The concept of“robust dynamics”describes the incorporation of mechanically interlocked molecules(MIMs)into metal-organic framework(MOF)materials such that large amplitude motions(e.g.,rotation or translation of a macrocycle)can occur inside the free volume pore of the *** aid in the preparation of such materials,reticular synthesis was used herein to design rigid molecular building blocks with predetermined ordered structures starting from the well-known MOF *** linkers were synthesized that have a T-shape,based on a triphenylene tetra-carboxylate strut,and their incorporation into Cu(II)-based MOFs was *** single-crystal structures of three new MOFs,UwCM-12(fof),β-UwCM-13(loz),UwCM-14(lil),with naked T-shaped linkers were determined;β-UwCM-13 is the first reported example of the loz topology.A fourth MOF,UwDM-14(lil)is analogous to UwCM-14(lil)but contains a[2]rotaxane ***-temperature,^(2)H solid-state NMR was used to probe the dynamics of a 24-membered macrocycle threaded onto the MOF skeleton.

There is a dialogue between the developing conceptus （embryo-fetus and associated placental membranes） and maternal uterus which must be established during the peri-implantation period for pregnancy recognition signaling, implantation, regulation of gene expression by uterine epithelial and stromal cells, placentation and exchange of nutrients and gases. The uterus provide a microenvironment in which molecules secreted by uterine epithelia or transported into the uterine lumen represent histotroph required for growth and development of the conceptus and receptivity of the uterus to implantation. Pregnancy recognition signaling mechanisms sustain the functional lifespan of the corpora lutea （CL） which produce progesterone, the hormone of pregnancy essential for uterine functions that support implantation and placentation required for a successful outcome of pregnancy. It is within the peri-implantation period that most embryonic deaths occur due to deficiencies attributed to uterine functions or failure of the conceptus to develop appropriately, signal pregnancy recognition and/or undergo implantation and placentation. with proper placentation, the fetal fluids and fetal membranes each have unique functions to ensure hematotrophic and histotrophic nutrition in support of growth and development of the fetus. The endocrine status of the pregnant female and her nutritional status are critical for successful establishment and maintenance of pregnancy. This review addresses the complexity of key mechanisms that are characteristic of successful reproduction in sheep and pigs and gaps in knowledge that must be the subject of research in order to enhance fertility and reproductive health of livestock species.

This research focused on the feasibility and treatment efficiency of Advance Oxidation Process(AOP)-UV/TiO2 for three different kinds of simulated dye wastewater(FBL,FBB and S-RL).The first part of this study investigated the treatment of simulated dye wastewater with UV/TiO2 by changing TiO2 dosages,TiO2 particle sizes and dye *** efficiency was measured by color removal and TOC *** optimum conditions obtained for treatment of different dye wastewater were *** treatment of Indanthrene red(FBB) by UV/TiO2 was the best,with 99.68% of TOC removal percentage and nearly 100% of color removal while treatment of FBL with 96.11% of TOC removal and almost 100% of color *** removal efficiency was lowest for S-RL dye solution with 81.88% of TOC and 95.87% for color *** Langmuir adsorption isotherm and modified Langmuir-Hinshelwood kinetic model(modified L-H model) were fitted to the experimental data and were able to correlate the adsorption patterns and the kinetics of the dyes *** the photocatalysts(TiO2) used were nano-sized powder and is difficult to separate from the wastewater,the second part of this research focuses on the preparation of TiO2-film on glass-substrate and the treatment of simulated FBL dye wastewater by UV/TiO2-film oxidation then *** experimental results showed the TiO2-films are suitable only for the dye wastewater treatment in low concentration.

Dear Editor, Instances of food mislabeling and adulteration scandals fo- cus public attention on food safety and market fraud. Such scandals force the authorities to enforce stringent regula- tions on food adulteration. The Chinese government and consumers are paying more attention to food resource qual- ity and safety regulation than ever before. The growing food market requires food authenticity at all stages of product processing, while species identification of raw materials is fundamental for food safety. Species substitution causes economical loss to consumers and may negatively affect public sanitation because of possible presence of toxic and parasite-infected species （Galimberti et al., 2013）.
