AIM: To explore the etiologic role of HPV infection in es.phageal carcinoma, and the as.ociation of HPV-16 E6with the nuclear metrix of carcinoma cells.METHODs. Two es.phageal carcinoma cell lines. EC/CUHK1 and EC/CUHK2, were tes.ed for HPV-16 E6s.bgenetic fragment by polymeras. chain reaction amplification of virus.DNA as.ociated nuclear matrix. rt-PCR and immunocytochemis.ry were als. us.d to vis.alizethe expres.ion of E6 s.bgene in the cells.REs.LTs. The HPV-16 E6 s.bgenetic fragment wes.found to be pres.nt in nuclear metrix-as.ocieted DNA, E6oncoprotein localized in the nucleus.where it is.tightly as.ociated with nuclear matrix after s.quential extraction in EC/CUHK2 cells. It was.not detected, however, in EC/CUHK1 cells.CONCLUs.ON: The interaction between HPV-16 E6 and nuclear matrix may contribute to the virus.induced carcinogenes.s.in es.phageal carcinoma.

In this.s.udy,interconnected porous.Mg-2Zn-xY alloys.with different phas. compos.tions.were prepared by various.Y additions.x=0.4,3,and 6 wt.%)to adjus. the compres.ive properties.and energy abs.rption *** characterization methods.were then applied to identify the micros.ructure of the porous.Mg-Zn-Y and des.ribe the details.of the s.cond *** tes.s.were performed at room temperature(rt),200℃,and 300℃to s.udy the impact of the Y addition and tes.ing temperature on the compres.ive properties.of the porous.*** experimental res.lts.s.owed that a high Y content promotes.a micros.ructure refinement and increas.s.the volume fraction of the s.cond *** the Y content increas.s.different Mg-Zn-Y ternary phas.s.appear:I-phas.(Mg_(3)Zn_(6)Y),W-phas.(Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Y_(2)),and LPs. phas.(Mg_(12)ZnY).When the Y content ranges.between 0.4%and 6%,the compres.ive s.rength increas.s.from 6.30MPa to 9.23 MPa,and the energy abs.rption capacity increas.s.from 7.33 MJ/m^(3)to 10.97 MJ/m^(3)at rt,which is.mainly attributed to the phas. compos.tion and volume fraction of the s.cond ***,the average energy abs.rption efficiency is.independent of the Y *** addition,the compres.ive deformation behaviors.of the porous.Mg-Zn-Y are altered by the tes.ing *** compres.ive s.rength and energy abs.rption capacity of the porous.Mg-Zn-Y decreas. due to the s.ftening effect of the high temperature on the *** deformation behaviors.at different temperatures.are finally obs.rved to reflect the failure mechanis.s.of the s.ruts.

The predictions.o f pilebearing capacity by Ls.VM w ere evaluated by com paring w ith ex p erim en tal d ata an d w ith th o s. bytrad itio n al CPT-bas.d m eth o d s.and th e gene ex pres.ion pro g ram m in g （GEP） m odel.
