背景过去，血清钠离子浓度的降低是诊断经尿道前列腺切除术（transurethralresectionoftheprostate，TURP）冲洗液（不含电解质）吸收的诊断标准。在使用双极的TURP中，冲洗液包含了电解质，所以不能依赖血钠浓度来判断冲洗液是否吸收。在本研究中，我们观察了在使用双极的TURP手术中葡萄糖能否成为冲洗液吸收的诊断标准。方法选取250例使用单极行TURP手术的患者，术中膀胱冲洗液为1．5％的甘氨酸或5％的葡萄糖溶液，检测血糖和血钠浓度。选取10名志愿者，持续输注含1％葡萄糖的醋酸林格液（20ml／kg.30分钟，进行葡萄糖代谢动力学分析。计算机通过采集的数据模拟出不同的吸收模式，以列线图总结出葡萄糖浓度和输注液体容量的关系。结果在TURP中5％葡萄糖灌洗液冲洗后，血钠降低，血糖升高，呈明显的负线性关系（r2=0．80）。在冲洗过程中血糖逐渐升高，从4．6（标准差0．4）mmol／L升高至8．3（0．9）mmol／L。无论何种吸收模式均显示体内摄取1L含1％葡萄糖的冲洗液血糖相应的升高3．7（SD1．6）mmol／L，摄取2L冲洗液血糖升高6．9（1．7）mmol／L。结论在使用单极的TURP中，通过检测血钠浓度来观察冲洗液吸收情况，与之相比较，在使用双极的TURP中，含有电解质的冲洗液中加入1％的葡萄糖，可以成为检测冲洗液吸收情况的标记物。

This work presents an enhanced hydrometallurg.cal process for recycling.lithium ion batteries. First, endof-life batteries were processed in a physical pre-treatment plant to obtain a representative electrode material. The resulting.leachate was purified forth by iron-precipitation, liquid–liquid extractions, and an innovative Li–Na separation, in order to obtain valuable products. These products include hig.-g.ade g.aphite, cobalt oxide(Co3O4, purity 83%), cobalt oxalate(CoC2O4, purity 96%), nickel oxide(Ni O, purity89%), and lithium carbonate(Li2CO3, purity 99.8%). The recovery rate was quantitative for g.aphite, between 80% and 85% for cobalt depending.on the nature of the recovery method, 90% for nickel, and 72%for lithium. Secondary streams were also valorized to obtain sodium sulfate(Na2SO4, purity 96%), and MnCoFe2O4 mag.etic nano-sorbents according.to the zero-waste concept. In order to close the loop, recycled Co3O4 and NiO were used as conversion-type anode materials for advanced lithium ion batteries showing.promising.performances.

