the prediction loss tends to decrease with increasing training steps,with the final loss value less than 1%.The reliability and effectiveness of the improved method were demonstrated by benchmarking system performance to two video recordings of real pedestrian accidents with different lighting conditions.

There are two broad objectives of the research reported in this paper. First, we assess whether government-provided cyber threat intelligence (CTI) is helpful in preventing, or responding to, cyber-attacks among small businesses within the U.S. Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Second, we identify ways of improving the effectiveness of government-provided CTI to small businesses within the DIB. Based on a questionnaire-based survey, our findings suggest that government-provided CTI helps businesses within the DIB in preventing, or responding to, cyber-attacks providing a firm is familiar with the CTI. Unfortunately, a large percentage of small firms are not familiar with the government-provided CTI feeds and consequently are not utiliz.ng the CTI. This latter situation is largely due to financial constraints confronting small businesses that prevent firms from having the wherewithal necessary to effectively utiliz. the government-provided CTI. However, we found a significant positive association between a firm’s familiarity with the government-provided CTI and whether a firm is being periodically reviewed by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) or is compliant with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program. The findings from our study also show that the participating firms believe that external cyber threats are more likely to be the cause of a future cybersecurity breach than internal cybersecurity threats. Finally, our study found that the portion of the IT budget that small businesses within the DIB spend on cybersecurity-related activities is dependent on the perception that a firm would be the target of an external cyber-attack.

OBJECTIVE： The fatality of cancer is mostly dependent on the possibility of occurrence of metastasis. Thus, if the development of metastasis can be prevented through novel therapeutic strategies targeted against this process, then the success of cancer treatment will drastically increase. In this study, therefore, we evaluated the antimetastatic potentials of an extract of Khaya senegalensis and curcumin on the metastatic liver cell line HepG2, and also assessed the anticancer property of the extract. METHODS： Cells were cultured and treated with graded concentrations of test substances for 24, 48, or 72 h with provisions made for negative controls. Treated cells were assessed as follows： nanotechnologically--atomic force microscopy （AFM） was used to determine cell stiffness; biochemically--cell cytotoxicity, glutathione level and adenosine triphosphate status, caspase activation and mitochondrial toxicity were considered; and microbiologically--a carrot disk assay was used to assess the anticancer property of the extract of K. senegalensis. RESULTS： Curcumin and K. senegalensis increased the cell stiffness by 2.6- and 4.0-fold respectively, indicating their antimetastatic effects. Corresponding changes in redox （glutathione level） and energy （adenosine triphosphate） status of the cells were also demonstrated. Further mechanistic studies indicated that curcumin was not mitotoxic in HepG2 cells unlike the K. senegalensis extract. In addition the extract potently inhibited the Agrobacterium tumefaciens-induced genetic transformation based on carrot disk assay. CONCLUSION： Cell elasticity measurement data, using AFM, strongly suggested, for the first time, that both curcumin and the extract of K. senegalensis exhibited antimetastatic properties on HepG2 cells.

Molecular Evolution of VEF-Domain-Containing PcG Genes in Plants

Arabidopsis VERNALIz.TION2 （VRN2）, EMBRYONIC FLOWER2 （EMF2）, and FERTILIz.TION-INDEPENDENT SEED2 （FIS2） are involved in vernaliz.tion-mediated flowering, vegetative development, and seed development, respectively. Together with Arabidopsis VEF-L36, they share a VEF domain that is conserved in plants and animals. To investigate the evolution of VEF-domain-containing genes （VEF genes）, we analyz.d sequences related to VEF genes across land plants. To date, 24 full-length sequences from 11 angiosperm families and 54 partial sequences from another nine families were identified. The majority of the full-length sequences identified share greatest sequence similarity with and possess the same major domain structure as Arabidopsis EMF2. EMF2-1ike sequences are not only widespread among angiosperms, but are also found in genomic sequences of gymnosperms, lycophyte, and moss. No FIS2- or VEF-L36-1ike sequences were recovered from plants other than Arabidopsis, including from rice and poplar for which whole genomes have been sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis of the full-length sequences showed a high degree of amino acid sequence conservation in EMF2 homologs of closely related taxa. VRN2 homologs are recovered as a clade nested within the larger EMF2 clade. FIS2 and VEF-L36 are recovered in the VRN2 clade. VRN2 clade may have evolved from an EMF2 duplication event that occurred in the rosids prior to the divergence of the eurosid I and eurosid II lineages. We propose that dynamic changes in genome evolution contribute to the generation of the family of VEF-domain-containing genes, Phylogenetic analysis of the VEF domain alone showed that VEF sequences continue to evolve following EM F2NRN2 divergence in accordance with species relationship. Existence of EMF2-1ike sequences in animals and across land plants suggests that a prototype form of EMF2 was present prior to the divergence of the plant and animal lineages. This paper reviews the research work done on the Modeling and Analysis of Wireless Controller Area Network (WCAN). The controller area network (CAN) has been long regarded as the pioneer in standardiz.ng vehicle bus standard. Its influence has even been reached out to various applications in industrial automation;which includes military, aviation, electronics and many others. With wireless technology becoming more pervasive, there is also a need for CAN too to migrate and evolve to its wireless counterpart [1]. A few methods were proposed in the last decade [2-6] that utiliz.d the advantageous of CAN into a wireless network system called wireless controller area network (WCAN). This paper reviews these approaches of WCAN.