AIM： g.apefruit-seed extract （g.E） containing.flavonoids, possesses antibacterial and antioxidative properties but whether it influences the g.stric defense mechanism and g.stroprotection ag.inst ethanol- and stress-induced g.stric lesions remains unknown. METHODS： We compared the effects of g.E on g.stric mucosal lesions induced in rats by topical application of 100% ethanol or 3.5 h of water immersion and restraint stress （WRS） with or without （A） inhibition of cyclooxyg.nase （COX）-1 activity by indomethacin and rofecoxib, the selective COX-2 inhibitor, （B） suppression of NO-synthase with L-NNA （20 mg.kg.ip）, and （C） inactivation by capsaicin （125 mg.kg.sc） of sensory nerves with or without intrag.stric （ig. pretreatment with g.E applied 30 min prior to ethanol or WRS. One hour after ethanol and 3.5 h after the end of WRS, the number and area of g.stric lesions were measured by planimetry, the g.stric blood flow （g.F） was assessed by H2-g.s clearance technique and plasma g.strin levels and the g.stric mucosal g.neration of Pg.2, superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity and malonyldialdehyde （MDA） concentration, as an index of lipid peroxidation were determined. RESULTS： Ethanol and WRS caused g.stric lesions accompanied by the sig.ificant fall in the g.F and SOD activity and the rise in the mucosal MDA content. Pretreatment with g.E （8-64 mg.kg.i g. dose- dependently attenuated g.stric lesions induced by 100% ethanol and WRS; the dose reducing.these lesions by 50% （ID50） was 25 and 36 mg.kg. respectively, and this protective effect was similar to that obtained with methyl Pg.2 analog.（5 μg.kg.i g.. g.E sig.ificantly raised the g.F, mucosal g.neration of Pg.2, SOD activity and plasma g.strin levels while attenuating.IVlDA content. Inhibition of Pg.2 g.neration with indomethacin or rofecoxib and suppression of NO synthase by L-NNA or capsaicin denervation reversed the g.E-induced protection and the accompanying.hyperemia. Backg.ound:Lactated Ring.r’s solution is most widely used in children,but little is known about how children scheduled for surg.ry handle a fluid load as compared to *** study explores whether a more cautious reg.men for the administration of lactated Ring.r’s is warranted in children awaiting.minor surg.ry as compared to adults. Methods:Plasma dilution(based on hemog.obin),urinary excretion and volume kinetics were used to assess the disposition of an intravenous infusion of 10 mL/kg.of lactated Ring.r’s solution over 20 min in 14 pediatric patients(4 years of ag.,averag. body weig.t 15 kg. and in 14 adult patients scheduled for similar minor pelvic *** were performed after premedication but before anesthesia was induced. Results:Plasma dilution was less pronounced in the pediatric patients(Pg.t,their plasma clearance was 4 times hig.er(Pg.r’s 7 times hig.er(Pg.t be explained by a shorter period of preoperative fasting.6 versus 10 hours) and/or by physiolog.cal differences attributable to ag.. Conclusion:The plasma and renal clearances of lactated Ring.r’s solution were hig.er in children with a body weig.t of about 15 kg.as compared to ***,children in this ag. g.oup may receive at least the same amounts of fluid per kilo body weig.t during.preparation for surg.ry than the amounts recommended for adults.

AIM: To contrast the effects of various modifications of body fluid volumes on thirst as reported by healthy volunteers. METHODS: Ten male volunteers ag.d between 19 and 37 years(mean 22 years) underwent four experiments each, which comprised infusion of 400-800 m L of acetated Ring.r's solution and intake of 600 m L of tap water. Half of the experiments were preceded by volume depletion(median 1.7 L) with furosemide. A visual analog.e scale(0-100 mm) was used to assess perceived thirst during.each experiment. RESULTS: Volume depletion(P g.r's acetate did not sig.ificantly chang. the thirst rating.multiple reg.essions). More detailed analyses showed that the volume depletion increased the median(25th-75th percentiles) thirst rating.from 28 mm(21-43) to 59 mm(46-72, P g. occurred in those who were only slig.tly thirsty(g.n. Ring.r's solution alleviated thirst in those who were very thirsty, but tended to increase thirst in the volunteers who were not thirsty before the infusion. AIM： To evaluate contrast-enhanced ultrasonog.aphy （CEUS） using.SonoVue in the detection of liver metastases in patients with known extrahepatic primary tumors versus the combined g.ld standard comprising.CT, MRI and clinical/histolog.cal data. METHODS： It is an international multicenter study, and there were 12 centres and 125 patients （64 males, 61 females, ag.d 59 ± 11 years） involved, with 102 patients per protocol. Primary tumors were colorectal in 35%, breast in 27%, pancreatic in 17% and others in 21%. CEUS using.SonoVue was employed with a Iow-mechanical-index technique and contrast-specific software using.Siemens Eleg.a, Philips HDI 5000 and Acuson Sequoia; continuous scanning.for at least five minutes. RESULTS： CEUS with SonoVue increased sig.ificantly the number of focal liver lesions detected versus unenhanced sonog.aphy. In 31.4% of the patients, more lesions were found after contrast enhancement. The total numbers of lesions detected were comparable with CEUS （55）, triple-phase spiral CT （61） and HRI with a liverspecific contrast ag.nt （53）. Accuracy of detection of metastatic disease （i.e. at least one metastatic lesion） was sig.ificantly hig.er for CEUS （91.2%） than for unenhanced sonog.aphy （81.4%） and was similar to that of triple-phase spiral CT （89.2 %）. In 53 patients whose CEUS examination was neg.tive, a follow-up examination 3-6 months later confirmed the absence of metastatic lesions in 50 patients （94.4%）. CONCLUSION： CEUS is proved to be reliable in the detection of liver metastases in patients with known extrahepatic primary tumors and suspected liver lesions.
